I absolutely love this rite aid! The folks that work there really are like my family, I feel that they truly do care about me as a person, not just like I am a client or a customer they make me feel like part of the family !!! LOVE this store, I highly recommend that you are my friends most definitely! Thank you for taking care of me rite aid I appreciate it ❤️

I love the staff! Everyone was very polite and friendly. I get my prescriptions filled there and the pharmacy staff has always been nothing short of helpful.

So, I’d been going to Walgreens across the street for the past 8 years and the pharmacist always treated me like an addict. No matter what. I started coming to Rite Aid and I just have to say that both pharmacists, Robert and Im not sure the others names, but they’re so incredibly kind. They call me by my name, they speak to me like a person, they answer questions they don’t have to, help find stuff they don’t have to. They’re just all around wonderful pharmacists. I got my flu shot today. They made it so easy and even funny. It’s nice knowing they aren’t ableist and really care.That being said, the women at the front needs to wear their dang masks ABOVE their noses. One of them is never following proper PPE but it appears to happen most often when she’s there after the pharmacy is closed. Just keep people safe please. ❤️

A white female associate waited on me thru the drive thru. I am a black female. I told her I have Caresource for insurance, and she replies I figured that! Never will I give Rite Aid my business again. I have never been racially profiled at any other pharmacy in Englewood before.

Their Helpful, & Friendly Staff seamlessly transferred my Rxs, Insurances, & Info (not as lucky with our 1st, close in proximity to Rite-Aid, choice) after CVS (with for 15yrs) suddenly stopped accepting TriCare 01/01/2016.

Overpriced, and the management/ supervision is extremely less than helpful. Between Walgreens, CVS, and Rite Aid, Rite Aid comes in a distant.....4th. If you need something RIGHT NOW, and youre driving by. sure. If youre not pressed, go another pharmacy with better prices and service.
