WOW! I can not rave enough about Mary the store manager! I have never met someone so kind, and helpful. She was extremely generous in helping me send out sponsorship packets for the company I work for. 10/10 my favorite UPS store :) Go Mary and her amazing team!!!
Maybe be a good drop off location, but would not recommend for shipping items. I paid to have an item boxed, packed and shipped by them. When the package arrived at buyer destroyed, took me 3 months and going over Marys head to the corporate office to get resolved. Mary is not good at followup and resolution.
If you want customer service and people who know what they are doing GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Don’t see many people of color going to this location because it’s always a problem. Advise everyone to let this location close. Look for footage on line of how they treat their long term customers.
Amazing service! Kelly was amazing and so helpful. She went out of her way to help us and figure out the cheapest way for us to ship an oversized package after wed gone to multiple other stores that had given us absurd prices. Kelly saved us so much time and was a huge help! We are so grateful to her
Chris was very helpful with my pack and ship. He was patient with me and my situation and did whatever he could do to lower my shipping price. Ill be coming back here for my shipping needs! Thanks Chris!
Great service from Kelly. Ive been frustrated with ups for years, but had to use them on occasion. Her service helped restore some positivity for the company.
The best place to mail anything and the people are outstanding in their service and friendliness. I highly recommend this store and it’s people.
I stopped by yesterday morning to mail a few returns and the lady working was so helpful and diligent. There was a long line of customers when I got there so I could see how hardworking she was getting through every customer’s needs.
Edit to my first review. I was contacted proactively by the store manager. They acknowledged their error and apologized and did everything in their power to make it right. As a business owner I know all companies make mistakes. What they do about it after the fact is how you should judge them.Original review:Pretty disappointing experience. Tried to mail an international package. Was told the computer was causing problems and they couldnt print the label. Asked me to leave the package with them so they could get to it later after they resolved the issue. I left them with my phone number and name so they could call me to follow up. That was 3 weeks ago. No calls, no follow up. Ive attempted to call them 4 times. Twice Ive left a voicemail. No return call. Once I called during biz hours but chose not to leave a voicemail. The one time someone answered the phone and listened to my story they told me only the store owner could help me and they werent in. Asked me to call back some other time. Still no idea if my package was shipped.
A normal in and out trip to this another UPS Store ALWAYS takes way longer here, 15-20min of a line to drop a Amazon return/box off today. I made a point to go during off hours as I assumed it wouldnt be busy, but its always like this. Management really needs to consider hiring another person or two to help, worth it to drive a little father to another store.
I have shipped motorcycle parts, and other items at this store regularly for years. They know me by name (even with a mask on). Mary is very friendly and always very knowledgeable about how to ship my heavy or irregularly shaped items as efficiently as possible.
Mary is absolutely terrible at running a fast paced establishment like a UPS store. People want to come in, do their business and leave. They don’t want to wait in line and listen to Mary have personal conversations with each and every person while sharing personal photos of dogs, family, etc.People come here to do business, not to fraternize. A good business owner would know when it makes sense to shoot the breeze and when to put your head down and get work done so your customers in line are not being delayed unnecessarily.Due to the lack of attention given to the actual work being done and distractions of having conversations with everyone, I was charged for a package that weighed substantially more than the package I actually sent. Mary wouldn’t identify herself as the “manager” or handle my issue professionally. As others have clearly stated, do not go here unless you have a lot of time to kill. Nothing moves quickly at this store and it is no mystery as to why.
Second time in a month that they are not open at 8:30. The other time she was a few minutes late but today I went at 8:45 and the place is still dark.Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable.Drove back an hour later, it’s 9:43 and still no sign of life inside. 😡
Google says this location opens at 8 on Monday. Their sign at the store says 8:30. Waited until 8:45 and still nobody had opened the store. Called and got no answer. Finally waited long enough and left for another store.
The staff at this store is great, friendly and helpful! I witnessed Mary getting harassed by a customer, she held her composure and was extremely professional. Kudos to you Mary 👍
After waiting an hour to get a document notarized which they advertise as an available service, a rude employee told me that she wouldn’t notarize my document. This place is always under staffed and you inevitably wait at least thirty minutes for a simple transaction. Won’t be back to this dump.
Went in after 6 PM and the notary lady there told me that after six she doesn’t do notary and quickly rushed me out the door. She closed before 630pm as well because she had to many things to do.
The elderly people who work here have some serious work to do in the customer service department. Ill drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid this place from now on.
