I went into Sims Car Mall AKA Revolutionary Car Credit on a Saturday to purchase a vehicle...the car needed some work thinking Wheel Bearings.. They were to send the car out for service on Monday. I was told the vehicle had just come in but I noticed the truck on the site. If it had just cone in why are you advertising it on your site if it needs work.. I gave them $500 to hold the truck and bring in the rest the following Friday. I was suppose to get a phone call from Monique the Sales rep on Monday to let me know what was wrong with the vehicle. I sat and thought all weekend and decided I wasnt going to purchase the vehicle.. I called on Monday and was told they were in meetings but I left a message for the sales rep letting her know I was not going to go forward with the purchase. I never got a returned call. I called on Tuesday and they let me know she was not in that day and to call back on Wednesday. Tuesday they deposited my check. I never took ownership of the vehicle. I have been calling everyday. Thursday someone picked up the phone and hung it up and never answered again. I even left a message. I had someone else call and they answered..mine you they have caller Id...I was told i had to wait three days before I could get my money back and I should have stopped payment t on the check..I called back on the third day and was told they didnt verify the check went through and to check back on Monday..to verify a check it takes a phone call so I know they are not honest people... I had a car from them before and told Melissa and old sales person that I did t want the car any longer and I was told you can turn in your car anytime...well thats not true because I was told I had a car repossessed from them when in actuality I turned it back in. It look like I will have to take them to Court as my Bank suggested because they are not honest people..

Came here looking for a vehicle for a family member. The first thing that I noticed about this place was the small/cramped parking lot. Business hours are wrong. I came in at 4:45 pm on a Thursday and they said that they are closing at 5 when the sign says 6pm. How do you only have 3 vehicles in inventory?? The employee had no clue what vehicles were on the lot nor was she willing to help. I was told there was a 2006 Toyota Highlander when it was Clearly a 4runner. I would call ahead and ask how many vehicles are on the lot before driving over here and wasting time.
