They have a solid system of checking the functionality of the phone when you turn it in and when you receive it back. Gives you confidence that your phone is working properly. Easy battery replacement, something I have done myself on the same model. Looks like the phone tech used too much heat on the front phone panel because they havent done to many android repairs and destroyed the front camera. Then charged me more than the quoted cost to add insult to injury. Bummer. Had my doubts due to some of the bought reviews. Really wished is wasnt so. Didnt even ask to fix the camera. Front camera repair is an extremely hard job to complete, requires you to dissect the entire phone and pull the mother board completely.Update: Phone completely toast after a week. The phone tech did a shotty job on the install and didnt connect the wiring harness to the motherboard correctly and the phone no longer turns on. I just bought a new phone from Costco because I need a cell for my business.Truly unprofessional company.

I give them my phone and tell them the issue, they say “oh come back in the morning and it’ll be done”They call me in the morning “sorry we need a part that will take five days to come”I come back five days later “Sorry it had water damage, can’t fix it” when I don’t even take it near the shower with me and even if it had had water damage on some parts there are still options?? I’m almost 100% certain they forgot to fix my phone until I showed up. To make matters worse they TOOK OFF MY PHONE CASE AND KEPT IT. So I had to have my dad drive all the way back to get it. They wasted my time, made my WiFi worse (it won’t even try to connect now) and didn’t even charge it. They were going to charge me 60 dollars, NO. This place treated me well for years until recently, now if I ever need my phone fixed they give it back with a new problem that I have to come back and get it fixed for. This has happened almost every time after it’s started having new management. This place used to be great.

Fixed my broken glass displayed and the prices are very reasonable; superb : As I called for info, the lady on the phone was kind and efficient answering all my question and getting to point of the cost which was great! I didn’t even have to ask more questions, she got right to the point. As I arrived the little shop is kind off hidden not very nice, but boy don’t be deceived by its cover. As I walked in, the lady was very welcoming and ask how, she could help. There was another customer there while she was doing her technician work in her workshop space. I was impressed by her multitasking and great communication with both of us. As she was working on my phone she noticed something had gotten damaged during the hard fall my phone got gotten when the display shattered and showed me the problem on my phone, she offer to fix it. It’s a problem didn’t think could be fixed, but she did. Also gave more info and ways to take care of phone. Her service, knowledge and kindness went above my expectations. I highly recommend this place. Oh by the way, the lady or as I would say the kind knowledgeable technician is named Kenia.

Needed to get my IPhone 6 replaced quickly and gave them a call. Very great customer service and I was told to come down and they would be able to assist me immediately. Walked in and my phone was taken and replaced as promised within 15 minutes. Wonderful staff, very friendly, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Wonderful place. The owner is very gregarious and friendly. Only accepts cash. Because of that, I went to get some for the repair I wanted and he asked me if I would drop something in the mail for him, since I was going that way. Probably a customers cell phone. Its that kind of trust model that I really, really like. He trusted me, I trusted him back, I roll that way. :) . Since he had to order the replacement part for my phone, he asked for $20, as a deposit. With that, he put it in a plastic bag with the order and offered no receipt. This is a GOOD thing, as I dont like to carry a bunch of paper around and I had ZERO fear that I was going to be taken for a ride. And I wasnt. When the parts came in early he called me to let me know and I was there as soon as possible. His assistant performed the repair competently, efficiently, in my view, and in my opinion was taking great care to do the job right, the first time (I am a technician, too, I can tell). Without a doubt, I recommend this place with a full 5-star rating. Whatever price you pay for whatever your problem is, its completely worth it in my experience. Well done!

Wow! Just had the BEST experience at Fix My Phone SD. Nathan was SO helpful in finding exactly what I needed. I wanted tempered glass for my iPhone 7 plus, it took less than a minute to put on and was perfectly applied! He also helped me find the perfect accessory (bumper) to act as a temporary case until I find a new one. Absolutely Amazing service. I had my ZTE fixed in record time. They were helpful with my coming in right before they closed.

They may be fine with phones, but do not bring them anything else to do. It took them over a week longer than quoted and when I got it home I had to spend two hours installing drivers and resetting all my accounts before anything would work. Would have been less time and energy just to fix it myself.

Fast but didnt do a good job. Paid to have new parts on phone but they put used parts. They had to glue my phone together and that didnt even make it look new. Phone pops in the corner and looks all scratched on the side. Dont go to this place unless you want a cheap fix for a cheap job

I took my iPhone 6s here to fully replace the LCD and front glass. It ended up taking about an hour, which I anticipated. At the times I dropped the phone off and came back to pick it up, they had others coming in for services, so an hour to fix my phone was pretty decent judging by how many people were in and out. Everyone was helpful and made sure to perform tests before and after the repairs to ensure that everything was in good working order. These repairs are costly anywhere you go, but I was happy that it was definitely cheaper than going to Apple or my cell phone provider. Overall they great customer service and a quick turnaround time. Id definitely go back!

This was my first experience with a phone repair service. After completely shattering my screen, ruining the LCD, and busting the ear speaker, they were able to fix all of it at a low cost! I never thought I would need the services of a phone repair shop. I purchased my phone at Costco and the kiosk clerk recommended Fix My Phone SD. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a professional shop from the moment I walked in until completion of repair. My Galaxy Note 5 LCD needed to be replaced. Nathan (manager) explained everything in detail including cost (very competitive) and timeframes prior to repair which I really appreciated. He completed the repair on the spot and in a timely manner. He then proceeded to go over all functions to ensure that phone was working properly. Sam the owner was very nice as well. I recommend this for any and all repairs that you may need. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Great job. This store has so many different phone parts, they are definitely the go to place in regards to phone maintenance. I broke my phone (Samsung Galaxy s7) and in the same day I went to 3 other phone repair stores, and none of them had the parts to repair my phone but when I came here, they repaired it and its good as new. They will have what youre looking for.

I had contacted this place through Yelp and it gave me the cheapest quote I could find to fix my phone (Galaxy S6) so I took it in a bit skeptical b/c it was way cheaper than other places. I dropped off my phone and was told theyd call me to let me know when itd be ready. I received a call shortly after to notify me that they did not have the color for my phone at any of their locations and they would have to order it and it would take a about 4 days or I could put another color screen and have my phone look funky. Before I could answer what I preferred, the person that helped me also offered to lend me a phone free of cost so I wasnt phone-less for those few days. I thought this was awesome because no other place would do this!! Not only were they able to fix my screen on a timely matter (took only 3 days) but the fact that they let me use a phone of theirs while they fixed it was awesome!! The guy checked my phone in front of me to ensure me that everything worked properly! Great customer service for a cheap price! Definitely recommend this place :)
