I like this Speedway a lot. Speedway is my favorite for a gas station period. This one is closer to home. Ive had an issue only a couple time with staff having a nasty attitude and those two no longer work there. The new 3rd shift guy is always very friendly. My husband like talking with him when we stop by. Store is clean. I love this rewards program also. They give a lot of free stuff to t.

Fair as convenience stores go. Just wish more effort was spent on outside conditions. (Trash cans runnith over and just seems unkept). But overall fair

The employees here are always just casually screaming/talking/yelling at each other across the store about something hyper political usually with some pretty controversial opinions about communism or gun ownership (employees and managers alike.). The short manager lady with glasses is always casually viciously talking down to her employees. LolKinda funny but also I just wanna go in, get my coffee and leave sometimes and theres always some really cringeworthy stuff going on with the staff here.

The staff is not very friendly and they never have uniform with name tags on so calling customer service is totally useless. The Sunoco down the street is much better.

This Speedway is terrible. The parking is a nightmare. Depending on the time of day getting back onto Taywood road or 48 can really be tough. Also why would you put the air compressor in front of a parking spot as busy as this place gets?The store has needed stocked for weeks and weeks. They are out of a lot! The beer cave needs to be much colder. If I purchase beer, then I also get a bag of ice. It needs some serous work.

Very clean store, excellent customer service. Parking lot stinks it is too small. People are crazy at that parking lot.

I pumped gas, hubby went inside... said the cashier had a hard time figuring up a total for lottery (the customer in front of him), its simple math (but she was using her fingers to count) sad.😥

Usually pretty busy here but great service. Its clean most of the time.

Big selection of merchandise and friendly and courteous staff.

No bathrooms. A food display put in front of the bathrooms. Unbelievable sick and sad. You obviously dont know what people on the road have need of.

New food just like the others ill give it 3 ill give a 4 when they put pizza out lol 👍

I normally enjoy coming to this one. But today takes the cake on bad customer service. I arrived and staff was outside cleaning. I was coming to check a McDonalds bag I threw away for something I thought might have fallen in it. She was rude and offered no assistance to try and help me. Only kept repeating I just emptied the trash and said nothing more. I am flabbergasted, regardless of what it was, I should have been offered the chance to try and retrieve the bag and check to make sure what I was looking for wasnt in there. I am disgusted at the incident and how she spoke to me. No concern, no empathy, no compassion. I wasnt asking her to jump into the dumpster and look for it. Had she shown a little more involvement in the situation, that would have been expressed. But why would I want to try to engage with someone that kicked off an attitude the moment i asked how long ago the trash was changed.

This speedway is great lots of space and always in and out. The only prob in the winter they don’t clean the pump areas really well so it’s full of snow and mud other then that it’s great!

Busy but quick! Always has hot coffee, and condiments are stocked. The breakfast can be iffy, havent tried the pizza. The staff is nice and always reminds me to use my speedy rewards.

The parking lot is a mess! There was more trash on the lot than I believe in the trash cans. Litter lined the curb. Walk in to be enlightened by a line of 7 customers and 1 clerk. Filthy floors. Fronts of coolers near the restroom hanging off the cooler. Restroom was what i expected as i had seen by the way this locations appearance already had shown. Disgust!! Remember folks, leadership starts at the top. The expectations at this facility are very lax. District manager and store manager, shame on you for showing the community this property is not of value and travelers as myself know speedway is better than this! I specifically traveled a half mile from the interstate because of Speedway name when I could have stopped at the BP next to the highway.

Coffee station always a mess and def always out of cold creamer. Not a very good spprdway to visit in the morning. Might need more employees to work mornings. Or just better customer care.

Staff is friendly. Store is usually clean. Busy store, but they usually are fast at getting you through the line.

Not sure what is going on with this location lately. Maybe manager change? crew? But here the last few weeks they have been out of things. We visit this location daily, for food, drinks, gas. I normally just follow with it and not say much. But today all I wanted was an icee on a hot day and all they had were those stupid plastic cups. I want the foam cups in this heat they dont melt as fast as they do in the plastic. Might wanna put a cell phone policy in, as they were texting at register. I hope they get things figured out soon.

Dirty

A daily stop for fuel, pop, and cigarettes. Always friendly employees and fountain drink station is always functional. Bathrooms are usually clean.

Always have friendly and helpful staff. One of the better Speedways around.

Pumps are not maintained. Most you have to hold on to the nozzle or it will shut off. Printers dont work.

Friendly and reliable service even during busy hours.

I think its time to have your employees do some training before they get the job, because obviously they dont know what they are doing

I wouldnt eat their food it sits in the grill for hours before they throw it out. (and its all preheated stuff that you get charged 3$ for) They never clean the nozzles for the sodas or the soda syrups. The place is disgusting. But if you eat there then thats on you if you get sick.

OMG ¿why so cold?! 😨My leg hair grew longer when I went inside to pay for my gas.
