For what its worth, while it may not be the best of the bunch, my latest visit can serve as a cheerleader. The shelves were quite sparse. But the shining stars were the employees, who shared the struggles they’re managing, and even one of them who had gotten punched the day before by an upset shopper who was stealing!! Even with all that she spoke professionally, kindly and just getting to work. No one should have to tolerate that from anybody, she truly deserves a huge bonus for carrying that store on her shoulders, from the sounds of it, right now.

I love this store and the manager is super sweet and helpful. Very happy this store made it through the pandemic!

I bought some water bottles from Dayton Mall dollar tree and they did not print me a receipt. I tried to exchange them at the store at englewood and the manager was nasty about it and said they couldn’t exchange it. They wouldn’t even call the other store to verify or look it up from my card. The Dayton mall ladies were extremely helpful but their machine failed to print the receipt.

Currently this particular store is having trouble with staffing & is open odd hours with many items not stocked on shelves. Prior to this problem this store was as fantastic as every other Dollar Tree.

I was in this Dollar Tree a few days ago and at this time it is one of the most organized & clean Dollar Trees I have seen in a long time! They are short of staff they are hiring..Keep up the good work employees!

I shop at the Dollar Tree at least once a week, usually more, lol. I usually find everything that Im looking for. Most of the staff are nice, but they need more people... Theyre hiring!

Do not recommend going here. There were plenty of stockers but they were busy complaining about the customers. The manager was the only one on the registers and he moved slowly. As a manager, he should be delineating who is most efficient at the registers and put a check on the employees congregating to gossip.

I am currently sitting in the Dollar Tree parking lot where I am baffled at the terrible treatment everybody in the store was just unfortunately forced to endure… We all got kicked out of the store 15 minutes before They even closed. I am disabled and have a scooter to get me around and it’s not motorized so when One of the men got behind me started following me saying you need to get your stuff and check out you need to get your stuff and check out… It caused me to have anxiety and almost fell off my scooter. I wasn’t the only one who had to experience his unprofessionalism and that’s unfortunate becauseUp until now I’ve always had a good experience with dollar tree! As I was putting my scooter into my car I watched two people trying to get into the store after they locked it. It was clear that they were trying to get out of there early because I really think it inconvenienced one of the men who walked up… It look like he took the bus... I don’t know his situation but it look like that store was a last option for him… Hopefully whatever he’s men had to rush off to was important

If you see something you think you want when youre at this Dollar Tree, buy it. Often, even popular items run out and are not readily restocked.

Where do I start... The store shelving is bare. Looks like no one has stocked in weeks. Everyone was running around, no one was helping anyone. One cashier, four people working. Hopefully they can get it back where it needs to be.

It is the most trashed, not stocked, with not very friendly employees store I think I have ever seen.. someone needs to take a look at their management...shes too busy on her phone or being rude to customers and her own employees to be concerned with how nasty that store is on a regular basis

Crowded space in there. They dont have some stuff I like. Other than that, they do have a nice selection of holiday-related stuff.

Nice big store. My first visit to this location. I chose this in hopes of getting items that I could no longer get at the Monaco location. Success. Pleasant cashier.

3 stars because its a REAL Dollar store! But, like others, I find navigating the store pretty touch with boxes all over. Seems to me that this would easily be remedied, just like most other retailers, clean and stock the shelves, either before opening or after closing. One of these days someone will trip over all the stuff in the aisles and sue the place and theyll have to become the $2 store.

This store is terrible! Its dirty, half empty, homeless people all over the place at 8:30 on a Monday night. Not safe for families or females near this Dollar tree at night from what I saw. There was an individual in the parking lot begging for money, coming in and out of the store, dancing and singing because he was high or drunk or both. And the employees did nothing and actually were having fun with this person! Beware! Its dangerous.

Great selection of greeting cards at ridiculously low prices! Also, can you believe reading glasses for a dollar! And theyre cute too!

Dollar tree is a wonderful store with great things at a decent price: one dollar. Some things are plastic cheap and awful. But most things are decent for a dollar and some are even great. But should you shop this DT? No. If you can go to a cleaner, nicer, friendlier store, do. This one, in addition to lacking those traits above, has a tendency to close during business hours for no explainable reason. In short, go to Dollar tree, just not this one.

Wasnt a terrible experience, although it was kinda slim pickings last time I went in.. the candy was limitted to just a few kinds .. and most of the time things seem to be more eye catching .. you dont really have to worry about getting caught up in the moment here... in and out!!

As a kindergarten teacher, I go to dollar tree quite frequently. All of the other stores are tidy and organized, but the Englewood store is awful. I thought perhaps they were doing inventory and thats why so many boxes were everywhere and the merchandise was scattered on the floor. However, over the several times I have been back since that, I have found the same issue. This store is very very messy. Do they need more people at that location to keep it clean?

