Abysmal customer service. If the staff acted any more rude and bored and uninterested, Id call it a joke. Instead its just sad representation of bottom tier skills and manners. Im standing here right now wondering why any of the staff chose to work here at all? They literally tried to refuse my request for full service printing. Then proceeded to get rude about it.This Fedex is HORRIBLE.
I am so impressed by this store I will never go anywhere else. The employees are so kind. I left my wallet in the store and did not realize it. Four hours later when I noticed it was not in my purse I called and they had it in the safe for me. I tried to give a reward and they would not take it. GREAT customer service!!!
The driver said he left my package at the backdoor, I dont have gate access to the back of the house. You have to go through the garage to get to the back of the house. The driver left my package in the alley on top of the recycle bin next to the garage. Six hours sitting there until I got home from work, someone could have taken my package.I dont understand why the driver just didnt leave my package on the front porch like they usually do. This is horrible delivery service from FedEx.

I am having issues with a FedEx delivery. I called customer support and filed an investigation. Since I hadnt heard back I thought I would reach out to a location near where my tracking information says my item shipped from. It was NOT this location. I spoke to Kfenia and explained how my package was shown signed for, and delivered, even though this had not actually happened. She explained I was correct in calling the customer service number and was kind enough to explain the process of the investigation to me and what would happen if the item was not found. She was kind, patient, friendly and professional. I just wanted to take a moment to thank her for help and support. I didnt go to her location, I didnt purchase any service from her store and she was still willing to take the time to provide outstanding customer service. Kfenia you are awesome! Thank you again.

Refused to ship a box. In retail packaging I this item regularly with FedEx and have never had a problem. Location just wants to sell you extra boxes. Go to a different location dont get ripped off here!

Just had to spend $60 on bubble wrap and the slowest possible shipping available. GREAT SERVICES....NOT. If I would have known it cost an arm and a leg to let someone wrap something in bubble wrap for you I would do it my self. Never coming back. The post office has better service at this rate. To charge rates like that and to make a comment to me like “we understand how important it is to save money around the holidays”.....thanks but no thanks. Horrible. Just horrible.

Worst delivery service there is. No other company has issues getting me my packages but fedex seems to not only not deliver the packages but then they manage to lose every package they are unable to deliver. Absolutely useless.

This is a quick and convenient copy and print center for people in the englewood area. The parking lot is rather small, as many spaces are reserved for the cafe next door. The self-service copiers are great, as they accept flash drives and credit cards, so you dont have to wait to be helped if youre savvy. They have a decent selection of weighted papers for the full-service copy/print area, but the staff (who are congenial) doesnt seem to be very detail oriented when it comes to print quality. That being said, I have been happy ever time Ive gone.
I visited this location today to print and mail a few things. The gorgeous lady that helped me went above and beyond. Friendly and helpful! I even forgot to put in an envelope with the package i shipped and she found it for me when I came back and repacked it to include the thing I forgot! Thanks so much :)
I went to ship a pair of sunglasses I was returning and after providing an address for it the gentleman told me it was going to be $16 for standard shipping. Seemed high for what was probably a 3 oz. pair of sunglasses that could fit inside a padded envelope. When I got home I noticed the receipt had me pay for an item that weighed 1.4 pounds to be put in an 8x8x8 box. At no point did this gentleman weigh my item in front of me. He rang up an item that couldnt have weighed more than 3 ounces for an item that weighed 23 ounces. Never weighed it in front of me, never showed what it would be packed in. I feel very ripped off

Asked me to spend $15+ to repack the return package. Never have it happen to me at UPS. The package is good. Y the hell they wanna charge me $15. At ups, they even return the box with no outside box. Have me contact sellers to switch to UPS.Update: Ok. Before u judging me. The irony thing is I go to the other fedex location on the same night. And THEY ACCEPTED MY RETURN! Look at other review. It shows similar result. 2.7 vs 3.5

Do not trust this FedEx Office. The manager remembered me and said his Employee made a mistake and my $1,800 one wheel never showed up at my home. The employee screwed up and never added a 0 on 100 making to make its value 1000 the value of the package. There for FedEx showed package as being delivered. Though due to its incorrect logged value the package was left on my door with no signature required. A neigbor claimed he saw teens in the area, I searched and searched for signs of package. I found a packing strap in the woods near my home. Obviously stolen by porch pirates. Had to make 18 phone calls to date. Package is only covered for $100.00 not $1,000 because of this FedEx office mistake. My worst shipping nightmare. Trust no one at this office or FedEX. Not only am I out the $1,800 one wheel but also the $75.00 I was charged to ship the package.

