Jenny is just the best! She has rescued me several times when one of my hearing aids stopped working and/or I couldn’t figured out how to replace the wax filter. I knew my hearing was affecting my quality of life so I decided to invest in a set of hearing aids. I am mid-fifties so I was willing to buy the latest technology with features I needed to better do my job. I researched and decided to buy from a .com. They sent me to the Hearing Group in Enid OK where Jenny did my hearing test to allow the hearing aids to be set properly. When the hearing aids arrived, Jenny set them up and fitted them. They were not a brand that she normally worked with and they needed some adjustments so she took the extra time to learn the devices and even dialed in the manufacturer to solve issues in the software. Jenny went above and beyond to get my hearing aids correct and has continued to follow up with me to ensure things are right. Im 10 months into my hearing aid life and I can tell you that these things have changed my life. I can have conversations with my grandkids again! Its been really good for me. The first time they explained everything really well. I havent had any issues with my hearing aids and the receptionist is really polite. I would definitely refer people to them.

They do a very good job checking out everything out. Very extensive check up and testing process. The places I went before you just got a test and that is it no explanation or anything. There service plans offered batteries where other places do not you have to purchase them. Employees are very polite and helpful.

Hearing Group had been recommended to me by a very satisfied customer, and I found everything they said to me to be true. Jenny, the audiologist, is very caring and extremely competent. The hearing assessment was very informative and professionally done. I was very impressed by the number of hearing aid options available. I was given a chance to test-drive the hearing aids for a week. When adjustments were necessary, they were quickly and professionally completed, even to the point of calling the manufacturer when there was a special adjustment that was required to fulfill a need that I had. There were also several options for financing, and the one that I chose will be very comfortable for my budget. The whole experience with Hearing Group of Enid was enjoyable. They had to send one of my aids in for repair, and they gave me a loaner while mine was in the shop. I really appreciated that because with out aids, I dont hear much.
