I highly recommend this company for auto body repair work! They are very organized, accurate, timely, friendly, and my car looks awesome! They were very fast and efficient while processing the vandalism claim on my car. They dealt straight with my insurance company but they were still there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. My car ended up being totaled out. They gave an excellent and fair price to replace my car, which was a manual 5 speed transmission. It is really hard to find a manual 5 speed in newer cars. They make these weird automatic 6 speed. Its only a manual if it has a clutch and you shift it with the shifter not some little buttons on the side. Thats just weird. PERIOD.

Airport auto body is the only place I’ll be going from here on out. The staff is FANTASTIC! Super fast & efficient work. Eddie (the owner) was so kind to us, even going as far as offering my son snacks and a teddy bear when we left. (You seldom see those gestures). You won’t find friendlier staff in the tri-state. I was threatened by one of their drivers who was hooked up to somebody elses vehicle which had nothing at all to do with me. I simply pulled into a local speedway gas station to get some snacks and the driver immediately came up to my truck and started threatening that I would have a $4000 tow bill if I didnt leave immediately. The speedway employees were very apologetic at least. Extremely unprofessional.

Terrible customer service AND quality of work. Paint is mismatched and body panel distortion is still visible. Not worth the hassle to get them to rework it correctly. Take your business elsewhere.

Ive been getting my body work done here for 15 years-even after moving 400 miles away. Ive not had better quality body and paint done anywhere else Ive lived (Washington, DC and Huntsville, AL). Most recently, Eddie and his crew in Erlanger replaced the driver s side front door and repaired the rear door of my daughters 2018 Honda Civic. It looks better than when it came from the factory. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. I had many questions and they took the time to explain everything about the repair process in detail. They kept me informed with updates the whole time they had my car. They detailed the inside and outside of my car, it looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend this body shop. I had $5000 worth of damage to my vehicle and they walked me through every step of process to make sure I knew what work was being done and explained my options as far as having non-covered work completed. Within 3 weeks, my car is better than new. The staff is extremely friendly and all are knowledgeable about the work being done.

550 bucks to take my truck home 3 days after a minor accident. Then when I arrived was told cash only and an amp not hooked up yet was missing. That amp was part of the reason I wanted the 98 Durango back. It had some anti freeze that leaked, about 2 cups and they cleaned the street with kitty litter type stuff and swept it all up and put it in my front seat interior. I didnt think people could be so low.

After APB quickly and professionally got my wife back on the road after an accident a couple years ago, she was quick to recommend them when I needed to replace a side-mirror housing for my car. Belle quickly responded to my inquiry, looked up my part number and gave me an accurate estimate of the work. In two brief visits, I got the color-match for painting and then had the finished piece installed. Great service, friendly associates and excellent work!

I was so sad when my brand new car was involved in an accident just a few months after purchasing it. I knew Airport Paint and Body would do an amazing job! They have done great work on my husbands Jeep Wrangler in the past. Belle was amazing to work with the last 3 weeks. Stay away!!!! the owner is on a constant power trip and can’t keep employees because of the constant belittling by the owner. He tries to portray himself as this great caring guy but behind closed doors he is very manipulative. One of his employees told me he is constantly ripping them off then being very passive aggressive. If you complain they will waive your deductible, complain enough they will give you cash back.

APB IS THE BEST!!! Hands down!!! I’ve been a customer since 2012-13 and I will not go anywhere else. They’ve been great to me and my family!! Even when I fell on hard times, they had patience with me. Best Customer service.

A deer encounter put my vehicle in need of repairs, and this place was recommended for its quality work. I found the people of this establishment very helpful. They gave me full attention and didnt try to rush me through any part so I was actually able to understand everything going on. They kept me updated on the status of my car repairs very well. The only downside was that it took over 20 days to get it repaired. That is a long time to be out of a car. The Manager Eddie Thomas even offered reduced rates on a rental car (that was very nice but still too pricey for me at the time). However, the repair job was perfect. My car hasnt given me any trouble since. Perhaps the only reason it took so long was because quality work takes time ( I am unexperienced with car repairs so I cannot say how long it should take). I am rather pleased with how it turned out. And if that repair time is normal for cars (a couple of panels [and something with the AC] had to be replaced) then consider this a five star review.

Eddie, (the manager) made things right for me after some issues with service, he went above and beyond and fixed an unrelated dent at no charge. I was sincerely pleased after he made things right. This was my second time having my vehicle repaired here and I would recommend it to a friend. Thank you for going out of your way to make things better for me.

Had car repaired the other persons insurance paid repairs. The shop was very kind and helpful. Even set up my rental car pick up and delivery. Car was repaired on time as promised. I would return for any auto body needs.

Honest and quick! They have been so quick to let me know what is going on with my car. No one wants to need a body shop but if you do this is my favorite! I cannot say enough great stuff about this place including the professionalism of my estimator Jamison and the whole crew. While my car was being fixed for a minor collision, this shop kept me completely up to date in the process. But here is what is even more amazing....when they were close to finalizing the repair, they called me and said they noticed a small paint flaw. Now most shops would have just let this go and sent the car on its way. Not this shop. Re-did the work and made it perfect! Even brought my car to my house on Christmas Eve.I love this place and all the people. Thank you!!!

The guy hook up to my truck while I was sleeping then woke me up and start requesting me to pay release fee by cash only. I have a simple question is it a legal rubbery ? Towing statute has a predator rule which is not been follwed by this company. Who had any problems with this company before please contact me for the further action against this company. We can face them in a court together

Took my vehicle here for some body work. Eddie, the owner, is a great honest guy. Eddie and his entire staff made the process super easy. They do great work and go over and above.

They took care of me and my Prius through the entire repair process and made everything effortless! I truly felt like Belle cared about making sure my car was done right.

Poor poor poor swrvser. Car was towed with out my consent. Then said had to pay $165.00 to get it released. Then when we tried to pay they tried to double the price... Talked VERY disrespectfully to my mother... Multiple times. She even told him not to talk to her like that and he continued to speak to her disrespectfully... Never have your car towed there. And Id bet money that there body shop is a joke as well... just completely disgusted with the way most of them acted.

Their towing service is one of the worst in nation. Robbers that hooking up while you sleep in the truck and shake off money when you wake up. Even though it is a different business, but owner is the same. Your employee Joe is sneakiest mf... I’ve ever seen. Very rude and impolite.

This review is overdue, but I was thinking about this crew today and figured it was better late than never. They did an extensive repair job on my car after an accident last spring, and although the timeline was a bit long, I think its because they were really doing things right. The body repair looked awesome, including a perfect paint match on a ten-year-old white car. I returned after the repair with squeaky struts, and they followed up with the insurance company to get that covered too since it was on the accident side and could have been associated. Finally, a headlight on the accident side went out a few months later, and although it probably had nothing to do with the accident, they replaced it without charging me. Through the whole experience everyone was so kind and patient, even when I wasnt. In addition to doing a great job with my car, Eddie, Brittany, and the whole team are simply wonderful people, and I learned a lot from their example. Thanks, guys! You make the world a better place.
