I had no appointment Saturday morning. My appointment was scheduled for the following Monday at 8. However, i was having problems, so i thought, with my tires. Actually there was no problem at all. Sims GMC was able to begin and complete the work that was initially scheduled for Monday. I was please with that(oil change and tire rotation). Gary Abbey i believe his name is had such a accomodating customer service and such a great bed side manner if you will. I would like to ask for him whenever i need to bring my vehicle in for service. They say the Dealership is always more expensive than taking your vehicle to another vehicle repair shop. But when you receive the type of service that i did Saturday morning...its work it. Thank you Mr. Abbey.

I needed an air bag replacement in a 2008 Saturn Astra. They gladly took it in, and during the repair another part broke because of the age of the vehicle. They ordered another part, and after installation the car would no longer start. They had to get an out-of-state engineer to reprogram the ECM. A job that only paid 20 minutes took over 20 man hours to complete. Thank you, Sims Buick, for making it right, and Dave Paul for timely communication and professionalism.

Awesome car buying experience with Sims and a dealership that makes it right when they say they will.After doing my preliminary research on the car I wanted to buy, what my trade was worth, etc. I found a potential vehicle at Sims. I reached out to their sales department, and they connected me with Steve Reider. I was up front with Steve letting him know I was making a trip into the area for the upcoming weekend and if we can agree on details with price and trade then I would like to come in and sign on the dotted line and be on my way. The last car buying experience from a dealer found us held captive for an entire Saturday and I wanted to avoid that at all cost.Steve worked efficiently and conveniently via text message as I preferred. I set up a test drive for a trusted family member in the area to check out the car for me as well; to which Steve helped see through. Everything checked out from the test drive, so I once again told Steve we would be in on the upcoming Saturday, had a family commitment to get to so needed to be efficient. We arrived and were in and out in under an hour! They kept to their word of getting me in and out.Fast-forward a couple of weeks when I had to get the car inspected due to state requirements for vehicles. My mechanic notified me that for a new used car purchase the brakes and rotors did not seem to be in the condition they should have been in. I reached out to Steve to determine if anything could be done, and he explained the specs on passing it for certified pre-owned and the vehicle met those specs. In the end he talked with the owner, and they agreed to split the cost for the new brakes and rotors with me which was most appreciated and a sign they were trying to make things right. They could have very easily have said it passed certified pre-owned requirements, sorry about your luck but instead they made things right. Thanks to Steve and the rest of the Sims team for making it a great car buying experience.

Came in for a oil change told the representative that I did not want my truck washed. I was told that he would put the paper work into the system that I did not want my truck washed after the oil change was completed I noticed my truck dripping wet form a car wash I immediately returned inside to inform that I was displeased with the request no being for filled. I had never brushed washed my truck in the year of me owning it and because of GMC’s not caring I have to PAY to get my truck professionally coated to get rid of the machine brush swirls because according to the service manager who I talk too two days after the oil change β€œhis car wash does not leave scratch marks on vehicles” 99% toucless washes 1 hand wash in one year of owning a vehicle only machine wash came from Sims Gmc now I see the damage that I didn’t even do to my own vehicle done at a place that I’m purchasing a vehicle from its not expected accountability is why I’m leaving my first review hopefully it reaches somebody. You need to emphasize on services u want done nothing more nothing less sad I have to leave a sticky note for the future on my steering wheel to let them know not to wash a truck Smh

I went here Tuesday and test drove a used 2016 Yukon Craig was my salesman and he was very nice. They where asking 31k for it and I had more then half down for the vehicle. I asked if there was room to work with on the price a little and the used car manager Steve Reider was very very rude to me and treated me with lots of disrespect. I was a customer willing to buy the vehicle right then and there but with the way he treated me I left and went to Audi of mentor and bought one for 10k more then the one they had Audi of mentor knows how to treat there customers. Sims Buick GMC does not know how to treat there customers with respect and they just think they are better then everyone else.

I took my car in on a rare Friday off work because the air wasn’t working and making an odd noise. They couldn’t find anything wrong and β€œcleaned it out” to the tune of $300. Leaving I turned the air on but because the weather was chilly I wasn’t sure if the air was working properly. A couple hours later I ran an errand and it was definitely not working and there is a huge leak puddle in my drive. I call and am told too late today and booked for the next day. I cannot get the car there during the next week until Wednesday because I don’t have a job that I can just be late. I ask for a loaner. I am told that it would be $65 a day. Super cool. My car is now not drivable after they β€œfixed” it. My family juggles rides for the next couple of days. I take it in. The water pump is broke. Hmmm it wasn’t broke on Friday before I brought it in. Oh and now they hear the air conditioning problem. That will be another $1500. I also forgot to mention that they replaced said air conditioning system 4 years ago but the warranty on that was 24 months. Seems appropriate ... a car’s air conditioning system only last a couple of years. I am pretty sure that I am looking like a fool because I kept going back. It won’t happen again.

Extremely Dissatisfied!In March 2020, I went to look at some preowned, certified Buick Regals that I saw on Sims website. I was in a lease of a Chevy Cruze with 6 months payments left on my contract. I told the salesperson that I would be back closer to when my lease ran out. He asked to see my contract to show his manager. He came back with an offer to pay off my remaining lease, taking the Cruze as is if I was to purchase one of the Regals that day. We made the deal, and before I signed anything I asked if I would owe anything additional. You dont owe anything else I was assured.In October 2020, I was contacted by GM Financial, and a repo company looking for my Cruze, which had not been returned. Told GM that I bought a car from Sims Buick GMC, that they had paid off my lease and took possession of the Cruze. They said that they would call Sims and take care of it.Weeks later I received a bill from GM Financial for a months lease rollover payment for a car that I havent had for 7 months. Called Sims myself, dealt with Bruce in finance who told me that the Cruze was still sitting on the their lot. It had never been returned to GM.The Cruze was finally sent back, and I figured that everything had been taken care of, only to get another invoice from GM Financial for $668 listing $247 in damages, the rest in disposition fees and taxes. Bruce told me that there was nothing further that Sims Buick would do to help me. I brought to his attention that the Cruze probably incurred damages during the 7 months it sat in Euclid and that since 2014, I have leased or purchased 3 vehicles from them. Bruce told me that the used car manager would be contacting me, that was 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear from him. I have since paid GM Financial myself to avoid any damage to my credit rating.I am not at all pleased how this was handled. Obviously buying 3 cars in 6 years doesnt matter to them, and they claiming ignorance to disposition fees, is ridiculous.For my future vehicle needs, I will not be shopping at Sims Buick GMC or using GM Financial, as they are not interested in retaining me as a customer!

These are my guys here let me tell u... If you have a GMC or Pontiac this is the place to go. Not in a bad way but they always find the problem and check for any stored codes that maybe cause a issue. You pay for the diagnostic but you know exactly what u need to have done to your car if u cant afford to have it done there

I had such a great overall experience getting a new lease that I’m compelled to write a review about it. First the salesman Julius, was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. No pressure sales tactics, no gotcha techniques, just friendly and professional interaction. He was up front about all costs, savings and looked for insentives to help me with the purchase. Dan Harris was the sales manager and was equally great and just helped make this such a excellent experience. It’s rare to say that a car leasing experience is excellent, but this was excellent and I can not say enough or recommend this car dealership enough.
