Crooks. Lies and deceit.They made a mistake ordering tires for a rider mower. Instead of simply acknowledge that fact, they put the blame on us. We had to pay 50% restocking fee to return materials they ordered wrong. Not doing business with them again.Whomever said they are well stocked is lost. Took them 2 months to bring the wrong tires. Which I found in San Diego in 1 day. So much for keeping business local. Terrible place to shop.

Was told that to repair my 3 month old Stihl blower under warranty it would take about a month, but if I paid for the repairs it could be done right away. I purchased the blower on there recommendation. I have asked the owner to call me about this, but have not heard from him. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere!!

Dropped off tool for repair. After two weeks they hadnt even inspected it. Counter clerk says that they are swamped. Mechanic came out and challenged me to find a shop that could do the job more quickly. Totally lame, no customer consideration. Last thought- clerk claims that City of Escondido has priority and had just dropped off 5 tools for rush job which would push my job off. What a waste of time.

I cant speak about there repairs but what I can talk about is their massive amount of Tree Climbing Gear!!! Best I have seen outside of catalog. Plus they are open on Saturdays. Another great location to shop for garden tools and small engine parts.

They have the best power equipment available.