Called in about getting some same day business cards made and a guy name Brandon answered the phone. He acted like I was putting him out by the way I wanted to order, which is the same way I have ordered with many other FedEx branches.
Unfortunately for the SECOND time, Ive been denied service at this location claiming that they will not copy anything that is copy righted or trademarked. The document I was trying to print 7 copies of was created solely by an internet user that INCLUDED the DISCLAIMER at the bottom of the page stating VERBATIM Permission granted to photocopy this document for personal use. The representative claimed that they are unwilling to lose their job for printing this document. The document in question referenced the very--popular Dungeons and Dragons game and the author of the document made sure to note that D&D is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast - which is what this employee is referring to. Anyone who is aware of this community, game, function, etc... would understand that the ABSOLUTE LAST THING D&D/WotC would do is come after someone photocopying ANYTHING used at the gaming table FOR THEIR GAME. I dont expect a FedEx employee to understand this,. I DO expect a FedEx employee to use common sense. I will continue to use another location that is out of the way but does not choose to inconvenience their customer.

Ive been to this location numerous times to either send packages, or overnight letters and have never been asked to provide my I.D. For some reason, today the employees decided that it was necessary to ask for an I.D. in order to accept a credit card payment to overnight a letter. Unfortunately, I had sent my office assistant to do this (which I do all the time for errands like these) so she wasnt able to provide the I.D. She then proceeded to tell the manager that she would just take it somewhere else and he then told her that he can ring it up and have the label printed off online instead of through his system to bypass the system but it would be for an additional charge. This location is less than 5 miles from my office but it seems Ill be traveling to farther away locations in the future. After reading other reviews at this location I guess its not surprising to hear how they handled things

Came in for time-sensitive printing, but the staff kept walking away from me to help other people. No one employee would stay to follow through helping me work out the printing system, and would talk over me trying to answer their questions. I ended up missing my time window.

Yeah, I have to agree with the others. A very rude guy with short brown hair, a little thick around the waist, was the only employee there. He seemed as if he was annoyed by the presence of customers. He very rudely told a customer who was asking a question about his photos on the computet, Well.. Im not really gonna sit here and give you photoshop lessons.. The customer was actually just nicely asking how to upload and edit a photo. I almost didnt want to do business there and walked away. Then he turned around to say, Need something? I just wanted to print some resumes. He was condescending when explaining how there are machines and cards for that now to do it myself. How lame of FedEx! Anyways, I say Ill get a card. I told him I only needed to put on enough for like 10 resumes. He just stared at me for a minute and then said, Soooo....? I told him I dont know what they cost. He says Maybe like 11 cents. So I told him to just put a dollar on. When I tried to print, I was having difficulties with the machine. I asked for help and tried to be friendly. I saw him roll his eyes when getting up from his computer. He walked over and did it without saying a word to me, and walking away without asking if I needed anything else. Cold, rude service.

I got ripped off shipping a guitar at this location and heres how. I purchased a Fedex guitar box, packed it myself and took it to the store. I asked the girl at the counter for 1K declared value, signature required and 3 day ground which I thought was about $60, she came back with a $100 shipping cost, so I asked her Is this the most affordable option and she said yes - clearly she was lying, this was not the most affordable option, this was the standard option, and how do I know? because when the time came for the guitar to be shipped back to me I created a Fedex account, entered the exact same dimensions, weight, 1K declared value, signature required and 3 day ground service for a total of $66. I was lied to at this place and ripped off in the process. I would stay away from this store. Create your own labels online and drop off at a Fedex location with a prepaid label, youll spend less. Dont give your cash to these scammers.

They held our families monthly supply of food package for two days in a hot vehicle claiming they could not locate one of the easiest addresss known to man, any GPS would take you right there as we are right off the highway. Im here to tell everyone be careful if youre going to use FedEx to ship Anything! there is a fatal flaw on a certain type of label that can scan and print you a receipt, but wont register in their system. I dropped off a package last Saturday that contained an optical drive from a Desktop I repaired. I had this package scanned separately from my other packages as I did not like the look of the label(never seen one like it before). They scanned the part handed me a receipt with a tracking number that had been pre programed into my companies system as its a prepaid label . So I thought the package would have tracking info the moment it was scanned being that I received receipt. Come to find out FedEx systems can print off receipts for tracking numbers that dont register in their system. I know this because I lost my receipt, and now they have no record of this package ever being scanned. They dont even have record of it ever even coming to Colorado. I asked if they had record of what was scanned on Saturday 9/11 and they said their systems dont hold records like that. I have a FedEx employee that remembers scanning and taking my package and printing the receipt, but they cant pull up any history of what their registers scan and/or print. Then I was told that the package would have to be scanned everytime it moved. Meaning that this package has shipped from point a to point b and back again through their system and they have no record of it. This is a small item that wont amount to much more than 150$, but this could have been Diamond Rings. I contacted their corporate office 1-800-FedExgo and said they cant find it with the number we have, that theyre employee must have printed off a new number we dont know about and there is nothing they can do. anyone that has advise Id love to hear it. Personally I thought the best course of action is to contact the BBB and maybe file a police report. The only thing I did wrong was lose the receipt, but you cant just steal/loes someones stuff just cause they lost a recript!! SMH
Cloud printing and Wi-Fi were both not working, employees offered no solutions whatsoever just said I guess we cant help you. Figured it out myself. This is night and day compared to the location I usually go to on 92nd and Sheridan.
