Had my truck repaired after an accident involving the driver door.Was very concerned about paint match but they did a great job. Even washed my rims. Will return for future work. Highly recommend.

I usually don’t take time to leave reviews (I’m always huge on reading them) but every now and again, I have a really great experience with a business and believe it deserves recognition.In April I was involved in a hit and run on 275E. Luckily, I got the drivers information and her insurance had to cover getting my car fixed. I asked on Facebook for recommendations on a place that did good auto body work in NKY. Someone suggested Lee Hartke - and thank god they did!Though it took months for all of the parts to come in since Ford was swamped, they worked with me. They kept me up to date on everything and even fixed my car to be drivable so I could get back and forth to work while we waited for the parts! Lastly, they always found a way to help me in any situation regarding my car. Very accommodating!Sadly, I’m not in the NKY area anymore but I will go out of my way to come back here if I ever need to! Thank you all so much for being absolutely amazing to your customers.

Needed some body work and they gave us an immediate estimate and got us in within a couple of days [waiting for parts]. Did a super repair job!! Couldnt even tell where the damage occurred. All the people were very polite and very helpful. They even cleaned the auto inside and out before returning it to us. Their costs were extremely reasonable [lower than all the dealership body shops]. Cant say enough good things about them. Super people and super work.

Lee Hartke Auto Body has fixed several cars for me over the years and has done an excellent job each and every time! Most recently, repaired my car and the car looks better than it did when purchased new! The price ended up being lower than originally quoted, repairs were done quickly and the car looks like it had been detailed!! (Even the inside)! I’d recommend using Harkte Auto Body for any car repairs you may need!

I left my car here for 2 weeks, I was going out of town. The young lady said they would take care of my car and fix the deep scrapes in my car while I was out of town. They kept in contact with me while I was in Arizona and called when it was finished with repairs. She said she would lock my car and I can pick it up when I landed in town. When I picked up my car on sunday she locked the keys in my car like she stated and the car looked amazing. I cant even remember where the deep scrapes were at. Left side, right side I cant even see the damages they did an amazing job and they even left little gooding in my passenger side with there logo and brand..I definitely recommend them. They were polite from me calling to make the first appointment. They lady was the sweetest.

Do not go anywhere else. I have taken a few cars to them and they always do very impressive work. They are very timely and professional and the quality of their repair surpasses any other body shop Ive dealt with. The staff of this family business is very professional and they all seem to work perfectly together to provide great service every time. The level of service they provide is something you do not see too often these days.

I will take my car back here any time. I was in a fender-bender, which was the other persons fault, and so my insurance had me take my car to Lee Hartke for repairs. They did an excellent and thorough job. And they kept me up-to-date every step of the way. When I went to pick up my car, they told me to just leave my rental and they would take care of it for me, since I had to get my car after-hours. When I picked up my car, in the front seat they had left a calendar, a koozie, a gift card and coupons for Frischs, and a jar of apple butter from a place I had actually been to in Pigeon Forge. It was such a nice treat!

The folks at Lee Hartke are awesome! I was in a fender bender back in December, other persons fault, and they replaced my bumper and trunk. Only took them 4 days, they even cleaned my radio, my car mats, and painted over a chipped spot on my car no where near the back bumper or trunk! And they gave me a Frischs gift card! They really do an awesome job and my car is looking as close to brand new as it can for a 2010! Thank you to all of you at Lee Hartke! And thank you for dealing withr the return of the rental car!

Highly recommend this company for auto body work. They did a fantastic job on my car and it was done much faster than anticipated.

Buyer Beware!!! This guy does not honor his price or his word. He will higher his price for no provable reason when its time to pick up your vehicle, and hold it hostage until you pay. So if you are paying out of your own pocket, go somewhere else. This guy is shady!! I have never felt so helpless. And his work is ok, but not overly great, so not really worth it for his skill either.

He wasnt even willing to talk to you unless you bring the car up to him. I knew exactly what I needed, which was a fender replaced, but he was short with me, had an attitude, and refused to even give me a ballpark price over the phone. Spoke with other places around town and they were much nicer and gave me ballpark costs.

I had 2 vehicles repaired here in the last year and both came out great! The Infiniti G37 took a swack to its rear. The paint work was flawless and everything looked straight and clean when it was returned to me.The Nissan Altima took a chunk of tire to the face while driving down 1-75. We needed a new bumper, radiator, and all the fixings that come with it. It took a few weeks to order parts but once we lined up our schedules I actually got the car back in a few days. Again, flawless workmanship.I think the front office guys name is Ryan----super nice guy to work with. I wish he introduced himself by name so that I could thank him but that doesnt bother me to much. They are super professional, extremely prompt, timely communication, flawless billing, and incredibly nice. Dont hesitate to use them!Note: This is a USAA approved shop.
