Terrible - 6:15pm walked in closed she says even though smokers inside and published hours say open until 7pm, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere - very suspect operations

Amazing! Havent smoked cigars in years but was given a nice refresher with suggestions. Nice, comfortable environment to sit with friends or alone and just relax while smoking. Already planning a return trip.

Closet Factory hosted a cigar and whiskey tasting at Stanley Pappas and it was such a wonderful event. Stanley was so hospitable and his staff was extremely accommodating. The atmosphere was perfect, relaxing and our guests all had a wonderful time. We are looking forward to our next event at Stanley Pappas! Thanks Stanley!

Overall good lounge.They have WiFi sell sodas and water.Cigar selection is quite good.It is BYOB and food.Lounge area is excellent buy a cigar to use the lounge. Plenty of room to sit and work or to just chill and smoke. Great man cave feel and there are lockers to rent as well. Couches were very comfortable and the place was quite clean.Would be 5 stars, but I had to walk back into the humidor to get the price of the cigar that I was purchasing.Overall good experience. Just remember to get the price of the cigar before you go to the register. I’m thinking that they need to update their POS system so they can scan the cigars once they add them to inventory.

Very warm, open and inviting lounge. Cigar prices are quite high and selection is just okay. I bought a nice Lotus torch here years ago and was disappointed to see several near-empty lighter display towers. The staff person made a poor attempt at pretending to work while covertly following me around the humidor to keep an eye on her inventory.Today was my first time back here in a while and likely, my last. The Smoking Cave is going to remain my cigar lounge of choice down here on the south side of town.

Stopped by to check this place out. The humidor is really clean and well organized. Great selection. The lounge is very nice and luxuriously appointed.The staff was very nice and helpful. They serve soft drinks and coffee.They did not have any pipes or loose tobacco for smoking.

A wonderful selection of competitively priced cigars with a very helpful staff. A very comfortable lounge and a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours. When you need some me time, this is the place to go. Cant wait to return.

Very cozy place to relax and have a cigar. They do not have alcohol but you are allowed to bring a drink if you want. There is a nice walk-in humidor at the location and every employee I have spoken to has been a pleasure to deal with. I would go here any day instead of going to Stogies and Bogies because I can hear myself think and there are not a bunch of annoying hipsters telling everyone how cool they are.

My first time in, and I was impressed.....Ive been to cigar shops all across the world, and some can be very stand-offish to strangers. Not here. I was immediately welcomed, and when told it was my first time in the store, I was told about what was going on, and then left to peruse the humidor at my own pace. Great selection and good prices. Will definitely be back the next time Im in Denver.

This cigar shop is a great place not only to buy cigars, but to chill and smoke in the lounge. The atmosphere is relaxing and cheerful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Im definitely coming back!

Very nice products, prices may be a bit above online retail but you know exactly what youre getting and they have many options. Theodora is very helpful and knowledgeable about cigars. Got a very nice humidor and some smokes, and Ill definitely be back to try some different cigars.

Nice place to smoke inside. Big walk in humidor. Little pricey but not overly so. Big lounge area with leather couches and chairs. TV area etc. I visited it while I was in town for work. Nice place to relax and smoke.

I enjoyed a great cigar in the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the smoking lounge. They will deliver food from the attached Village Greek restaurant next door (same family owned business), however, the prices on the menu are not correct! I ordered an $18.99 entree from the menu, but they tried to bill me $24.99! When I pointed this out, they apologized, said the menu was old (even though it was the one they just provided me) and gave me a $5 credit but would not honor the published menu price. If they werent such nice people, I would have raised hell. Instead, I just took the difference from the servers gratuity.

Good selection of cigars. Well humidified, only had one peel after lighting it and they replaced it immediately.Comfortable sitting areas and almost no smoke.

This is a must visit place. Its byob and you can have cocktails and cigars. The have ice and sell soda for your drinks. Huge selection of cigars and expert advice if youre a newbie.

Equally great service, relaxing environment and wonderful hospitality.***Only Diamond Crown lounge in Colorado. On top of an excellent variety of cigars they have hot Nespresso coffee in a bunch of flavors and soda and cold beverages. I generally go on the weekend to this store but love that they’re open Saturday AND Sunday you can watch sports and everyone’s super friendly. Sometimes people bring food or order together to share... it’s a really good time. Come check it out and bring your lady if she smokes cigars.

When I went in the man working was fighting with some young customers. They showed him the humidor they just bought had problems. The worker got all upset and went in the back room. Minutes later four police cars pulled up and came in to ask what was going on. He called the police on the customers that were trying to get help. Ive never seen anything like it and Ill never go back.

I like this place. You can relax here but be prepared to buy something from their humidor if you want to smoke. They have quite a bit of different drinks sodas, tea, coffee, expresso etc.... T.V.s to watch while you smoke and visit with friends.

...After living in New Mexico for the past three years, Ive returned to what I consider one of the best cigar bars/lounges around. It was an absolute pleasure to be remembered by Thio after being gone for some time. That says a lot about how SP treats their patrons. The atmosphere, the people and of course the cigars are why I keep coming back. SP no matter where I am in the world, you have a customer for life. Thank you.

I was coming here regular. A lot of regular guys I enjoyed a cigar with. I would spend $100-$200 most weeks. I bought some Cuban cigars while overseas and brought a couple in to smoke. I wasn’t simply reminded of their policy against outside cigars, rather an aggressive jerk stands over me and says :if you think you’re going to smoke that in here you’ve got another thing coming.” If he wasn’t in his seventies he may have been hit, he was so aggressive as to be considered a physical attack.Go tp Robustp Room, they welcome all cigar smokers.

Your smoke bar is a good thing for me to get a few things to take care in my day. Thanks so much for the great time at your place.

This is a new location. The lounge is nice but service is kinda weak. Also the prices are exorbitant. I had just come from the humidor at, of all places, Davidsons Liquors and the $7 cigar (Oktoberfest) at DL was almost $5 cheaper than SP. I wont be going back.

I thought the humidor left a little to be desired. No Padrons, VSGs, Perdomo, lame! Mostly milder smokes, overpriced. No matter how nice the atmosphere, theres no way I could ever call this a favorite.
