I was there with my daughter, the elevator didnt work, had to carry everything up the stairs, wouldnt recommend to anyone

Everyone who works at this place is extremely nice. My mom and I were helped by Christine and she was super friendly and helpful. We told her we needed storage for only about two weeks and she found us a storage unit were we got the first month rent free!!! The storage spaces are real clean and convivent for your needs, it really exceeded our expectations!!!

Very secur, clean storage unit. Thier prices are GREAT and workers are obliging. They didnt let me go to my unit until they shoveled snow falling down. It took about 3 mimutes. Love them!

I cant say enough about the professionalism of the site manager Lewis. He went over and beyond in making sure our experiance was pleasant. The facilities are well kept and for my first experiance with storage units I am well pleased.

I had a horrible experience with this self storage unit. After a seperation, i was forced to move in with my mother for a few months. I decided to store my items at this particular storage due to price, location and seem to be secure with survelance on sight. The day i called to reserve unit i was told office hours. I drove about 30 mins to get to location and no one was in office. I grt home and call ans notified thry were short staffed and the one person who was working was needed at another storage unit in area, I explained that i drove 30 mins and how much of an inconvenience this was, I was given an discount on my first month due to this, i paid first months fee on phone. Next day we arrive at storage unit, again no one in office so i had to call to have someone activate gate. This here should have made me run the other way, but ended up storing items. Last month i get a call to come to unit due to a break in. Come to find out someone broke into unit, stole some of the mosy valuables items i owned including jewelry, lap tops and several other itemd that had value that cant be replaced. I was told we had insurance an agency supplied at storage, and it is not up to Self Storage to replace any of our items. The insutance company does not cover jewelry and none of the items of value, they left my unit open and unattended for a few days before anyone even replaced locks, so we basically took a lost, if you value your things i strongly suggest you look into a more secure storage facility.

OMG this place was THE WORST AND I MEAN THE WORST AND IVE USED A LOT OF STORAGE FACILITIES, first of all, the day I moved my stuff in, the guy takes me past all these empty units and gives me one with a broken door, didnt even know it was broke until we moved EVERYTHING in on the second floor, the door at the bottom was bent out where people could look in and god only knows what else, second there was broken glass all over the place and the guy didnt even clean it up before we returned to fill up my unit and there was no dolley to move the stuff, I did call and complain about the door but the guy said he fixed it, months later I go to move my stuff out of storage and the elevator would NOT open, there once again was NO dolley, there was broken glass all over and furniture and boxes left in the hall, we had to take everything down the steps by hand and walk around all the furniture that people left behind and walk through broken glass, my pregnant daughter had to help because of the elevator not working, it took us 3 hours and I ONLY HAD THE SMALLEST UNIT SO NOT MUCH STUFF, I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE EVER, WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!! ONCE STAR IS TO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE

I dont understand how Im paying $71 for a $57 unit. I understand that with the previous company extraspace storage thats what the rate was for that unit but its not extraspace storage anymore. The 5x10 units are $57 so I should be paying $57. I was told that when the company took over, my unit transfered over to the new company so I have to continue paying what I been paying although that specific unit is at a cheaper price and I would have to move all my stuff out of that unit to a same size unit to get the right price. Makes no sense at all. Not customer satisfying at all

The store manager Steven Moorer and the Asst. Manager Jawhari Hasan were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I came in at the end of the night and you would have thought that I was the first customer they worked with. They worked with me long beyond the close of the business day and TRULY gave me VIP treatment. The Facility grounds is well lit, the storage space was clean and the front office warm and cozy and most importantly the office staff always served with a smile! I have shopped many storage spaces in the past and none compare to the service that I have found at the Euclid Extra Space storage facility.

This place is expensive anything but secure. i have been using their facility for over a year and my storage has been broken into twice.
