Great place but they need to tell you over the phone that if you dont use there insurance they hold 150.00.

It’s my third time here, 3 times in a row . And they could not even make a braking pads or the check engine light done. I have to come back again and again forever. It’s a waste of time and money! Terrible service ever.Again, I got the appointment on last Friday 11/20 for regular service. And they told me that I would get my truck back on Sunday 11/22. But until now 11/25 they hasn’t get it done. And told me that I got to wait until Monday! Plus nothing guaranteed! This is crazy!

Had a few issues along the way of picking up my truck for a one way rental, that I returned back to this location. Zack L. was AMAZING! Addressed and handled all the issues even though it wasnt this locations fault but where I originally got it from. He went out of his way to get the situation handled and money refunded. Cant thank him enough. Customer service as its BEST! Would defiantly use this location again.

Rented a brand new truck from this place, truck was in terrible condition and all beat up and ran horrible. They didnt want to do anything about it tried to lease a truck from they keep saying its ready when its not I do not

The service I received on March 31st was far beyond impeccable. I had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon and Andrea and lets just say that they made my whole life. I had a reservation with Budget and even called the day before to confirm that my reservation was still in tact but of course that disgusting company had no empathy and still had the nerve to charge me a No Show fee, even when I showed up just for them to tell me that the truck wasnt there. I called Penske and got Andrea on the phone and not only did she find the truck that I needed but she was empathetic during the process. When I arrived to Penske, Brandon was able to pick up from where Andrea left off and it was a smooth transaction. I had not one problem with either associate and they really valued me as a customer. I told them that I would give a great review and I hope they read this because Andrea and Brandon made my day so much better than what it was. Use Penske for all your truck rental needs, it will save you time, frustration, hassle and any other negative thing you could feel. Do NOT use Budget.....Use PENSKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