The ladies that have helped me are always very kind, friendly and helpful.I had ordered from four different places on line. Two alerted me they had arrived, other two orders were there as well. Thanks. :) :)Saved me extra trips
They are all so nice
They have always bren helpful and very quick.
I was supposed to receive a package, a cake, in two days to arrive on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We were following the GPS movement of the truck and the truck was represented as in our neighborhood. We waited until 10PM. The package was never delivered. We were told the package would be delivered on the Friday after thanksgiving. Again, we waited until 10 PM watching the truck. At one point, the GPS tracking showed the truck two doors away. We did not see a truck. I called the customer service and was assured the package would be delivered that day by end of day. It was not. On Saturday, we asked the package to be delivered to a UPS pick up point. We received conflicting electronic communication the package would be delivered between 1 and 3 then between 730 and 930. The pick up location was not be open at 730. The office is closed on Sunday. We received a notification on Monday the package was at the pick up location. I called the location and was told the package would be delivered on Tuesday. At this point, I called the vendor to ask for a refund. The vendor said they would send a replacement cake. I received no further communication until 12/10 at 1PM saying the package had been requested to be returned to vendor and I needed to pick it up. I called the UPS pick up location and was assured the package was at the store. I went to the store around 430 local time. I brought my ID. Initially I was working with one customer service representative who could not find the package. I was readying my ID because I had purchased the cake. I had it sent to my son. I did not know if the package was the original package or was the replacement package. A second customer representative popped up and said I could not have the package, although I had worked with the initial representative and had the electronic communication AND ID. She had placed the package with my sons name on the floor. I was not going to argue further, and I took the package. The second representative physically accosted me.. She told me I was an old person without any sense. I told her to please call the police, and i gave her my name and phone number. She continued to PHYSICALLY accost me,. She followed me to my car and continually shut my car doors. I released the package and called 911. The police came and identified me and spoke with her. They accompanied me back in the store to retrieve my package. The second representative then made me wait in line again and instead of asking for ID, she asked me for the emails I had received. AFTER I had already given her my ID AND I had been identified by the police. At this point, I said I did not want the package because this was too much to retrieve a package. I am on my way to pick up the incident report filed with the police. The store was at 3531 S Logan Street, Englewood CO 80113. the cake at this point is over two weeks old and due to the mishandling of the second Representative damaged beyond repair and inedible. I am not sure what training methods utilized by UPS, but I highly suggest a review of them. If I had behaved in this manner in my employment, I would have been terminated immediately. it appears bad customer service is not only tolerated, but it appears to be par for the course
Good people at this store, never had any issues. I’ve been using their service for years.
In January I went to this UPS store as it is right down the street from where I live. I wanted to email my shipping label and pay to print it there, as you are supposed to be able to do this at any UPS location. The man working said he couldnt print anything for me because he didnt know how to use the printer. No joke. I left and went to the FedEx store where they helped me immediately.Today I decided to give this UPS Store one more chance. I told the woman working that I wanted to print a shipping label and ship a box. She took one look at me and said, verbatim, I cant do that. I dont have a public printer. when there were clearly two industrial size printers directly behind where I was standing.I got in my car and drove out of my way to the FedEx store.
The staff is always friendly and customer focused. Like any business, sometimes they get swamped and youll have a short wait. But for me, its always worth the short wait. Ive been doing business with this UPS store for 3 years and will continue for many years to come.
Ive used this service for years & its great they are kind, friendly and professional......I dont know what I would have done without them for the mail service they provide they are also my friends.
I had serious issues with this UPS store. While the staff was courteous and kind they didnt inform me that there would be massive fees associated with the three packages I sent to another UPS store ($24 per package per day, including day of arrival). It took me a month of talking with various customer service representatives to have the fees waived and refunded to me.Compounding my dissatisfaction was after the whole ordeal was complete the manager of this store called me casting the blame on me, saying that I was to blame for all of it. Even though I told the person shipping my packages 3 times that I was sending it to another UPS store. Save yourself some pain the FedEx store down the street is friendly, close by, and the same price.
The store representative Chris was excellent! He went out of his way to help me send some stuff. Great and fast service, not expensive either.
Updates are not accurate. Theyll keep updating it as if its on time, then throw a delay on it before the end of delivery day. Then youre stuck because you cant change delivery until they actually attempt to deliver. Good luck
By far one of the best stores Ive been to. The service was excellent and well timed. I could tell the staff was having a busy day, but that didnt stop them from putting a smile on and doing the best they could. I love family owned and operated businesses because I feel that when I give them my business I am really making a difference in a select fews lives. Great store, thanks again ladies!
Employees are helpful, friendly and efficient. Have never had a problem at this store.
