Very down to earth business. Low prices on ordering car body parts and labor. Owner is a very cool and funny guy. I advise anyone that need any type of paint are body work done to CALL BATTENS PAINT& BODY SHOP INC. YOU CANT GO WRONG!!!.

Very friendly family owned business. Took care of my needs quickly. They took care of talking with the insurance company and had everything set up in less than an hour.

As far as paint and body work they do really good work at a good price and get it done fast. If you get your car towed thats your own fault. Got my car back before another place could even get it in. Cant even tell where they did the work from other parts of the car.

Would not give them any stars if possible. Didn’t fix the car like they promise. Charged the insure company after picking up the car saying it was still in the shop and making things sound wrong with it. A month past and found out they didn’t even put parts back on my vehicle. Even call my parents liers and was very rude

I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my vehicle to this place. First of all I have before and after pics of my truck. It was there for over 3 weeks and nothing done to it. I called EVERYDAY and ask about my truck only to be told, “it will be ready tomorrow,”. Finally I told the man I was coming to get it tomorrow, regardless. When I get there, I was told their putting it together as we speak. After about 5 minutes Ed comes to the front office where I was waiting and told me they couldn’t find my toolbox. I then threatened to call the law and file a complaint! I then walked to the back and found it. The whole time he was telling me that my fiancé had taken it with him the day we dropped the truck off, which was a lie! I get my truck back and honestly my 6 year old grandson could have done a better job than this.

After months of consideration I have decided to write a review, but only after giving a major benefit of the doubt. Please do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere, if at all possible. I could write a novel about this place, but will only say that repairs were not performed properly, to include parts that were not correct for our vehicle. This was found after maintenance was performed in order to correct minor body part and trim alignment issues. To add to the frustration, the owner constantly dodges obligations and promises are always tomorrow, or next week. Im sure there are more reputable places in town. I would take advantage of them.

Good place to get car or truck repaired

I was charged TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS to have my car towed across town, and then to a dealership in the same town. That is absolutely unbelievable, especially considering I had the same car towed from DOTHAN to GENEVA the day before for only $52. And no one EVER mentioned that insane fee ahead of time, I only got to hear about it from the mechanic a week later. Now I have to pay or I wont be able to get my car. You people are scam artists. I will never EVER use this company again, and will make sure no one else I know does either. Absolutely inexcusable.

EXCELLENT Service. Took my vehicle in (small job) and had it ready the next day. Other body shops such as Professional Body Shop and Joe Hudson Collision center said it would take 2 months to get to it. Thats because they dont like doing small jobs. These people are very professional and honest and are highly recommended !!! Save time..go to them first!!

These people are thieves I had my car towed to there facility after a accident that was not Caused by me, when I went to take my personal items out the vehicle they were alrdy missing (brand new tv radio)(entire sound system)( expensive automotive scanner)( tablet) and a lot more the owner is a load of bs and definetly unprofessional, they got away with stealing every item out of my car.

Ive taken my vehicles to Ed and his professional team many times and have had great experiences each time. I would suggest any of my friends take a stop and talk to Ed Mock about doing business before heading to any other shop in town.

If you trust Edd Mock who is the owner, well good luck. This man over charged me for storage, over charged for towing, says he charges for towing according to bow much cable has to be used to pull vehicle onto rollback, starts charging when he get call NOT when he gets vehicle. Charged site cleanup fee but did not clean up anything. I could go on but you get THE picture.

A friend of mine had an accident and the vehicle was towed to this location. Now over a week later we get notified that they are charging us a $35 a day fee to keep it there and refusing to allow us to get personal item from the vehicle. With underhanded tactics like these I would hate to see the kind of horrid jobs they would do if they actually repaired a vehicle.
