1) They did a brake job on my wifes Volvo XC-90. They forgot to hook the emergency brake when they completed the job. By the time she got to Marquette, she heard a clunking sound. She pulled in to POMPS tire. They had determined that the emergency brake was never reattached. By this time the emergency brake mechanism was destroyed from just hanging there.Bittners refused to take responsibility.2) On another occasion, they rotated all 4 tires on this same vehicle. By the time my wife got to Rapid River, she felt a severe vibration in the vehicle. She called me from The Pantry truck stop. I told her to check the lugnuts. They were ALL HANDTIGHT!3) Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM BITTNERS!!
