I have found this company to be an outstanding source for all my AC & Heating needs. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Don the owner and he has gone out of his way to be sure all my AC needs were met. The man has an outstanding work ethic and will battle through till the problem is solved. He explains what is being done and what the cost associated with the repairs. Finding someone with integrity and you can trust is very difficult, but I will continue to use this company going forward with no hesitation.

I spoke with their scheduler on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. We set up an appointment between 9 - 11 the next day and I took off of work to make sure I could be home. At about 8:30 AM the day of the appointment I was notified that I was not in their service area (something you think they would have checked when I made the appointment). I realize its not their fault that I live outside their service area, but it is their fault that they agreed to come out without checking my address.

They have now become my go-to company. After several phone calls they were the only ones that could make it out before a weeks notice. I called late one afternoon and they were here between the window she said the next day. Diagnosed, fixed, and showed me the problem all in under 35 minutes. The tech explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and showed me what he found. Saved me a lot of money in wasted product.Thank you All Temperatures Controlled

All Temperatures Controlled is a great company with awesome technicians. They recently performed a service on our air conditioner. They were on time, professional and courteous. Our A/C unit is working great! We would and will definitely call them again!

Our experience may have been poorer because our previous home warranty company dispatched them to look at our AC. However, that is not a reason for lack of communication. I kept having to call All Temperatures Controlled to follow-up on the work order to see what was going on. After almost a month later, we find out our warranty would not cover their work or replacement of the AC unit because the technician said there had been modifications. Thus, ended our use with All Temperatures, as well as ended our home warranty.Edited to Reply to the response:I understand some things are out of your control, as youre just sent out to determine the problem and make possible repairs. However, it would have been nice to know that All Temperatures Controlled had been unable to get in touch with my warranty company (especially after FOUR attempts), so that I could have figured out something within a timely manner. When I would call you guys it made me feel I was a bother, as when I said my name, an audible irritated sigh was heard from your receptionist. Therefore, lack of communication also falls on All Temperatures Controlled.

Excellent service and total integrity. These are my go-to guys. They get there on time, and articulate the services and cost clearly, and are honest and trustworthy. Travis, my technician totally rocks! I HIGHLY recommend calling them 1st!

Travis was on time and was very detailed. He is a very nice person too. When I called for the appointment Don who owns the business was very helpful and nice too.We will be using them for now on.

Excellent Service. Serviced a walk in cooler roof unit, trouble shot a tricky issue we were having over a weeks time. They didnt give up until the problem was fixed. Thanks guys.

We had our furnace go out on Thanksgiving, and David was extremely responsive and helpful. he came over and diagnosed the problem, and had a quote for me within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and was in an out.I highly recommend ATC!

Originally contacted All Temperatures Controlled to have them inspect a used commercial refrigerator we located on Craigs List before we purchased. Don, the owner, talked me out of using his service and directed me towards a commercial refrigeration company in the Denver Metroplex that warranties their used equipment. I was very grateful for his advise. If we ever need commercial refrigeration work in the future, I would contact no one else but All Temperatures Controlled.

They did an excellent job with my cooler.

Called them on Friday morning to have them come check our furnace, which is malfunctioning. The guy I spoke with set me up an appointment for today, Monday (3-5) to come diagnose the issue. He was nice on the phone. Today rolls around, and they are total no shows. No call to let us know they werent going to show up. Called the after hours tech who said we werent on the schedule and that he could come out tonight. We booked an appointment to avoid the emergency rates, so I wasnt keen to pay them anyways.Do yourself a favor and call someone who values your business enough to meet a two-hour appointment window, or at least get you on the schedule when they say. Cmon guys, we are literally a half mile from your shop.

Travis with ATC did a Great Job tuning up my furnace and ac. Travis was very friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Travis cleaned and went through my entire system. He also explained what he was doing and what tests he was doing to determine if parts are good or are failing.Its nice to know there are still family owned businesses out there that offer services that are fairly priced, honest and dependable.Next time I need HVAC service I know I can depend on ATC to take care of me, without being ripped off.

The team at ATC has serviced my HVAC needs for nearly five years at two different houses. Shortly after moving into my first house in December 2009, my furnace died during one of those ultra-cold snaps. David spent a lot of time on the phone with me on a cold January night diagnosing the issue, and when we determined it was in fact time for a new furnace, ATC installed it the next day at a fair price when many other contractors may have taken advantage of the situation. The furnace ran without issue during our time at that house.At our new house, ATC installed an AC unit and worked with me to ensure I was happy with the product. During that install, they noticed that our builder didnt use a proper fitting on the gas line to the furnace resulting in a small gas leak, and they repaired the leak while they were at the house. It was a simple fix, but thats a level of customer service that you wont find most places.They returned recently to service the furnace in preparation for winter and found that my gas pressure was nearly double the manufacturers recommendation. Im pleased that they came out and got the system (new from the builder) dialed in to run properly.David takes the time to listen to your needs, and comes up with solutions to address them. Travis, one of the service techs, is on time, polite, and knowledgeable. They get the job done with integrity and make sure youre happy with their services. I strongly recommend ATC to anyone with HVAC needs.
