PK has provided excellent customer service with no pressure. The furniture is a fine example of beautiful, quality craftsmanship that you cannot find anywhere else. We are so happy to have found this store as it really fits our style and expectations of quality.

Extremely poor mask usage. Our salesperson was very helpful, but most of the employees were not wearing masks at all different points of our visit and even our salesperson had to keep pulling up the mask over their nose. Customers are required to be masked, employees should also follow the same guidelines.
I was greeted very politely in a helpful and relaxing manner. When I was ready to inquire about furniture I felt like I got all my questions answered very efficiently and professionally.

After having one salesperson walk past us twice without acknowledging us at the Englewood location on 2/13/21, we were approached by PK Krier who was extremely helpful! She was courteous, friendly and very knowledgable. She accessed my purchase history to help me remember the finish color of my Stickley furniture, and was very helpful when selecting upholstery fabric. I would request her for help with any of my future Stickley purchases.I am a bit disappointed by the 4 to 5 month lead time for my chair, but Stickley furniture is always worth the wait! I look forward to sitting in my new Morris chair!!

We were very impressed when Peter was able to repair one of our prized Stickley dining room chairs. It had been damaged during a move. The repair was complex because a large chip of the arm had broken off where the arm was attached to the back; even a screw was exposed. With great skill, Peter not only re-glued the chip but also ensured that there were no visible seams. Now, it is impossible to identify which chair had the problem.We were so amazed at his handiwork that we immediately proceeded to show him three pieces of bedroom furniture which had also been damaged during a move. It wasnt long before he had filled in dents and abrasions, leaving no trace of the damage.Were keeping his contact info in a safe place in case we need his expertise in the future. We heartily recommend Peter for repairing your finest furniture. His years of experience are evident, and you will not be disappointed!

Our sales person, Becky was most helpful with product knowledge and efforts to make our purchase possible. Subsequent to our purchase we recognized a slight problem with the product when we used it at our home. Sitckley arranged to have the product examined. Their repair technician, Pete scheduled to meet with us within days after notifying Stickley. Our experience with Pete was very pleasant. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the process for repair, corrected the problem and restored our use of the product within a very reasonable amount of time.
Mitch is very helpful and knowledgeable. He has been a pleasure to work with and has given us thoughtful suggestions. We have never felt pressured in the least and enjoy working with him. We highly recommend Mitch.
I went to Stickley Audi and Co with a client to look for furniture for her Arts and Crafts home in Steamboat and we found quite a few pieces that were just right for her home. Karen and Chris were very helpful and the furniture was delivered and installed in my clients new home in perfect condition and just when it was promised. The quality of their furniture is excellent.

To start, the furniture is gorgeous and lasts for generations. But even more importantly is the customer service. The associates of Stickley make you feel like you are a friend. They appreciate your business, and really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% comfortable with your purchase.
I found many of the pieces (especially the various dining sets) of high quality in both materials and workmanship. I also like the way the furniture was presented in the store. The staff was professional, quite friendly and very knowledgable.
I went to Stickley Audi Furniture store. I wanted to order a coffee table to match one I just got there. The man that helped me was very nice and helpful. I got the table ordered very quickly and my experience was great.
Have searched everywhere for just the right dining room table - found it at Skickley Audi! Designer Becky Clough led me right to it, and helped choose the perfect finish. Granted these pieces are a tad more expensive, but A) one gets what one pays for, and B) theyll last forever!
VERY SERVICE ORIENTED: The young lady who helped us purchase our bar stools worked very hard until she found exactly what we were wanting. We had visited other furniture stores that actually had the same line of furniture, but they didnt help us find what we were looking for. Stickleys staff was superb.

I love the furniture, it is the service that is the letdown. Long story short, they seem to have very few people concerned with the AFTER PURCHASE servicing of their clients needs.My case involves a simple pull tab for a hutch. Called, left message, called back in a day or so. Guy says its about $10, hed order one for me and call me when it gets in. Over a month later, no call...yet. really. And why does a pull break anyway. Im 60 and not Atlas. I know everything takes a lot of time for them to make, but im thinking most places would stock these things and could ship them quicker than Alibaba can from China.
Beware Stickley-Audi bait & switch pricing...My wife & I had done our research online & knew exactly what piece of furniture we wanted from which manufacturer & the model. Called the nearest location in Englewood, Co for a price on the various leather grades & was satisfied with the quoted price. All we had to do was visit the location to pick a specific leather, color, etc. So I arranged to meet Suzanne & picked up a handful of leather swatches at which time she recalculated the quote for the potential leather choices which matched her phone quote of $2303 exactly. Unfortunately, when my wife & I returned to return the leather swatches & relay our final choice, Suzanne recalculated the price a third time informing us the price was $900 higher. She explained that the original quote was mistaken. Of course, honest mistakes do happen...except that Suzanne had already calculated that incorrect quote twice, & had made us take two trips to the store in the process. Simply can’t do business with an organization that does business in this manner!
We have been dealing with Stickley since the 1990s. They are very helpful and have quality furniture and furnishings. Quality furniture.

Be prepared to wait for a long time for furniture. We were told 6-8 weeks but it actually took 3 months. Little support to track the delivery. Their motivation to deliver seems to disappear after you make the down payment.Follow up post: A response one year after the complaint? Considering it was also before holiday sales season, I question your sincerity.

After a strut at the bottom of a bed came loose, I called Stickley and they immediately sent someone to fix it. Excellent service, excellent company who stand by their products.
We bought a TV armoire from Stickley a decade ago. A cable snapped on one of the armoire doors and they had a repairman come to our house to fix it free of charge. Also, when we moved to this state, the moving company badly scratched our bed. The same man who came to fix the scratches is the one who fixed our armoire! Very professional, polite and has mad skills at covering up scratches.

Disappointed.Unfortunately, I had an all around bad experience. The furniture took almost 3 months to deliver. When I mentioned that I was quoted 6 weeks, and I never would have purchased the furniture, if I knew it would take 3 months. I was told I know. When it finally arrived, I was even more disappointed. I had used a designer Kerry R. Her measurements were wrong. When I was upset, I was told it was my job to check measurements. Actually, that it was I hired a designer. I thought she was a professional. Three ottomans were ordered for a space that fit two. Plus, they were higher than the couch. The delivery driver even commented that he would be back to exchange them. Rob E., the manager, came out to my house and agreed that Kerry R. had mis-measured. I told him I was disappointed after spending $10K, that I had a room that looked as if I was storing spare furniture in it, not a professionally designed room. Rob said that he is used to dealing with customers whom spend more money than I did. In fact, his customers buy Stickley wood to make kitchen cabinets. Any complaint I had, Rob turned it around to make it seem my fault. To me, it seemed he tried to intimidate me into not complaining.I would not be surprised If Rob were to respond to this comment by taking all blame off himself, and his store, and placing it on me, the customer. I am currently trying to sell the furniture on Nextdoor.
