I took my mower for repair. They claimed it was junk, charged me for the diagnosis which I paid, and they kept mower. This was an older Z-Turn, 36 mulching mower which just had blades sharpened and new air filter. I realized this wasnt right for I was advised my mower did have some scrap value, so I asked for my mower back just a few days after last transacting with them. They looked for it while I waited on the phone and claimed they didnt see it and would call me back. I never got that call.

Iv brought 2 backpack blowers and recently had my hand held blower work on. I drop my blower off to get work on about week later they call me told me it was done. Very happy with thier service and they take time to explain what was wrong. Red max is best blower! I highly recommend and will be back for more equipment!

I went shopping for a zero turn mower and wasnt sold on a particular model or brand, but had an idea of what I wanted. Terry ended up coming out and showing me some of the models and giving a good overview and offered suggestions for what would best suit my needs. No hard sales tactics or anything. The technician that brought my mower out to me gave me an overview of the mowers features and provided great service. These guys have definitely earned a customer any time Im looking for equipment.

Terry runs a decent shop. I’ve purchased 3 mowers from him over the years. Seems a bit pricey but it’s nice to know you can take it there and they know you.

Wagoner Power Equipment is a GREAT local company! They only carry high quality equipment (Stihl, RedMax, Simplicity, Bobcat, Hustler, Toro...) and they have excellent service and knowledge base. I have purchased several items (tractor, leaf blower, chainsaw...) from Terry and they always support their product with a good parts inventory and on-site service. Service cost is comparable to other places and they are very thorough. I will definitely keep going back!

If you need a mower repaired, this is the place to go. I was told by two different mower mechanics that the engine on my mower was shot. The options I had were to either buy a new engine or buy a new mower. Went for one last opinion to Wagners before spending some big bucks. They found and fixed the issue for less than $250. Awesome!

I have a power washer that was not working. I was informed that it would require a new pump that cost $429.00, more than it would cost to buy it new again. I went home and did some research. I cleaned the jets, changed some o-rings and it works. You can tell that no one even opened the pump, it had calcium deposits everywhere. The only thing left is to adjust the choke. I do not know what I paid $62.00 dollars for. I gave 2 stars because they were friendly.

Ive been buying equipment from Wagoners for years now. They carry top brands such as Bob-Cat, Hustler, RedMax, and many others. Their service department helps keep my equipment in top shape, ask any of them Im rough on some of it at times. They have a great staff to help you out anyway possible. Also want to add they have really good sod in the summer time and also nice black dyed mulch. They dont advertise either one heavily but ask them about it if youre in need for either one! I highly suggest you check them out for your next lawn care tool or equipment purchase.

I have been buying power equipment from Quentin and the rest of the folks here at Wagoners for years. We moved away from the Englewood area almost four years ago, but I still drive back to them for anything and everything. I have a Stihl dealer right here in the town we now live in, but I refuse to use them simply due to the superior customer service that we always receive at Wagoner Power Equipment.

I just purchased my second Simplicity zero turn mower and have gotten several Stihl accessories. Try to find this kind of service and knowledge at a big box store - not happening!
