I absolutely love this place. The manager on site is awesome, and human. He understands our life happens and I dont know about the rest of the world, but he does work with me. You can storage and my Mr manager, are a blessing to my life. I have been with this facility for 3 years. This is the longest time Ive ever had a relationship with the storage facility and love it on top of it all. I pray to God continue to bless you and your family, and the owners, you can store just place to be for anybody looking to rent.

I have been renting here since 2005. I love this storage facility! Shawn and the staff are always curtious, friendly and helpful. I can make my payments easily over the phone or have it taken out of my account every month. There are different sized units to accommodate your individual storage needs. Prices are great too. Close access to freeway. All in all a great place to store your belongings.

Got a storage spot here for 20.00 a month. But the place could use some upkeep like painting of the unit doors, and grass removal from inbetween the concrete pavement.

I’ve had a unit here for over 2 years. The staff are always friendly, prompt, and always willing to help with any questions to make the storage process and headache free as possible. Shawn was very knowledgeable and patient with me and answered all my questions to make the interaction a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.

Dont waste you time or money at this facility. I cleared out my storage space and was was informed that billing would stop. The following month a charge appeared on my bank statement. I called the office and was told the manager forgot to stop the automatic payments. I was assured a refund would be processes. 5 days later I was charged again. I have been charged twice for a rental fee. Only received 1 refund. Ive made 3 more phone calls and was told only the manager could refund me. I have been waiting for several days for a return call. Havent recieved a call. When I do call I get a message center. The person I spoke to can only leave an instant message for the manager to call me back....Im still waiting...

After looking for a storage facility to store some belongings In urban area I decided to check this place out and I must say I was pleased with the service I received property manager quay was professional,knowledgeable, and very detailed about the facility and the polices in place he made my first visit a breeze and easy to comprehend I will definitely consider doing business here to store my personal belongings in the future!

Alright place if your lookin to save a buck on storage but get some insurance from them or your own is cool they very very high fencing around the business but theres no automatic gate it just remains open till closing i guess

I usually dont leave reviews but this place is awful. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Their customer service is worse than any Ive ever seen. Dont bother going by the schedule on Google. They open and close whenever they feel like it. The people who take their phone calls dont even know when theyre opened. Dont make your moving experience any harder than it has to be.

Needed a unit for transition while moving. Gary was very helpful during my 2 years of renting. There was an issue with my bank delivering the payment properly and Gary was on it right away. He gets 5 stars for management in my book!!!

The two gentlemen that work there are usually very helpful. And when Ive been there a few times. Its not in the best area however it is a safe location as far as I could tell.

Shawn did an excellent job taking care of my needs. uhaul really messed up my online reservation not showing units they had and not having current prices . Shawn went out of his way to resolve the situation himself.

I had a storage unit for over 6 months with no problems. Very nice staff, and the price was within budget.

Just wish it more lighting around the place at night an it would be nice if your unit had light in the unit too and snow removal ..

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH GARY AND HIS CREW I WAS RUNNING LATE BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND THEY WERE SO COOL THEY LET ME PUT MY TRUCK FULL OF ITEMS IN A UNITAND COME BACK N PAY THE NEXT DAY

Wish I could give -10 stars! We were supposed to get a Uhaul from them. Had it set up, pick up time was for 11:30 am, get there, and there was a note on the door saying, running errands, back soon. We waited over an HOUR, and they never came back! Horrible place! We had to get a truck somewhere else.

Quay the ngr has a very nasty demeanor. The office is closed earlier than the designated 5:30. Thus had happened see federal times when Ive gone to pay. Also its been closed early on the weekend. I dont mean 10-15 mins. Its been longer than that. Ive gone and the computer system has been down twice in the past 2 months four days. Ms. Margarite is wonderful. Shed make a better mgr.
