This is the first time my wife and I have need storage space. We moved some of our belongings into our unit and thought we locked it. The next morning, Jonathan called and said it appeared we locked our unit, but we hadnt. We appreciated is alertness on our behalf.

Im very grateful to be storing here under Jonathan. As a business owner he makes sure to take care of my deliveries as though they are his. The facility is well kept up, cleaned on a regular, and service with people who care. Jonathan is an exceptional addition to the Storage West family.

Very easy to contact and transact with. Staff are very helpful and I love the FREE use of their truck. It eased our move-in a lot of folds.

The storage facility is clean only one experience with a critter over a year ago but none since then. I dont give 5 stars as there will always be something you can and eventually need to improve on. Tim and Jenny have always bent over backwards regarding my account issues. The reason for the 3 stars is that we have more than one storage unit and it seems the units go up and up in price and its getting outrageous thus 3 stars.

Great experience with getting the unit and moving out was a breeze as well.

I myself love thats its around the corner. Its so convenient. Dislike the gate code placement. Especially the exit. But I dont argue it. I think its smart to be able to have a person get out of the car to open the gate. Maybe for recording purposes?

While storing all out belongings for a year at Storage West in Escondido, Tim and Jenny worked with us to help make our cross country move so much easier. Storage West always gives great service and has been very hospitable in my time renting there.

The on site managers Tim and Jenny are very knowledgeable from what size unit for how much stuff to how many boxes you will need... Again i say that they are very knowledgeable on just about everything pertaining to moving and storing your treasures/stuff

Store here at your own risk. This was my 4 time using Storage West facility and I lost over $2000 worth of personal belongings including some of very personal irreplaceable value. Theur response was most unsettling to say the least. Not their responsibility. No effort to explain how it could not be their fault. It was clear to me and my witnesses that there was unlawful entry on several occasions. This was clearly their fault, they did not prevent entry to my unit.someone gained entry, after hours and it had to be an inside job. I am heartbroken.

Ive been storing here for years. The service is spectacular, and the facility is much higher quality than all others Ive used in the area. Their company plan allows them to receive shipments for us which is extremely helpful and convenient. Thanks, Storage West!!

This place is great! The staff are super friendly. We got a unit, then needed another one. They found us a second right near the other.Would highly recommend it.

This place sucks. From the moment I checked in it was an awful experience. Had to walk about a mile in the rain to see my unit before checking in, there is only one way out of here and you have to punch in your code again to leave, the staff are hardly ever in the office, the bathroom is always locked, they dont even let you throw stuff away in their dumpster, only accessible from 7-7, and to top it off it cost me more than my storage in pacific beach and the service and experience is much worse. All in all worst storage I ever had.

Great storage prices and service

I used this place for a few months while I was moving, and the staff were very accommodating, ready to answer whatever questions I had. If I werent moving out of state Id definitely consider using them again for my storage needs.

Love this place. The people who run it are so nice and helpful too.
