The guys did a great job installing the storm shutters on a customers house. They were friendly, clean and polite.

From start to finish, this was such an easy process. We had 15 windows installed, new slider and a new front door. Was told going to be 6 to 8 weeks before windows would be in but they were ready in 4 and got scheduled the next week for installation. Everyone of their installers were professional and very easy to work with. Any questions that we had during the installation were answered. They also left each room they had to enter in great condition with cleaning up after each window. We had only issue but that was a PGT ( Manufacturer’s Issue ) which was corrected in a few weeks. It was a pane of glass that had a imperfection in the middle of glass. Would like to thank Jimmy, AJ, Chris, George and Andrew for a great job of installation. Like I said they left our home in great condition. Thank you for a wonderful job! BTW we will be having our front door painted next week. Also Bill our estimator was wonderful and answered any questions

The company I work for hired Englewood Glass to replace a few windows at our ice cream shop on Dearborn. Throughout the whole process, Dan was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of install, Andrew and Damien showed up early ready to work. They had to wait to install the window until our new countertop was installed by a local granite company. Long story short, the granite company showed up late and didnt install our countertop correctly. After they left, Andrew and Damien not only installed the window perfectly, they assisted with installing the countertop. To say they went above and beyond for us is an understatement. I highly recommend Englewood Glass and look forward to working with them on future projects!

We had 13 windows replaced by EG&M. We started with Sarah in the office doing an outstanding job with paperwork and schedules. Then we had multiple employees install the widows, patio door, bathroom door and garage door to outside. Everyone was easy to work with and we appreciated them all. Jimmy and Ryan came and installed our new windows this morning. They were two very nice young men, were friendly and did a great job. We had a window looking out onto an excellent view with a broken seal. We did not like looking out through the fog. After an extensive search we finally found Englewood Window. Allan Jurkowski came out to assess the problem and let us know what we needed. He checked to make sure the molding would come out, so he was well prepared when it came time to install it. COVID slowed the availability of the glass, but once it was ready, it was installed, quickly and efficiently.

They are the best quality and value in the area for new windows. We had seven impact windows to replace old picture glass windows. Their team had the installation completed in just a few hours and was very thorough when cleaning up afterward. PGT sent a cracked frame and they had a new one ordered as soon as they noticed the flaw. Chris was very helpful following the inspection.

We had Hurricane Impact Vinyl windows and doors installed to keep us safe in severe storms or hurricanes without having to put up shudders that would block out the light. John did the estimate and explained when the work could be done. His information was always accurate and helpful. The work was completed by four men who were courteous and competent; Mike and Danny, Andrew and Chris. They went about their work professionally, and cheerfully...always taking care of our property and paying special attention to our family dogs who always wanted to help. We enjoyed watching them work carefully and accurately as there was never a doubt about their workmanship. The work was completed on time and with great care. Englewood Glass was subcontractor on our project. There was a pandemic, work progressed in fits and starts, there were miscommunications and even disagreements at times but the end result was a beautiful, code adherent raised porch on which they did entire enclosure. After last payment made I called to complain we didn’t get the specific screens we ordered. Englewood glass replaced them promptly at no additional charge. All personnel of this company were courteous. They will listen to concerns and work any issues out.

Bought three mirrors from them and paid for each one, they emailed two month later that I owed for one mirrors, emailed receipt where I had paid, now get call one month later to say I still owe. Drove down there with receipt and said they finally found it. Had ordered another mirror to have them install and now they haven’t even ordered it! They came out and measured and never built mirror! Will not ever do business there again, buyer beware!!

Recently had PGT windows installed by Englewood Glass. Cant say enough about the quality of installation by Jimmy and AJ! Both young men are professional and personable and worked diligently to complete the installation. In addition they took good care of my furniture by covering everything, then cleaning and vacuuming. The area outside the windows was cleaned up as well and no remnants of the old windows were left behind anywhere!! Lastly they thoroughly explained the final inspection process.
