These guys are offering a great service! I wanted to create something unique for my fiancés birthday. There was a hiccup when I received the first tapestry, but I think it may have been due to the size of the image I chose. I emailed them about it, and they responded quickly. Their customer service is out of this world. They quickly expedited a replacement tapestry with a new image, told me that it would be triple-checked for quality, and even gave me a discount on a future order. My only recommendation for them is to maybe list the recommended image sizes for the various sizes of the custom products, as I didnt see any of that information on their website. All in all, I would definitely recommend Deny Designs to anyone looking for a creative gift or decorative idea. See for yourself with the image I attached. It came out clean and looking EXACTLY like the image I requested (I tried to upload one of the original image to show the side-by-side comparison, but only one is showing up.). I will be ordering from them again for sure!

I purchased a gorgeous duvet cover from Deny Designs, but when I received my order the color was slightly different from the photos online. It was different enough that the color scheme no longer matched what I had in mind for my space.I emailed customer service with my concerns, requesting to return the product.To my surprise, I was issued a full refund and the customer service rep told me to keep the product! He said that art should be shared, not returned, and that hed hope I could donate the duvet cover or gift them to someone I felt would appreciate the piece. Outstanding! What a great approach to customer service.While the piece itself is beautiful, it is not what I am looking for. Now I am very excited to donate the duvet cover and have someone else enjoy the piece as it should be enjoyed.

I love Denys products and customer service. I can hardly believe the negative reviews as that has been far from my experience. I have purchased duvet covers and shams in the past and was so taken with the artistic beauty of their products. Who wants a dull, boring bedspread to spend 1/3 of your life under. The selection is huge. I particularly like the nature photos on the duvets. They are gorgeous. I had so many compliments. I am an artist and wanted to have a stylish home to entertain in. There are so many to chose from. Im very impressed. I ordered several to see which looked good in my master bedroom. I chose one and asked to return the others. They responded quickly and told me not to bother returning and that art was meant to share. They told me to donate the covers to someone needing them or to Habitat for Humanity. I was very touched by this point of view. I will definitely be looking for the right person that would appreciate the works of art to enhance their home or definitely take them to Habitat. Thank you for being a caring, great business to work with. Keep that art coming into our homes.

I bought a duvet cover from them when they had a half-off sale a while ago. Even at 50% off it ran me about $60, but I expected it would be a good value for the price. Wrong.The pattern on the cover literally looks like they ran it off a printer in 1995. Its blurry and full of JPEG artifacts. What was a gorgeous, pastel agate pattern online is a tacky mess of brightly colored swirls that looks like it was drawn in Microsoft Paint. Its soft, I guess, which is the only thing keeping me from rating Deny with 1 star.I cant return the thing because I got it final sale, so I guess Ill use it until I can afford something that doesnt look like it was designed by a child. I wish Id saved the expense and gone to Target.Edit: Okay, so the cover wasnt anything special, but customer service was great -- got back to me quickly to offer me either a replacement or a refund. I appreciate it a lot and it left me with a better feeling about the whole exchange.

Wonderful company. Easy to work with, great selection, and commendable civic- mindedness- they suggested we donate the art that would be returned - but they processed the return anyway. These folks were prompt, kind, and customer -oriented. I will shop with them again.

My initial experience with my DENY Designs duvet was disappointing, but all turned out well in the end. The designs are truly beautiful and very unique and you could spend all day going through the designs available. I caution anyone with pets or small children to avoid duvets with the Luxe fabric, however. While its pretty, its a very loose weave, and easily snags on pet claws and zippers and the like.

I purchased a shower curtain from DENY Designs. I took it home and hung it up. Its so long, it drags on the floor, even if move the bar up to the ceiling. I measured it, and its way longer than a standard shower curtain, which I dont understand... I sent an email to customer service the very next day and was told that I cannot return it even though its too long to use. Very unhappy since it was not communicated to me that the item was final sale. Its not even on the receipt. Bad customer service, in my personal opinion.In addition, after writing this review, Ive noticed similar reviews. In another bad review, a DENY associate responded saying there is a 30-day return policy... Apparently, I cannot return my item because I purchased it at the Denver Flea (?). Dont buy anything from their pop-up! It probably wont fit, and you wont be able to return it!

I bought a shower curtain from DENY Design, they sent the wrong curtain, same design but completely dark black and brown, when I wanted a white and light colored curtain.I then asked for an exchange for the correct product, and they asked me to take pictures of the curtain to validate I wasnt making this up? I did what they asked and took the picture and sent it to them, but still cant get a refund or exchange.Terrible customer service and even worse is the lack of faith in their customers.Now reading the rest of the comments, I should have done my homework. It seems to be the same problems. Not worth the trouble.

This studio is like a really high end CafePress, with quality artwork sourced from hundreds of designers and quality products made from them. Showing up in person gives you access to sample sales and local discounts. Note: the studio is on the second floor.

You guys suck at customer service, Ive ordered a custom wall tapestry on December 19th 2017 got a email confirmation. Sent an email and spoke with one person in those couple days making sure my order was correct and that was the last time Ive heard from anyone. Ive sent multiple emails to their support and Ive called multiple times to speak with ANYONE but no one is ever available. Always goes to their voicemail. No shipment email to me at all and it says 3-5 days it should ship. This was a Christmas gift that was suppose to mailed to the person and looks like I just got scammed for 54 bucks. Horrible customer service! Very disappointed. Thought Id order several more but I learned my lesson with you guys!
