Excellent, I was looking for high quality equipment but was unsure of what I needed for my property. The staff here took the time to explain to me my options without being overbearing and let me make the decisions. I purchased a STIHL Trimmer, and I was very pleased with the ongoing customer service. My Trimmer was inspected and started by the staff who also took the time to show me proper procedure and maintenance.If I could give 10 stars I would. I needed a better line trimmer head for my new echo GT225 as the one provided from Home Depot just didn’t fit my needs.These folks not only had the proper head but they installed it for me and provided instruction on its use.Outstanding service was provided and I will continue to drive down the hill from Ramona should I need any products in the future.Thank you to them

I love mom and pop shops like this, I only wish they repaired or refurbished garden tools like my spade and pick-axe/mattock. They were my fathers tools and still functional but the spade had a plastic handle at the end that broke and the mattocks wood handle has cracked. Not handy enough to do it myself :( Just letting people know who might have wanted to know. This place will sharpen tools but cant fix the handles or refit metal with new wood.

Sharpened my blade and replaced a part on my mower for a very reasonable price, did a great job!

Back log two weeks for repairs. Did not have a simple carburetor float bowl gasket and couldnt tell me where to get one and could not order it. Found one on line for $5 shipped. Well stocked with weed wacker string.

Absolutely the best shop. Bought an echo from the Depot and ended up returning. Turns out I needed actually customer service to figure out what I really needed for our new property.With the help of NCL I purchased a SRM - 2030 looking to get a 225 trimmer from them now. Very nice to work with not pushy, helpful. Rare to find people that actually care what their customer thinks and want to help. Best shop in town worth the drive for locals in North County. DONT BUY FROM BBOX STORES.

This place is definitely 5 star worthy and excellent customer service like the good old days my Dad/Grandpa used to go to. They did a great job on my small tiller and lawnmower. They even fixed some pieces falling off for free. Fair, honest, good prices. Wow!

This is THE place to go to for repairs. Their minimum fee to diagnose the problem is very fair and reasonable. I ended up having them repair my Echo because they were so fair. I will go back to them for ALL lawn equipment repairs in the future. You won’t regret going to them!

What a great place to do business! Took my chains in for sharpening. Everywhere else was a weeks wait. Had them back in two hours. How great is that! Fair pricing, good equipment. Stihl equipment. Clean shop and lots of parts. Honest and easy to talk to!

Fantastic Old School shop. I have a toro lawn mower from Home Depot. The ignition coil crapped out. I called HD, Lowes, small engine repair shops in Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, and finally North County Lawnmower. NCL had what I needed and at $30 less than the Oceanside shop wanted.A bit of a drive of Carlsbad but worth it.
