Auto Craft, the company I work for uses API as its paint and autobody repair products supplier. The owner, as well as the employees are all supper nice and helpful. Ive used them several times for my personal projects and have always been pleased with the service Ive received.

Terrible service. I went to listen to the experts about auto paint and try to get a recommendation for a mobile repair service. Instead of friendly service, the guy behind the counter delivered a lecture about economics, company overhead, paychecks motivating employees... It went on and on until I had to excuse myself after five minutes and understanding that he wouldnt ever stop with the condescending terrible talk. I dont know what I did to set him off, but it was the most offensive thing I have experienced in a month or more.

The employees display great concern for cutomers safety, knowledge of using products and how much is needed, saving customer money. Impressive customer service- much like family care and concern.

Recently switch over to API in 2017. Doing business with them has been great all around.I really like the fact that they are a family oriented business. Very enthusiastic crew that strives to meet and exceed there customers expectations. I really love there UTECK 4.0 clear coat, best clearcoat for the price, very easy to spray, drys very nicely, very durable, easy to buff.
