I discovered Escondido Phone Repair today as I was shopping for a place to change the charging port on my Samsung phone. They were by far the least expensive in the area. The store is nice and the customer support is outstanding. They had my phone fixed in about an hour. Ill be happy to use them again in the future.

They are scams. If you buy cellphone from this store.They dont tell you cellphones problem. After took money they will not answer you anymore!

Definitely Found A Gem!!No fuss no muss called ahead for a quote for a repair on iPhone X was told a price and a very detailed explanation of what there options were and time frame of repair and thats exactly what was delivered! Very personable staff with great people skills they also carry accessories for phones and such stop by if your in need of anything electronics relaxed you wont regret it.

Excellent! I called ahead figuring full well that I would have to have them replace the charging port on my OnePlus 5t. They suggested I come in and have them attempt a cleaning first. I have cleaned my phone multiple times with toothpicks and blowing it out the best I could. I just assumed the part was bad. I came in and he took only a few minutes cleaning it before it was working better then it had in months. They didnt even charge me, for him it was a simple fix. They could have easily had me order parts and pay to have them put in. I had already talked myself into that. Instead he cleaned the charging port for free and earned a customer for life. Thats how u do business!

Left a phone for 3 days, was being charged $400 dollars for an upcharged and bs repair. I didnt want the service but said I would pay the diagnostic fee, they didnt want to give me the phone back even then for some mysterious reason? Now I have a paperweight maraca...a rattling phone?!? And no repair. horrible, they only wanted $$$ Completely dissatisfied

I called and was given a quote of $275 to replace my cracked screen, it was the cheapest from other places I contacted.. I shouldve known. I came to pick up my phone, within 15 minutes and was charged $296 but it says tax wad included so what was the $21 extra fee for ? Besides the point. My phone screen was fixed however my phone was broken, it was glitching and styrofoamy like when you turn on a tv with no signal. I didnt have that problem before. They said to give them 15 minutes and it would be fixed. If you want your screen replaced go elsewhere, who knows if theyre messing with phones or whatnot.

They fix my phone good but they do not check the phone before they fix it. I took my phone just to fix the screen and my phone was working just good and they after I got it fix my speaker did not want to work and I want again and they say that in 20 min he will tell me what happens to it and then 20 mins past and they say they fix it but I had to play 35$ more. so I payed 35$ for something they broke. so in total I pay 115. it’s not my fault they didn’t check it before they fix it.

Don’t go to that store, I just took my IPhone 11 like 4 months ago to install a glass screen protector and I paid $ 20.00 and for almost a week ago it start bubbling all over, and he refused to fix it, so it’s a waste of money .

I work in the area and had passed by this place now for a few months everyday its rite on the corner of juniper and 2nd ave easy to miss if your not looking and today I finally needed there help and remembered just were to go . Had a issue with my iPhone it wouldnt charge I took it into this place and they quoted me a price and about 40 minutes to complete.went Around the corner to 711 to grab a drink while I waited and 30 minutes later my phone was back on and charging ! I just got got my ZTE Blade zmax fixed here and Im a happy customer. I needed my screen replaced so I called many shops in Escondido. Nobody had the parts in stock or the price was as much as buying a new phone.Finally I called Escondido phone repair and not only did they have the parts,the price was way more affordable than other places I called.
