Extra Space was easy to work with, affordable, safe, and clean! I kept my unit with them for just over a year and never had any issues. Customer service was quick to respond when I had questions, and ending my lease was incredibly easy once I no longer needed extra space. Thanks for letting me store my stuff!

I wouldn’t recommend this facility. As soon as you move in (pretty much after the first month) the rent starts to go up. The rent continues to go up about every few months ! —> Be very aware of this, because it will continue to climb in price, unless you move your stuff out!! You will also be paying extra for insurance every month! (whether you have insurance on your own or not - you pay for this!) also be aware of where your locker is. I had an outside locker meaning you could access it 24 hours a day, and they charge a lot more for that! Eventually they were charging me $310 a month. I moved a mile away for $100 a month. Pretty big rip off here! Be Aware!!

Be aware they raise their rates almost as soon as you move in, pretty much! (you also get charged for insurance, whether you have your own or not) read your contract!!!There’s nothing wrong with the storage space and it’s a great location however: they charge and keep raising their prices about every few months! I rented a storage locker out of necessity and could not get over there, to move it to a better rate facility & eventually I was charged $310 a month for my storage! ( now they’re selling the same size locker for $136) Byer Beware!! I spent over $15,000. in the 5 years that I was storing there. I would Not recommend this place!!

I found this storage on a whim and couldnt be more happy that I did. Very friendly, courteous people and all business done over the phone. Fast and efficient. Nice and clean unit. I will be letting my family and friends know about this place.

This place is a rip off !!!!!! DONT RENT FROM EXTRASPACE STORAGE!!!!! You start renting then they double the price of your storage unit!!! I have had my storage unit for not even 2 months an the rate went from $70 a month to $136 a month!!!! Such a rip off!!!

I had an amazing experience with the staff. I am new to the area and they had units near my employment open gave me a discount price from internet never raised pricing like some do. I have been a customer for two years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The storage spaces are very clean and easy to get to. At this location there is no physical staff member. When you call about an issue or request they do come out from a main branch. They communicate extremely well with their customers. I would recommend them. Storage units are not cheap in general . I think the prices are the general cost for the area. Over all Im satisfied with my experience with this company.

Consistently raise my rates for the last several years every 6-12 months. Initially rented my unit circa 2016 for $125/month. I am now at $163/month with out a single late payment. I am active duty military and cannot move out for the foreseeable future. READ YOUR CONTRACT. I didn’t know I needed an attorney I get a storage unit. A straight up hustle. Go else where.

Teresita and Heather were super sweet and friendly. Teresita was just starting at the company and was super sweet and funny. She took her tie to make sure we liked what we were getting. She had us laughing so hard. She is a great person to be working in the office. And Heather was so funny as well, she was so nice in helping and explaining everything. This is the place to go if you need anything.

I love that Extra Space Storage is month by month and I can cancel at any time with at least two days verbal notice. The prices are extremely affordable. I compared prices with several other local storage units and this was the most reasonable. The office manager Heather is such a sweet person and is always smiling. I forget my code all the time and she is always happy to look it up for me. Ive been renting a unit here since October 2018. I wont need the unit for much longer, but if I need storage in the future, I will be back! Highly recommend this location.

I just rented my storage unit at Extra Space Storage new Crescent Springs, so this rating is strictly based on my initial experience. Heather was most helpful and her attentitiveness to Customer Service was outstanding...she even checked rates for me, at another nearby facility, which I thought maybe closer for me. upon initial inspection, I did find the facility to be clean and well-maintained...and the inside unit corridors were clean, dry and well lit. Both indoor and outdoor storage units are all secured by lock, and/or code entry gate/door.

Went to a few places and this is the cleanest one in Erlanger. The lady was nice and seemed like she cares about her job. Not the cheapest but worth the extra few dollars.

Heather was so sweet when I needed help opening the door to my space. She didn’t leave until she knew I got the mechanism down. I know now if I need anything I can ask with zero judgment.

I had the best experience with both the managers at Extra Space Storage. I was able to move in quickly, to a unit that was sufficient for my storage needs, everything was very clean and new, the staff were professional yet personable and very helpful. Moving is my least favorite activity so it was refreshing and nice to interact with people who were helpful and went out of their way to make this easy. I will definitely reuse this space for my storage needs.

Great staff but my end unit leaked and ruined some of my kids stuff. They were willing to move me but seemed like too much work.

I really had a great experience with the team here. Im not familiar with storage units or renting space but Ill have to soon because Im moving across the country. I have 2 storage units at this location. Jamie and his team were very helpful with all of my concerns and questions. The property is clean, well lit with security cameras. The rent is very reasonable plus they gave me a great discount with the second unit. I came right before closing to get the 2nd locker. He stayed open to do the paperwork which only takes a short time and even helped me move some heavy furniture.

They change the prices as soon as you move your stuff in. They tried to change the rates I was told when I first was buying it. First month free and I even asked the guy, now there wont be any surprise fees tomorrow will there be? He told me no just 100 a month. Lies! The manager calls me the next day and tried to say its a half month free and there a charge of 30 for registration and 10 a month for insurance!!?? After haggling with him, he agreed to the terms I was told but 5 a month for insurance. Fine I said. Well after first month I get a piece of mail telling me the rates have changed. Now theyre charging me what the manager said 10 a month for insurance I dont want and 4 bucks extra a month . 14 more monthly as if 104 isnt enough for a 10×10. Its 118 now. I regret going with them,very shady business. I called the storage unit around the corner and they were 20 bucks cheaper and dont make you have insurance! Go there! Research before going here!

The facility continually raised the rates. Every few months the price jumped. When I first rented it was about 100.00 a month in less than a year it had jumped to over 160.00. I had it automatically paid on my credit card and they said I owed 140.00 for late payments. I argued and they corrected their error. Total rip off. There are a number of other facilities to use, I strongly recommend using a different company.

This storage center is extremely clean and good prices and offers locks that can’t be cut off! BTW the customer service given by Heather is exceptional, if you need a storage unit ask for her, we left 100% satisfied!

Before I go any further let me sum up my experience with Extra Space Storage as AMAZING! My family and I lived in an area which was in threat of becoming flooded due to rising waters from the Ohio River. I called Extra Space Storage and told them what was going on and asked if they had any units available. They informed me that they had a unit available, not far from our home, which would work out perfectly and was large enough to store the items that we needed to get out of the house. They then unlike any other company asked me if this was fitting for our budget and when I explained that this was an unforeseen event and we were between checks they made arrangements for us to obtain the unit and were very very compassionate towards our needs. I myself work in a retail setting, and I must say this is one of the most exceptional experiences Ive ever had dealing with anyone in a customer service-based industry. They were only there to rent us a storage unit but they listened, they cared, and they made it possible for us to save the items that we needed to save! Have no fears about dealing with this company because everyone there is amazing!