Staff was very knowledgeable n friendly. Took care of all my needs. I highly recommend.
This UPS store is about as enjoyable and fast as going to the DMV. No such thing as quickly dropping off a package so bring comfortable shoes, a folding chair and something to read.
The girls in here are awesome they always help me with my P.O. Box.
I tried to drop off a UPS package at this location after being directed here from UPS Corporate. It was already labeled and ready to ship. The owner or clerk told me that the package was too big!! The package was 6 feet long by 8 inches wide. I went back home and called UPS corporate again who called the store while I was on hold. When the UPS corporate operator returned to our conversation she told me they must have bad service! Not even the corporate office could get any answers. UPS corporate then directed me to another location for drop off much further away. The bottom line is the UPS store is nothing more than an overpriced packaging outfit. Go to USPS and use their priority boxes. It ranges from five dollars to $20 any weight as long as it fits in the box
Fantastic, friendly service! Great shipping rates.
The employees in this store are always incredibly friendly and helpful. 10/10
These folks have a great store. Very customer focused and are nice polite people. They are patient with questions, help you get your stuff packed just the right way. I am a repeat customer!!
Quoted me $275 to ship a package that was 8lbs. Took the same package to FEDEX and got it shipped for $29. Never going back to UPS again.
Helpful and friendly staff, clean facility.
Head South on Broadway and Save!!You could save $100+ like me!I had a bunch of China I needed to get packed and shipped. We were first told that it would be $65. But when we went in to get it shipped the price jumped to $300. I tried to work things out with Linda Kagel the store owner. But she was extremely rude much like her staff. I was willing to work with her. I knew asking for it to be shipped for the first price was not right. But when she came back with her price after removing some cost. The price jumped to $360. It could have been $400 next time I went in. The classic bate ans switch. She was more concerned with making a profit then making things right. In fact the first time I called corporate to talk to her she fired me as a customer. I guess it is cheaper to do that then make things right. I went to the store at Littleton Blvd and Broadway and got it packed and shipped for $215. I saved over $100. The staff down there was super friendly and most importantly was honest. I will be going out of my way and driving south to a great people with intercity even for Amazon returns. I say this because we were quoted $215 two desperate times with two separate people.
Goofy looking dark greasy hair kid with glasses was of no help. Suggest going elsewhere til they hire helpful employees.
Peaceful, Wonderful, Quick & Precise......for all your mailing needs - not only a UPS STORE !Expect more - theyve got it !Hospitality - Kindness - Very, very helpful !FIVE STARS !Thank you.
Linda was awesome, she was working by herself and helping multiple customers at once. Helped me get the right supplies to ship a video game console. Probably should mention shes the owner.
Old lady staff was rude and unfriendly.Didn’t even look at me when I first got there (with no other customers in the store). She just took my package and went back to talking with another older lady staff. Only thing she said to me was that my package is for usps so she can’t give me a receipt.I said thank you back but she didn’t even turn. You can’t be friendly for that 30 second I’m dropping my package?
Very easy to work with. I have been to other UPS stores where they try to up sell packaging material etc. They are not like that at all.
The epitome of good people running a great business. Highly recommend!!
I handed the dude my Amazon return, he scanned my bar code, said have a great day, done! Literally 30 seconds!
Have been using this specific UPS store for ten years. Service is always wonderful. I would go out of my way to use this store.
Staff doesnt know rules and regulations for shipping, make it up as they go along.
The worst UPS store I’ve been to, to date. Extremely slow and both employees seemed “lost.”
Awful waste of time - the lady behind the counter was incompetent. All I needed was to drop-off an already labeled package. The lady behind the counter couldnt figure out how to print something or some problem with the customer in front of me. I stood there for 5 minutes before I asked If i can just drop this package off...she looked at me then we back to her feeble struggling with the printer...so I left...worthless lady
Says opens at 8:30am and I’m sitting here at 8:40 and still closed and no employee to be seen. Very unreliable.
According to their website this storys open till 5:00 p.m.. The lady decided to close the store at four them and we knocked on the door she continued to ignore us for half an hour.
I like working with the UPS store. This one is a JOKE! The two people working there had no idea what was going on. Either of them could help with anything and didnt know how to do their job. I feel sorry for the franchise owner.
Linda and her staff are always accommodating when you need just that right box!
Wouldnt print a label for me, lied about not having a printer in the store
Poor service. Wrong times listed online, make sure to call before going.
Hours are incorrect. They close at 4 in Saturday not 5p.
Amazing fast friendly service
Staff was good.
UPS should not still be in business
