If I could give more than 5 stars I would as they so deserve it. From the good quality homes they sell to the workers who do an excellent job at putting everything together and Stacie who helped us get everything started and was there every step of the way. I highly recommend this company. We absolutely love our new home !!!

Called multiple times left messages, no call back. Finally, spoke with Karen, very knowledgable, very informative and appeared helpful. Particularly as we want modular not mobile. Just as we were getting to the model we are interested in, she said she was late for another meeting. Ok. Took info and said would call us back to continue discussion. No call all week. Guess they do not want business. Bummer.

Never deal with Karen. Her name alone says enough. She will leave you hanging on a moments notice. No call back no text no email. This is a Karen review

I have nothing bad at all to say about sales at Concord homes. Stacey was wonderful! However, I would strongly suggest looking for someone else to do the setup outside of the family business. We have lived in the home since the end of 2018. I had made multiple calls about things that were considered small issues . It was never clear who was responsible to resolve these issues. Sometimes it was the setup crew from Concord homes and other times it was the Champion representative. I was told that the house needed time to settle and that things like batton strips falling fromthe walls were normal. It didnt feel normal during Christmas dinner when three or four of them popped out with our house full of people. Our smoke alarms kept going off, and we finally figured out that the vented microwave was not vented to the outside. We have a shed out back that was connected to electricity and no longer has that electricity because the crew cut the wires.These were just a couple of the specifics, but in general, very little care was given to setting up the house. The workmanship was obviously sloppy and showed no pride in their work.It took until May of 2019 for the Champion homes representative to come out and make some repairs. Which, I might add, were not completed to satisfaction. Example: I had told him there was a stain on the bathroom ceiling that I wanted painted. He left me the can of paint. I did sign off on his paperwork, more because it was frustrating working with the representative than anything else. It would have been another several months before he would have been able to make it out again for any other repairsI didnt feel that Id get any satisfaction from calling Concord homes or the Mobile home company so I took care of the issues myself or paid out of pocket to have it done right. No one told me that it would be a DIY home.If you are wondering why it took this long to write a review, one of the small issues (the sheets under the cabinets) fell off during cooking dinner and hit me. Enough was enough.
