Kyle was professional and very helpful in assisting with the initial hearing test and getting my husband, Steve set up with hearing aids. Steve was a little bit leery at first, but Kyle put him at ease immediately, and left Steve feeling confident we had made the right choice for his hearing needs.

Kyle is awesome! He assisted us in getting our son custom made ear plugs that have been a game changer. We can always run in with questions or concerns and he is always willing to help. I would highly recommend Kyle and the entire staff at Evans.
