What an incredible experience. Took my 18yr old daughter to shop for her new bed. Once she narrowed down what she liked, there was no crazy salesy stuff in trying to get her something more. Jay is the man! I saw some good reviews so I figured I would check it out. Just scheduled an appointment and get to check out the mattress to my comfort. Paid and brought it home same day. It was a pretty quick load from back door of the shop to my truck. Im writing this review because my back is a 1000% times better now. I just wish I didnt wait so long.

I just bought a mattress here for my daughter. It was a great experience! Marian and Jay took care of us and gave us a great deal on a queen mattress. Needed a mattress after making the move to Esco and came here, the service was absolutely wonderful and shopping for a mattress was super easy. They have a lot to choose from and their showroom was very clean and tidy. Got mine for a great price and waited only a week maybe for delivery from the warehouse so I could do in-store pick up, honestly would recommend this place to anyone who needs a new bed. I originally heard about them from a post my sister found on Facebook and am so so glad I came here as my first choice for a mattress.

Been seeing their advertisement on fb for quite a while and finally gave in. Went Sunday to check out the mattresses and soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Jason. There was a couple there as well looking for a mattress as well but that didnt stop Jason from giving both of us pretty good customer service. Went looking for a queen and two twin mattresses and that is what I paid for. Delivery was fast and friendly as well. Forgot the guys name but he was very good at communicating with me as I guess for some its hard to find where I live. Everything from start to finish was great. Just gotta day that my queen mattress did have a small red mark from what I am assuming was the market that was used to mark my name on the plastic over the mattress. No worries though Im not complaining just a heads up for sellers to make sure it doesnt happen to other mattresses. Hoping to a good night sleep or Im coming back to change my rating lol :p

I came across this store when I was searching for mattress delivery services on OfferUp. I reached out to Marian from the location and she sold me a full size mattress and box spring. Everything seemed fine until about a month in when the mattress started to dent in the middle. I was the only person sleeping on it and I weigh no more than 165 pounds. I reached out to Marian but I didnt receive a response until 2 months later. I asked for a refund because when I reached out, it was during the time frame that she gave me. I was refused the refund but then I was told I could make an exchange. That was perfectly fine with me but when I sent in picture of the mattress, I was refused the exchange as well. The owner told me that since my mattress was being stored in a garage, I would be unable to do the exchange and the best he could do for me is to offer me a discount on another bed.Basically once you buy the mattress, you are stuck with it forever and even if you have issues, they will do absolutely nothing to rectify it. I would not recommend this business to anyone. There are much better mattress stores in the area and they have much better customer service skills than the employees at this location.The owner was also the one who told me I could do the exchange in the first place but he seems to be the worst of them all. He wasnt the slightest bit interested in actually assisting me. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to stay far away from this place and its sketchy policies and mattresses.For clarification: My mattress was never in a storage. When messaging the owner I misspoke. To me, the mattress was in storage because I didnt have immediate access to it but it was actually being stored in a friends garage. I tried to explain this to the owner but I guess he isnt able to comprehend. He also used that as an excuse to cheat me out of my exchange. Stay away from this place.
