If I could give them a 0 I would. The manager is the worst. He screams and threatens customers and he treats his employees like trash anything that requires him to do his job he doesnt like.I was let go and replaced when I was out with the COVID highly recommend to go across the street to the circle K

Store is always very clean and they have great customer service

I love these guys! They have a tricky store to run being right by two cheesy motels with all kinds of different customers. They are always very nice to me!

7-11Let me first tell you where I sit, before I tell you where I stand.I have been shopping here, at this location, very nearly every day, since the CCP - virus plandemic began over a year ago. I do so out of choice and convenience. I live just two blocks away.Where I sit:Aside from my spending all last year a 7-11, my account has brought it to my attention that, in the first quarter of this year alone, I have paid out, in cash, over $870.00 without; the purchase of gasoline at this location. He went on to present, edification, to me that, on average; I spend $275.00 a month at this location. Already, half way into the month of May; I have spent over $142.00 at this location.Where I stand:Last week while picking up usual stuff, after a tiring day of work, I was given over to the store managers berating of a homeless man, over a refill for water. It wasnt enough that, the manager had to lord over this poor soul and his allotment in life but that he also found the need or desire to verbally attack him because of his emotional reaction to the initial chastisement.Sorry Seven & i Holdings, There is profit and cents and there is prophet and sense. Abase someone too much, too often, get accustomed to it; one day there wont be anything to pick up much less lift up. People should be treated as human beings.

1 star for not making their restrooms available to the general public that will buy products from them if they are kind and welcoming, ie. let then use their restrooms as a goodwill gesture.5 star however, for doing their own independent research on the whole Plandemic. It takes an absolute slave of their own fears to not see the lunacy of the Plandemic, so hats-off to you for your ability to reason!So an even 3 star average . 🙂

Absolutely disgusting, dirty no one including the employees had masks on.

Great customer service

I recently went to this store where I was making a purchase on 3/23/2021 and as the store clerk was ringing up my purchases, the stores phone rung and the clerk helping me answered the phone and after listening intently, she hung up and stated to me that the manager had just called and said that I had to leave out of the store because the manager said that a week prior that I had tried to push a female store clerk into the restroom which is a straight up lie, and so I asked the store for that managers name which was Gerald, and I came back the next morning to confront the manager about the accusation, and had my phone recording him as soon as I entered, and upon seeing me, the manager Gerald began screaming at me to get out of his store, yelling that I was a predator and that he was calling the cops, to which I replied to go ahead and I waited while he spoke to the police to learn that the female clerk in question was his wife, and as we were waiting for the police, the manager began yelling at the female customers in the store that I was a predator and to watch out for me, and when the cops arrived, I approached them and told them the situation, and basically the cops said that theyve been having issues with this same manager, and that he was yelling in the store that I was a predator and being unruly towards them as well, and they stated that the manager wanted to issue me a trespass warning to which I received, and Ive been going to this store regularly for about a year now, and I believe that I was being falsely accused because of this female clerk being this guys wife, and Id like to file a formal complaint with the corporate office of this location due to this manager slandering my name and reputation which is on camera, and so Id like to hear from someone within corporate about this matter.

Employees are friendly, masks are not enforced at this location. They have signs saying customers should wear masks, yet the employees don’t follow this direction.

The employees at the store will not be wearing a mask as they handle your food.

This place should close for good

Come in during a national pandemic with a mask on and the cashiers are talking about how the whole pandemic is a hoax and that more people die from this and that then whatever and that wearing a mask is not necessary. This place used to just grossed me out, now I just feel plain unsafe in this location.

Refuse to make change

Both 7-11 and Circle-K are under constant stress from the lowlifes that live in those 2 bed bug and roach infested motels. 7-11 is under constant pressure since its next door to one. Shoplifting, vagrancy, loitering and if you can get in and out without someone asking for money, count that as a win. They do the best they can, under difficult circumstances.

For the fifth or sixth time I have gone in there for food, their taquitos and gotten the wrong ones! Their number isnt posted correctly so I cannot even call. Usually I get perfect service if one of the managers is there but some white boy doesnt know how to read and gives me cream cheese when I ask for steak and jack. Very pissed off

Do not buy gas or diesel from this store, their prices are roughly .40 cents higher then stores not even 3 miles away.

I was going to this 711 for some time no problems tell a couple months ago I was buying double gulp of ice for 75 cents all of a sudden he started charging full price he responded I do not make the prices he later told employees to charge full price I found out by several people have had same problem customers should not be treated like this?

I worked for the manager Jarrel and while I was in the hospital he fired me! He’s always rude to customers. I avoid this place and go to Circle K just to avoid him.

Charges $1.00 to use the restroom to wash my hands to eat the food I purchased from his store?
