Just got off the phone with Kozetta from Identity Stronghold because I had the buy one get one free deal so I bought the mans wallet and ladies clutch thinking I would get one of each free as I was told by the representative I talked to. I was upset when I received my box and only had one wallet and one clutch so I called and talked to Kozetta, who is extremely helpful and she explained what had happened and she would mail me another wallet and clutch as advertised. I am extremely happy with Identity Stronghold especially if it works as advertised but hopefully I will never have to find out. Again kudos to Kozetta.
