Placed an order from them through Amazon for a Pioneer DDJ-1000 that was at an unbeatable price...until they cancelled my order without any notice or contact. Shameful. I dropped $1.3k and it’s still being held by my bank because they just decided to cancel and best of all is Amazon says I cancelled the order and not them. Wish I had read other customer reviews before trying to buy from here. Stay away from this business.

I would give no stars if possible. Canceled my order after my bank put a hold on over $1300 in merchandise. Said for top secret reasons they could not tell me why I was flagged as fraudulent and wouldnt process the order.No email stating they canceled it. Dont sit and wait ..check your status quickly to make sure your not caught in the same problem better yet..Stay away from this company..NO GOOD!

I ordered a pair of Beats headphones from Zorro Sounds. They were very pleasant to deal with. The sales person I spoke with definitely knew what they were talking about. They also have a ton of musical instruments on display at the store. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend checking them out.

I bought Beats headphones as a gift for my husband from Zorro Sounds through Amazon. He tried them for a bit and we realized wed gotten the wrong ones, but we were well past their return-policy date. I called and spoke with Yusef who was absolutely wonderful! He completely understood our dilemma and agreed to let us return the headphones. Im only sorry that we didnt buy the replacement Beats through Zorro - turns out they didnt sell the ones we wanted and so Im certain they took a loss on our order. But their customer service was absolutely SUPERIOR - I would certainly buy from them again!

I purchased the guitar thru amazon, i had no idea they were local to me. Great price, the ONLY supplier who had the guitar in blue. I want to go in person to their store. Shipping was fast as hell, shipping was excellent.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing on this site. They overcharged my account. When I cancelled the order they sent a message confirming cancellation and then still double charged me for the item DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THE FRAUDULENT COMPANy

You guys are awesome!!! I ordered my KB1 Peavy Amp through Amazon whereas it wasnt suppose to show up for about a week (ordered on Thursday night) & saw that it was sent the next morning (Friday) &I was okay with that. Well, Sunday (2 days later) rolls around & the mail truck pull up to my house where low & behold, the amp shows up!!! Wow! I have to say you guys are on top of things! I really appreciate your professionalism for sure! Thanks again! I will surely recommend you in the future! Nameste

Bought something from them on Amazon at a great price. The next day they refunded my money and refused to back order saying it was out of stock. They immediately re-listed the item at a higher price and stopped responding to my emails. I do not reccomend.

Zorro Sounds is AWFUL. Dont buy from them. I got tracking information the day I purchased it, but the item never left the warehouse. Long story short, no one shipped the guitar until I called the day it was supposed to be delivered. The seller never communicated with me that it would be delayed or ever had any kind of update. Amazon was amazing and refunded me immediately since the item never shipped (and clearly wasnt going to). The most disturbing thing of this whole situation is the poor level of customer service I received from a Zorro customer service rep, JANEIRA, who was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting person I have ever spoken to. I never once raised my voice, simply asked for an update and Janeira decided it was appropriate to yell and hang up on me because she didnt know anything... Save yourself the trouble and the 17 phone calls it took and just purchase the guitar elsewhere.

*BEWARE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES*I ordered headphones online and got a call next day by a guy named Yosef and asked me to give him my birthdate. When I asked why he needed it, he said that his IT Department requested it. I replied that it represents a very sketchy business practice and illegal to ask for such unnecessary and private information. I told him that this was not appropriate and he quickly said ok and hung up.BE CAREFUL FOLKS, giving out your birthdate is one of several data information they need to commit identity theft. Shame on you, Zorro.
