After I had issues with another local company in getting a specific product I reached out to Kimal over the phone. I had to leave a message due to the time I called but I received a call back the next afternoon and they were happy to answer my questions. I was quoted a certain price for the product I was purchasing over the phone. When I made it in the next day I was shown the product to make sure that it was exactly what I needed. When I went to pay the price was higher than what was quoted over the phone. They were happy to honor the price I was quoted the day before and even rounded it down to the nearest dollar to apologize for the discrepancy. They delivered the product for free right to my driveway and the driver was extremely nice and had no issues with placing the product where I needed it. I will be using Kimal Lumber again for my next project.

I always receive personal service and really enjoy their selection. makes you feel like you are in a small town lumberyard. there are Stacks and stacks of lumber out in the yard as well as a door and window department that is excellent for service and installation.

Needed a small piece of plywood not very big, went to hardware store and they referred me to this place. They were extremely nice and gave me a scrap piece of plywood for free! Since thats all I needed it was perfect. Thank you!

Very good Lumberyard they have everything from rough cut sawn lumber, Nuts and Bolts safety glasses they even have construction clothing I would call this a One Stop Shop if youre looking for tools they have those as well.They are very helpful and give you personalized service even the guys driving the forklift will stop what theyre doing and help you load and pick out your Lumber.

Horrible customer service I was told oh it takes 1 to 2 days to deliver go to pay for it oh its gonna be a week or 2 I ask so why wasnt I informed that guy says oh because I was by myself what a joke this guy is so now Im set back another 2 days guy says of 400 dollars isnt enough to make it happen this week Ill take my business else where ......
