The icecream is so good. So far the ones I bought were all delicious. The only complaint would be the people that go in, have no respect for space and it can get crowded inside.

Its a clean place but no prices on ice-cream! Once I saw that, I knew everything was OVERPRICED!! I am not cheapskates but Ill rather go somewhere else next time....

Everytime I come with my family we spend about 45 to 60dlls a trip since we are a family of 6 and the staff is in a really bad mood all the time they have no customer service, I always ignore it but this time was different we order some strawberries with cream in a carton box as soon as they give it to us the smell was a little strange we try them and you can tell that the strawberry it self was bad I proceed to the cashier who she ignore me for a long time and I had to get her attention, in a very polite and as low as possible I told her what was going on and that all I wanted them to do was to change them for me she said she wasnt going to do it I said can i get my money back she said no and that she wasnt going to do neither once again I explain to her that I was being very polite and I was not going to argue and walk away I work in customer service and now this business very well to know that they have no customer service at all I am never coming back this is a really bad experience nce and I believe that I wasnt asking for anything that they couldnt do specially since the product was return completely full.Every time my family and I come we spend between 45 to 60 dollars since we are a family of 6 whenever we come we can notice that those who work there are of bad things that I usually ignore because I understand they are tired and busy but this time they reverted their rudeness. ... We asked for some strawberries with cream in cardboard when they gave them to us, you could feel a strange smell but when we tried them we verified that they were indeed spoiled, making me the cashier and in the most polite and quiet way so that no one would hear me explain the problem and I asked her to change the strawberries she told me that I could not do that I told her to owe me my money and she told me that I could not do either of the two things I told her that it was fine and I retired but I think I am in all my Right to request a change if something does not work I will not return but I have a lot of experience in customer service and the truth is they leave a lot to be desired

If I could give you 0 stars I would give it to you !!! The worst tostilocos I ever tried did not add jicama or cucumbers !! And the fruit was better ground them ...
