1 star because of the outrageous price for their BMW Parking Brake Clip. It costs 15x what the OEM part costs and they have the audacity to charge $10 for shipping for an item smaller and lighter than the size of my wallet. Not cool. If theyre willing to gouge this much for something that costs almost nothing to make, who knows what else theyre willing to do.

Don’t waste your money on these products. You can purchase new replacement parts on eBay that are oem and cheaper than what they will sell here. I bought the tools to fix the door lever of my car, but my door lever was too broken to be fixed by the tools. Overall I spent 105 dollars on the tools and had to return it. The company didn’t provide return shipping I had to pay for that and they additionally took out 17 dollars from my refund because the tools had been “modified” . I bought a new door lever OEM for 20 dollars on eBay. And here the parts to fix your door lever will cost over 100....

Needed a crank shaft seal remove & install tool for my 08 335i a must have tool for all you diy, one thing I dislike is the wait on shipping for parts and tools, called AGA tools shop and they had what I neeeded ready for pick-up same day definitely recommend

Ordered the E92 rattle repair kit for my BMW. Arrived quickly, but the package was damaged very badly by the shipping company. Looks like they ran over it multiple times as it had tire marks all over it. I contacted AGA and emailed them pictures. They responded next day and shipped the part out again, no questions asked. Carbon hook... Its a lot more work than described in the video. Must drop subframe and motor about 6 inches. Dont give up the tool does work. I would recommend ordering 2 blades. The first blade will break after about 4 cylinders.

Just wanted to give you feedback on your kit to solve the E92 muffler rattle. I got it for my 2011 335is. The noise was not too bad, but I could tell it was getting louder over time. I found you guys by searching for a solution (I initially disconnected the solenoid driving the valve but I started getting some hesitation on acceleration). When I ordered your kit I thought it was a little expensive; however it is a simple and elegant solution to this problem. The parts are high quality and well made. I think your kit is a high value item as it works as advertised. It quiet my muffler immediately upon installation. Thanks.

In three words, Very Talented and Honest!It is so hard to find good mechanics and honest companies they work for.I’m just really impressed with AGA repairs and AGA Tools.My experience with this company was 100%.We’re a couple states away, but we’ll turn auto repairs into mini vacations.I have a 2009 BMW X5 that was smoking badly from leaking valve seals.My Local dealership in Boise, ID quoted me almost $10,000 for the repairs, and another local foreign car repair place wouldnt even touch the job.I found AGA searching for repair parts and found their kit they developed to do the repair. I watched their how-to videos and tried to do the repair myself. The kit worked perfectly, and everything was going fine, but I didnt pressurize a cylinder enough because I didnt want the engine to turn over, and the valve fell into the cylinder.When I called AGA about it, they even gave me step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve it myself! I love working on things, and I’m a bit of a gear head, but it was beyond my ability.I was a little surprised when they said they could fix and finish the job where I left off. I’ve never had a repair shop willing to do that. But, if you really know what you’re doing, a good mechanic can pickup where someone else left off and finish. They even found a mistake I made. I put one of the valve keepers upside down. They still gave me the full warranty.Also, the quote they gave me was exactly what the final bill was. I knew the job was about 20 hours, and that’s exactly what I was billed for. I was really worried about this repair since it was such a big job, and I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with auto repair facilities in the past, but they were right on schedule and no surprises. They explained and showed me everything, and even gave me the old parts when I forgot to ask for them.They said they did an overall car eval at the end of the job and found a couple of things I knew about but not even the dealership found. A minor problem with my left mirror and a climate control problem they tracked down to a faulty sensor.Thanks!!The Robertson Family

Purchased a Bluetooth Kit online. Received a tracking number for ground deliver today. UPS reported the packaged was damaged and that they would contact the shipper. I emailed the shipper immediately upon finding out. I called the shipper Aga Tools. Representative told me he would call back. No call. I called after I left the office. We spoke, I advised him that I was not concerned about what happened. I didn’t get my product. Not fault of mine. The shipper wanted to explain what happened. I expressed that I wanted my product and didn’t want to wait any longer that I already have. He insisted using UPS again I advised not to do so. Use Purple ground shipping. Hopefully my product will arrive Fridaybefore was close of business. It’s sad that he felt customer service was not what he needed to provide. It was less than stellar. A lot of work needs to be done as far as best practices with this company especially when on the East Coast.
