I can always find what I need. Isn’t that what’s important? The staff is quick and helpful. I’ve been coming to this store for about 25 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I like this store but a lot of people dont wear face masks and thats a bit scary with whats going on now. Will be trying to use curbside pick up more

Customer Service is slipping at the pharmacy. My husband utilizes the sync your meds option and has run out of pills several months in a row now. When we call we get rude people insisting they have called us - giving the date of the call - when we ask for refills they just insist that they have called. Why not just fill the prescriptions when we call? They are so busy insisting they are right that they don’t bother to offer service. Thinking of taking our business elsewhere - somewhere that knows how to treat elderly people!

I’ve been coming here since I moved into this area about 3 years ago, it’s hit or miss with customer service especially the Pharmacy!! I understand that you never know what anyone is going through, with that being said some of your employees should treat people how they would want to be TREATED 🙏. Pharmacy is the absolute worst to the point where I will be changing Pharmacies for myself and my entire family!! KINDNESS IS FREE SOME OF YOUR EMPLOYEES need to be reminded of that🙏🙏

I been going to drugmart for 10 years put the last experience was horrible It was so upsetting the customer services I received I think maybe I should take my prescription some where else but we all make mistakes one strike

Most of the time, the employees are nice and helpful. However, I have been there on SEVERAL occasions where the young female cashiers are far more interested in what some boy said or did. They do not acknowledge you or say thank you or f you or anything! One named Rachel n in particular!!

I have been coming to this store for years love the deli and the wine selection staff is friendly the young ones can be distracted but give them time theyll learn love this store.

Loyal customer for more than 10 years! The only thing Id say is to check the produce before purchasing. Ive gotten home to find that some things were rotting..such as onions and garlic.. no biggie, but when you have a meal planned around having those items it can be a real bummer.

The employees especially the “young” cashiers are immature, rude, and slow. Customer service is lacking extremely!

Some of the cashiers are just horrible people, if you like to be treated wrongly go there

Horrendous, the managers mike and linda, yelled at me for saying hi to my friend that worked there as i was walking down an aisle trying to buy some bread and wine, and told me to get the hell out of his store and dont come back. staff is rude, service is slow and almost non-existent, prices are not that great, an all around bad experience. i have been going to different discount drug marts for years now, probably over 10, and after the treatment at the euclid location i will never patronize their establishments or give them one more penny of my money again. i highly recommend anyone thinking of shopping there that you dont, and you DO elect to go somewhere else and do your shopping there. i have never been so thoroughly disgusted at any business or restaurant i have ever been to in my entire life.

This store has everything, including a deli. Staff and management are courteous.
