ABIGAIL! ABIGAIL! ABIGAIL! I am SINGING this young employees praises! I pray that the Tractor Supply Co in Ennis recognizes what a Shining Star employee they have in HER! My recent experiences with the Tractor Supply Co had me feeling extrememly discouraged before thispleasant, radiant, SUPER achieving young lady entered my life this morning! My experience with the Tractor Supply Co franchise began on June 21st, when I ordered 5 lb Quikstrike Fly Bait online for pickup from their Mesquite branch. I received a very disappointing follow-up email on June 29th stating that my order had been cancelled! I was trying to get this for my familys July 4th celebration at a lake! I immediately called customer service at the number provided in the email and was told that the Mansfield location had the product! I was allowed to prepay over the phone and I was told that I would get an email that the item was ready for in store pick up. Oh, I received an email, alright! Cancelled! AGAIN!!! Needless to say, I was furious! So after work this morning, I drove ALL OF THE WAY TO MANSFIELD (because THEY NEVER answer THEIR phones!) to find out face2face what happened. Excuses, excuses! Anyway, I then asked the Mansfield worker to look and see who else IN NORTH TEXAS had this product. It showed that the Ennis location had 4 containers, and the Mansfield worker gladly discouraged me from believing that number. She was nice enough to Google the telephone number and here enters ABIGAIL! ❤ She told me that they had 5 small containers. Unfortunately, she said, they were out of the 5 lb containers that I was so deperately seeking (its a big lake! Lol). I asked her to hold 3 and that I was 45 minutes away. I told her Id be wearing scrubs. As I walked in, she appeared like an Angel from Heaven, saying Look what I found! while showcasing the 5 lb container between her two hands, Vanna White style, and beaming at me with the prettiest supermodel smile! Disbelief had me staggering into almost a fall before supreme joy had me dancing in the aisles (no lie! Thay have cameras to prove it! Lol)! Abigail, I sincerely want to thank you for being a SUPER employee! Some people somewhere should be extremely proud of you! I look forward to coming back to the Ennis location for ANY reason, just to support the business of someone who has you as an employee! Thank you again! You TRULY brightened my day and changed my previously negative opinion of this company!Cookie, RN

I would never buy anything from them againI bought a lawn mower back in JuneUsed it four times on a small yard something eternalI went wrong .went to crank it up one day ..It revved up real loudI an would nt come down. they say is not under warrantyThey want to charge me to fix it didnt hit nothing or anytingSo they lost my business.

I went to rent a trailer and buy fence panels. I have a tow package on my car, but who knew you needed a ball and sleeve also 🤷‍♀️ Tiffany helped me through every step of the way, buying the correct size ball, hooking up the trailer and even backing it into the TSC yard to load panels. I was so very thankful for all her help!

Well stocked. Quick customer service in retrieving online order. Had what I needed.

They did not have not one bag of retriever in the blue bag today. High protein 52 lb bag none. So I will have to go again.

Needed bagged cement. Walked up to customer service and asked where it was. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Told the cashier up front how many bags I needed, paid for it drove around back where a young man greeted me and loaded it and I was off.

Love this place! From snacks (for me and my fur babies) to clothes and parts, they have it all. Friendly, helpful staff.

Fully stocked store...mostly but the staff is excellent! Way better than the one we have and worth the trip!!

My wife placed an on-line order. Within 10mins she received an email saying her order was ready for curbside pickup. When we arrived at the store, an associate loaded the order in our truck. This experience couldnt have been any easier. I wish all businesses had service this good.

This is a good tractor supply location there always are typically pack with new items and everything stays neat and orderly. If they arent too busy the staff is generally really engaged with the customer and willing to offer assistance where needed. the parking lot stays fairly clean and is typically not packed and you can get a pretty close parking spot to the door

In and out really quick today even though its layout is different from the Ennis store.

I frequent Tractor Supply a lot. There are some amazingly helpful employees that do their absolute best to guide you and advise you. Many are very knowledgeable about their products. I give 4 stars and not 5 because there are a select few who act like your questions and the need for assistance are an imposition on their time and they are resentful for having to stop and help a customer out.

This store is kept clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly, and ready to help if you need it. Everything is easy to find, and organized in a common sense kind of way, so things are right where you would expect them to be.

Found exactly what I needed and it was made in the USA.

Tractor Supply is our closest hardware store. If I need a nut or bolt, I head there first. After buying my tractor I discovered that tractor supply is actually true. I have picked up several parts, including hydraulic parts, for my Mahindra tractor. Keep an eye on their sales because they really do have some good deals especially end of season.

I love the Tractor Supply in Ennis. They always have what I need, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. My dog loves them all, and likes to go in and pick out her own toys. She picked out her bed as well.

Usually, the Ennis store is excellent. Tonight, there seemed to only be one person who had a clue as to what they were doing. One customer found a part for another customers weedeater right after an employee said they didnt carry it. The person that check me out was totally unfamiliar with the system and had no sense of self-confidence. They kept trying to look up a code to scan after I already told them that the register was displaying all my items.

Horibble service 4 employees in the back goofing off and only one person actually working. One of the goofers said in a loud voice answer the f@#$ing phone when it rang twice. Never go back. I will drive to waxahachie before going back there.

Love shopping here! Employees are great and fun to interact with. Any store that can get me in and out in under 10 minutes, wins my business.

The great thing about Tractor Supply in Ennis is the way they run the store. The employees are very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. To them it is more than just a job. They take pride in doing everything they can to help with things like how big a halter do I need for a pony?, or take a look at this field fence instead of the twice as expensive welded wire.. And then they go above and beyond by telling you WHY. They listen to your questions, and if they dont know the answer they TELL you they dont know. It is so nice to be able to go to a place where the employees dont just make something up. They really go above and beyond to assist a customer in purchasing the right product.

Went there to get some parts for my tandem disc but they didnt have what I needed. AGAIN!! Plus I had to drive around on different streets to get to it. The store can be seen from the road, but if youre driving south bound, you may have to take an exit you may not have wanted. But the staff were helpful and friendly.

This used to be our go-to spot for farm supplies. The last three times weve come in (20+ minute drive from the farm) there is no one available to fill propane. Was told to try coming in the morning. Not even that is a guarantee. They really need to have more employees certified for propane fills. With the Waxahachie store claiming to have stopped offering propane fills, it is twice the problem that so few of the Ennis store staff are capable of filling. We could order and have delivered everything else we look to Tractor Supply for.

My local Tractor Supply always goes out of their way to take care of my needs.

Mainly get dog food here and if you look really hard you can find some unique toys for dogs and kids as well as other animal items.

Cashier was 5 star server attitude but local judge was absolute un-integral discriminating harrassing creeper. Im from California so a person like that is out dated in his weirdo antiquated thinking. Yuck. Thank you management for superior service by the cashier!

The employee are always very nice and pleasent, but whoever does the ordering needs to get it together. Anytime I go in there for something specific it is always were out ... Ive been needing shavings for the past two weeks and have needed to go somewhere else because surprise! Theyre still out. This has happened with shavings, poulty care items and poultry food. It would be nice if customers could rely on the your company to have these items. Its getting to the point where I will just be take my business elsewhere.
