1st day today, but so far the whole experience has been 5 stars. I called to get a quote and was able to secure a storage right away. When we arrived there, we were greeted by Jessica. She was very pleasant and explained everything. She showed us our storage unit, which was very clean. The whole place is very neat, climate controlled and cameras all around. So far Im happy with this choice. Oh, they also got carts that you can borrow and extra large elevators (think hospital elevators, possibly larger).

I love this company. Its is very safe and secure. I would like to see if there was a way to allow carts to be used in the evening. The people who take them ruin it for others. Service was awesome. I highly recommend it.

I’ve had a very positive experience with this storage company. On the day that I came in to finalize my registration I was quickly taken care of, they made sure I could inspect the unit before I finalized my rental agreement, they took me on a tour of the facility, and especially Sam, was wonderful to work with. She made the experience easy.A little bit later, I brought my roommate down to take a look at the facility to see if it would work for her and her moving situation. The gentleman who helped us was extremely professional and polite, he took us on a tour of the facility and showed my roommate the available unit that she was interested in. I really appreciated that even after several months of renting, the customer service is still there.I highly recommend the facility, the staff are great and this particular location in Escondido worked well the proximity to the freeway entrance and my home.

I switched from my old storage in San Marcos to StorQuest in Escondido, and I couldnt be happier! Its a newly built location, so everything is super clean and really nice! The sliding doors make everything so much easier and the motion sensor lights are a nice touch! The lighting is perfect because it lights up your entire unit, so the days of having to bring a portable light are over! And not to mention that security is not a concern at all because you can see AND feel the security of the building the minute you pull up! With the quality of the building, the staff and customer service, and the utilities, youre definitely getting your moneys worth and more! I definitely recommend StorQuest!

I first started by wanting a medium sized unit for a few items of mine to keep somewhere safe and in town. I did my research and came across StorQuest, had amazing deals online so I decided to give them a call and get quotes for availability and pricing. I completely forgot who I first spoke to but he was very understanding, spoke very clear and answered all my questions. Wonderful experience. Jessica was very knowledgeable of the facility and I had access to my unit within the hour of viewing the property. Access is simple and there are carts available for use that make moving boxes easy.

From a visitors perspective, it was a very neat, well maintained, secure, and very private self-storage establishment. Very impressed with the building and elevators, granted they appear to be very new, everything appears well kept with a professional atmosphere. I visited to help a friend with dropping off a few items and again, from what I see it would be a very nice place to not worry about your belongings. Im unsure of the price but can assume its a bit pricier than your average storage, and it would be rightfully so.

There’s spiders in the units and the customer service is limited. The storage space itself is decent (depending the sizing you get) but not worth the price. Crosscheck with other storage facilities in the area before finalizing with “StorQuest”.

When I first stated renting there, the employees were not very helpful. However, your recent hires have been excellent. My mother rents a storage locker here. I was with her just after Christmas to grab a few things. She forgot her code so we went to the office, showed our ID and the person in the office, said her name was Jessy or Jessica, was extremely rude, was talking to someone on the phone using extremely bad language, made my mom wait until she was done on the phone to wait on her. She then began to seem to chastise my mother for forgetting her code and even suggested that she charge her to give it her.When we returned to get our ID from using a cart we had to wait outside a locked door for 45 minutes for her to return. She said she had to take care. No apology and was quite rude.We will be cleaning out moms locker and going elsewhere. She puts me in mind of a gang member or gangster.

StorQuest, Best storage place I have ever had. This is my 3rd. I even up graded a few months after I rented here.Its a warm an welcoming place every time I show up I see Dana most of the time, awesome person great personality right there to help.makes you feel comfortable an safe. Today I stop by I saw Dana & Scott another cool person. I go by my unit quite a bit, I live right up the street it helps from me not clutter my home,and I can actually go through things.

I was going to do some “shopping” for a storage center and storquest was my first stop. Couri assisted me when I came in and his customer service was enough for me to decide this would be my first and last stop. It really is an experience. Very modern industrial. But as with any new storage facility its not without its homeless folk. Nothing is wrong with that until you see the prize winning treasures, fresh from the dumpster that are hauled in every other night. I hope these places are fumigated regularly. If you have one homeless you probably have 10. I know this place looks like a 5 star hotel but its not. I suspect that the owners are well aware of the issue by now. Every storage facility has this problem but this one actively takes care of it monthly. Your junk couldnt be any more secure.

Couri Is wonderful! Everytime I go into the office Couri is so nice and polite, No matter the situation he handles things with a smile 😊. I locked myself out of my unit and Couri came to the rescue and got me into my unit within I5 min. StorQuest Units are always clean and fresh smelling the whole Bldg is climate controlled and MORE importantly StorQuest is VERY Secure. theres No Other place Id trust my belongings in. Great prices and easy access locations.

Cory the new manager Exhibit standards below is a normal employee and is extremely lazy. Multiple times I have come into the office for five days in a row requesting to put soap in the bathroom and he says it is on back order during the coronavirus pandemic as he looked at me and continues to watch Netflix.When other customers come in he continues to watch Netflix and talk to them in a minimizes the screen. I can understand people wanna watch Netflix during downtime but they still have to make sure that the customer is always taking care of first and his disregard to the cleanliness of the facility is sickening because he refuses to clean the bathroom.

Well. Id like to say its all good but!There are always homeless people sleeping and hanging around. People actually semi live in the units, Ive seen it with my own eyes, quite the set up they make for themselves.Staff is usually busy on their phones and you have to interrupt them to get their attention. They are less interested in helping you.I hate to be a naysayer but think twice.
