Waited for over 30 minutes. Employee apologized she was short handed. Did everything she could to make my wait comfortable. She did a great job due to the stress she had to be under, always happy and pleasant. I totally admire her!

Safeway now has a great selection of vegetarian meats and options. They also carry many specialty drinks / sodas. Produce is still meh, but otherwise A great place to shop

I went to get my covid booster and the pharmacist was most helpful and a very good inoculator.

I guess the employees here get to decide when they want to close at night. I arrived 10 mins before closing just to grab some medicine real fast and they already had the doors locked and they were closed for the night… maybe you should change the hours on the door to read open till 10:45pm if that’s the case.

Very disappointed with the service in the pharmacy. It was yesterday late Friday afternoon I had some prescription Escript to the pharmacy. When I got there I was told they havent received anything so I contacted my provider and was told the there was a little backlog but it will go within the next few minutes. So I drove home and waited to go back till right before closing about three hours later. When I went back the pharmacist a female said sorry Mr. Gonzales we dont have that prescription in stock will have to order it. I had just had ten teeth pulled and was basically so crushed that they couldnt even call so I could of at least called my Doctor that could of sent it elsewhere. I understand that sometimes this happens but I spoke to her prior and she knew I needed this medication.

Great people in all departments but the meat selection is awesome! That manager needs a raise for being on good terms with distribution. The store may looked run down but they really do run a tight ship.

Gas prices are better here than the usual corner gas station.

This Safeway is not a very busy Safeway, which makes it all that more special. They have all the important stuff needed to make your grocery shopping experience more pleasurable. They also have a gas station at this location with lower prices generally. The deli is well stocked and the chicken is delicious. The bakery has a fresh assortment of donuts, breads and bagels ready for your eating enjoyment. With the exception of not having self checkouts, and the front end of the store not being large. I would say this is a great place to shop.

Come here often. No problems with the store itself.. just the number of homeless trying to get into my pockets

Excellent service at Starbucks!!! Great customer service at check out. However, I dont understand how Safeway stays in business--virtually all of their prices are 2-4 times MORE expensive than King Soopers--its very frustrating!

Its definitely an older Safeway. But it doesnt make it a bad one either. Staff was pretty friendly and I found what I needed. It seemed clean in there

Womens restroom was filthy and toilet inoperable. Empty hand sanitizer substituted for soap. Store looked dingy, old and not well cleaned. Floral dept was pretty but dark and cluttered in one corner, like a storage space.This location has an Amazon Locker for package pickup.

Using the Mens Restroom was not a nice experience. It was filthy, the door was off its hinges, and no paper goods.

I dig the yogurt, and the starbucks lady is always so nice when you walk in the side door.

Local shop, but sadly employees seem disgruntled. I care about the employees I have seen for years, and find this sad. Also, forcing people with a lot of items to use the cramped you scan is really non-service, especially when folks are confused at the you scan and no employees is there.

Good location especially if using Swedish Medical services. Easy parking lot to manuver with gas station services as well. Had no problems finding needed items. Shelves were well stocked and Starbucks Cafe was also open. Mask was required upon entrance.

Got kicked out and threatened they would call the cops and got picture taken. They thought we were homeless just because we had our luggage with us. We were going out of town and waiting for our plane.

The store was stocked well.The staff was unfriendly.The bathroom, mens, (the womens was out of order ), was disgusting.Wow how do the employees and occasional customers manage without proper restroom facilities. Not OK.

They have fewer options than other stores, but overall, it can get the job done in a pinch. The staff is pretty nice and this store is usually not too busy.

Everyone that works at the store is very professional very kind they ask about your family they ask was I able to find everything that I needed ? And they followed the CDC guidelines not only for wearing masks but they all were wearing gloves. Their prices on their inventory were very comparable and actually lower than some of the other big box stores. I give them five stars. And please remember when you can shop local.

The store is pretty easy to navigate and clean. The people that work there are very nice and patient and theres a Starbucks in the store that makes great coffee and cake pops. Cashiers are nice and helpful and quick.Only used the bathroom once and its a pretty standard grocery store bathroom thats kept as clean as possible.Unfortunately because of COVID, they got rid of the sitting area where I used to love relaxing at after a long walk to the store before shopping so right now theres nowhere for people to sit, which knocks off a star for me, but hopefully its just temporary.

Bakery has wonderful items and priced better than other grocers in the area.

2nd dose of Covid vaccine. Yeah! Very easy to get appointment but only one person checking people in. It took a long time to check in. Which was hard for elderly me. I cant stand for long.

Navy Phalen is pretty rude, doesn’t greet even after I said hello, doesn’t tell me the total I say thank you and she still doesn’t say a word the entire transaction and there wasn’t anybody else waiting in line so common courtesy would’ve been nice, just makes me want to use self checkout even more so. Other then that the store is really clean and organized.

Does not accept Google/Samsung/Apple Pay. Service was mixed between nice but unhelpful,and rude and unhelpful. Products were good and the store was clean.

Spent 450.00 couldnt get a bagger. Terri (excellent cashier) ask JON over and over. I needed help to my car. Argued with me. Got to my car and more Im the only cart guy!! ARGUED till I said you could be done if you would just shut up and do it. He didnt finish helping me, he had to rush to collect 7 carts. WOW! HE IS A GROWN LAZY MAN!! JON grow up!!

Smaller store. Friendly, helpful workers and cashiers. Did not have a couple items that I was looking for due to quantity and maybe due to holiday.

The mens room has a broken door, a broken soap dispenser on the floor, and a nonexistent paper towel dispenser. And for some reason the air hand dryer has its plug outside the machine and plugged in to the wall.

Quality meat and produce fast checkout! Price is better than competition in the area. Also curbside pickup.

I love the dairy products at Safeway Lucerne is the best. I always buy there coffee creamer and than check out the bakery discounts usually have nice size pieces of different cake for 99 cents. Cant beat that....other wise i find there prices are a bit higher than any other store. But good for mark downs...

They have lots of good things in stock. They even have in-store ground beef, which is a must for making hamburgers.

The pharmacy is really excellent the pharmacist extremely helpful and very nice.!! The cashiers upfront on Store look very unhappy every time I go in there. Theyre two nice headquarters 1 bomb lady who I dont know her name tall and thin younger. Another one is Caitlyn whos extremely pretty & extremely nice every time I go in there the rest of the cashiers need to be alot happier.

About a month ago I tried your chicken pot pie and loved it. I bought several more and they were great. Last Sunday I bought another and it was good at all. The chicken was tough and in huge pieces. What I liked about the previous pies was the fact that the chicken was finely shredded. I hope last Sundays pie was a mistake. A little more quality control or supervision?

Hats off to the Bakery at this location!!I ordered a fruit tart for a co-workers Birthday. The fruit tart the baker made for us was gorgeous!! Delicious too..My co-worker loved it.Highly recommend the bakery and deli at this location. Would give more stars if possible.