I have been shopping here for a few years now. I understand its a dollar store. Lately, some of the employees, look unhappy and surly. Today is the first time, I had an employee-- try to start argument with me. When I left, I looked at the receipt. Her name is Donna. There was a long line. I stood in line for over 5 minutes, there were 2 woman in front of me. Two other employees- were standing at the other check out stand, I think they were trying to get that register open. Donna turned around and told them to open that line- because she needed her break. The 2 guys who were standing behind me, only for a few seconds, ran right over there. Than Donna the cashier told me and the 2 women in front of me, that we needed to move over there, because she needed a break. I asked Donna, could you please, check me out, because those 2 guys behind me, ran over there and I have limited time. Before I could explain why my time was limited, Donna snarled at me... Donna snarled, do NOT tell me CANT. Cant does not go over very well with me. I said back to Donna, I did not say cant. I asked you, if you could check me out. I have been standing here for 5 minutes. And when the other employee opened the other line, the 2 guys behind me, ran over there. I am care taker for a disable woman and my shift is coming to an end. Donna snarled what ever I guess I can.. When Donna checked me out, she snarled I guess I can take my break now. Than stormed off. Every month, I myself spend at least 50$ for cleaning supplies. The reason these dollar tree employees have a job-- is because of costumers. Yet they are rude to the very people who shop there, thus giving them jobs. From reading other reviews, this seems to be the worst dollar store with the rudest employees- out of the dollar store chain. If these employees loath their jobs and have loath the costumers who shop there, perhaps they should get other jobs. 12/10/2017 .

The employees were pretty cool but they didnt care one bit about the job, the place, us... because its a dollar store maybe? We customers might not pay enough î our trip to include service and more than one line for six+ of us. Sorry guys, thats how you all presented the whole show last í.The separate departments are much more sparse than are at other Dollar trees, making room for endless misc. junk all throughout the store.Im sure the next time I go itll be completely different, which is also troubling.

If I could give this store a negative one I would. The store is messy, no products on the shelves, homeless hanging out by the front doors begging anytime you go. Staff shows up when they want. There have been a few times I had to call another Dollar tree to let them know the staff hasnt opened the store. This store needs to step it up or close.

They just reorganized the store it was very clean and easy to shop older gentleman (cashier) was very helpful and kind.

Was there this morning, the store manger is a HOT mess!! She was screaming at the customers and the poor cashier!! Her poor baby was crying for a good 5 minutes!! She the left the store!! And also a hang out for homeless people!:(:(

I wish they would have the canned smoked oysters in stock. They are always out. Lines are always very long.Update 06/12/18The smoked oysters have become more abundant at this location since my original 3 start rating.

I really like this store it is very well stocked the people are nice, and helpful, and the always have more then one register open.

5 stars just for the girls (Ive encountered) that work at this store. Every time Ive stopped here for some hairs ties or candy or the like, every staff member in this store has been courteous and friendly to me. There was a lady in line in front of me who was quite obviously under the influence of something. I thought it was pretty empathetic of the cashier to treat her so kindly. I wish I had taken note of her name- great person.I did notice that the dairy section (which I didnt even know they had) was a ghostland but I dont know if thats a regular occurance or what the dairy section at a dollar store would even contain. Full shelves otherwise from what I saw. The store seemed pretty clean and orderly, as well.

Lotions and medicine are always all-but empty and in disarray. Thats all I need so I dont know much about the rest of the store... it might be fine.

They had a lot of things that you would not expect

Its a generic, messy & disorganized dollar store. About what youd expect. Meh. Long time-consuming check-out lane waits (they rarely have more than one open), but its cheap compared to other stores for certain types of items (gift wrap, greeting cards, balloons, party favors, holiday decorations, calendars, note pads, etc...), otherwise dont waste your time there. Go to Walmart instead. Better quality and somewhat shorter check-out times. Both places can be equally aggravating. You win some, you lose some... All depends on what you need and how much stress you can handle. If youre rich and never need a dollar store, thats awesome for you! :)

55 years on the planet and Ive never been in a Dollar tree. Dollar tree hasnt been around for 55 years, but thats not the point. I actually thought the name of the store was just a gimmick but when I went in there and I didnt see any prices, I asked a woman and she said thats because everythings a dollar. As you would expect, most of the stuff is really junk. However, things like condiments can good some frozen goods snacks like cookies for the kids candies cleaning materials even some small household tools are great deals at $8 a whack. This particular store I went in was filthy the shelves were trashed like some Maniacs went through there clearly lacking effective management when I say trash I mean trashed. If you can get me on the looks of the place oh and the smell, you can actually find some decent stuff. But stay away from the little items that they also sell for a dollar, which Im sure is how they make their bread and butter

I am a frequent dollar tree shopper, unfortunately this location is the worst. I tried again today hoping for a change, no luck. Still a disorganized mess and no where near the standards of others. For example, most of Christmas items are still in boxes, greeting card stand is left broken on the floor, and shelves are a jumbled mess. Employees were cursing while carrying on a conversation about poor management or coworkers, there was no attempt to even acknowledge my existance. Items that are easily found in other stores cant be found here. So disappointed that I have to go 20 minutes out of my way to get to a good store. Please corporate Dollar Tree folks send some love to this store.

I was super upset. I went to buy something, and i didnt know that the SUV by my side on the parking lot belong to one of the cashiers. I have two little brothers one is 8 and the other one 12 years old. They got into my truck and the cashier got out of her suv to check if my brothers didnt leave a mark on her suv or any scratches than i looked at her and she gave me a dirty look. Nothing happened to her suv she was just acting rude. I would never go back to this place.

Close by 🚌 stop. Friendly cashier .Was able to quench my thirst while waiting for bus to arrive.

This is the worst customer service that I have ever seen! The boss Tonya is rude and mean to the customers. She wont help out check out customers when its really busy in the store. I saw her curse out a customer and kick her out of the store!

THE WORST DOLLAR TREE IN COLORADO!!! I have been to over 10 locations in Colorado and this is by far the worst. Its absolutely filthy and recently the Employees STOPPED SHOWING UP FOR WORK, So they locked the door and dont even put a sign on the door, meanwhile its noon thirty and theres a line outside of people trying to get in. This happened the last two trips. Ill never go back.
