My wife and I are so happy we discovered Palisades Furniture. We first went last year when looking for a couch, and we were fortunate that Kathy (who has since retired) helped us out. She took the time to understand us, our needs and wants, and our budget. She took her time with us and never made us feel rushed, even when there were numerous other customers in the store. She found us a wonderful, American-made sofa that was just what we wanted. She gave an accurate estimate of how long it would take to arrive, and kept us updated along the way. The delivery team was superb; they provided an accurate estimated arrival time, called us when they did arrive, and had the furniture in in what seemed like five minutes.After that we went back and had Kathy help us with purchasing dining room chairs. Again we were looking for American made, and Kathy found us stylish and sturdy chairs at a reasonable price.Most recently, we went back for a cabinet for the dining room. This time, Jeanette helped us out, and she was as welcoming, informed, and helpful as Kathy had been.Everyone we have dealt with at Palisades has been terrific. The sales staff knows the product lines that they carry in detail and have a wealth of general knowledge about design and home decor. They were consistently able to provide tasteful recommendations that became satisfying solutions for us.Highly recommended.

Just received delivery of our new Kincaid sofa with custom accent pillows. Its beautiful! From the moment we walked into the store, Mike was attentive and helpful but not pushy. He helped us select the perfect sofa for our family and arranged for a delivery date within a reasonable amount of time. The delivery men arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2 hour window and were exceptionally creative when getting the sofa into my house. Turns out our foyer ceiling is a bit low and they werent able to maneuver it in. So, they took out my family room window, pushed the sofa through that way and then replaced everything after getting it perfectly situated in the house. Awesome experience!

This place is amazing. Not only do they have so many options for all sorts of homes, they have the patience to work with you to find out what would be best. We have a small apartment, and most couches are too big for the space, but I was thrilled by my options. What a unique place, with a variety of furniture you wont find in your big name stores and a fantastic staff that was not overbearing during the sales process. From start to finish, finding the right pieces for our home was a pleasant experience. Outside of the owner being easy to work with and knowledgeable, the delievery team went above and beyond with placement and assembly. They measured the rooms and ensured everything was where it should be, no mess, no cleaning up after them. It was a rainy/muddy day and they tracked zero dirt into our home. We just had another great experience at Palisade Furniture. We had already used them for our sons bedroom and our basement den. We just turned our screened in porch into a family living room and Palisade Furniture came through again. The show room is well organized and easy to navigate. I love that it is not overwhelming. Palisades Furniture was wonderful. We bought our son a new bed at Palisades Furniture and everyone there was very helpful and patient with all my sons questions. We went there a few times until my son made a decision and each time they always had a smile on and were extremely helpful. Palisade Furniture has been the most accommodating company to work with. They were very patient with us, and helped every step of the way. Mike was especially helpful with working out the delivery times, and making sure that we got everything on time for our move in date. We also had a small issue with our sectional a few months later, and when I called him he came to the house right away to take a look and had it fixed within days. I highly recommend this family owned establishment versus going to a chain furniture store. They had a great selection from many companies and they worked within my budget for all the rooms we were furnishing.

And now my BEAUTIFUL furniture has made my not-so-big apartment feel so spacious, I just bought my dog an extra toy because well, theres space for it! We went to all of the large furniture stores in Paramus, and then to the Department stores, and then to the boutique-y high priced stores, and could not find the style, quality, or price we liked.. Palisade furniture is an amazing store. Mike in particular, helped us buy bedroom furniture for our master and our 3 childrens rooms and kitchen stools/chairs/table. We have had great experiences with everyone at Palisades Furniture. We were looking for a mattress/boxspring combo and, after finally making a decision, it was delivered as promised and we love it! We visited the store many times because we were so indecisive about everything. Mike was helpful, engaging and patient each time and never pressured us to buy. When we finally did, he suggested a split boxspring (which we didnt know existed but now understand was the only way to make it work) to help get it up a narrow staircase in a small house; he then went out of his way to make sure things went well during the delivery process. We just returned to buy a sofa and Jeanette was equally helpful and easy to work with. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable and stands behind the products he sells--something rare to find these days.He also referred us to a local carpet store where we had great service. We had extremely positive recommendations from friends prior to visiting this store and we now know why!
