I currently visited to connect service but I did not have the porting information to port over my existing phone number. I told the associate that I did not have a phone because my current phone (with another provider) was damaged. He informed me that I needed to return with the other providers porting information. I asked if the store had a phone that I may use, and he told me No just like that. The only reason Im switching back is because my old Metro phone is locked and I have to be in service for 6 months in order for my phone to be unlocked. Im going to do the few remaining months and switching my service for good.

Worst customer service ever. The guy with the curly hair that works there canceled my service and made me a new account given me a new phone number when I specifically told the idiot I have a active account and wanted a new phone instead he did something completely different and I had to pay two months of service to restore my phone. I recommend not going here and if you do make sure you are getting receipt I think the bum is pocketing people money

Janessa the sales rep and her partner are the best. We got a live performance from the Bluetooth speaker that turned into an Xscape karaoke performance . Very entertaining young ladies.

Everything was okay one of your attendance was talking on the phone to her friend and had her voice nobody wants to hear what theyre talking about so in the future please tell your tenants not to talk on the phone when customers is in the store

Not enough workers for starters. Bought a phone 6/22/2016 took it back 7/3/2016 because it did not work they said the could not do anything about it, but send me out a warranty phone that may be refurbished. If a brand new one does not work what makes them think that a used one will work? Out of over 100 dollars for a phone I just got.
