This is a wonderful lil family shop. The owner was so very friendly and receptive. The prices were very affordable. My husband had a 82 Honda. Parts are very hard to find. Rod had exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this shop. We will definitely be going back.
Came in from out of town with a tire that need to be replaced on my 2018 Suzuki Boulevard. Unfortunately because its an odd ball size I had to order one in. However they got it on the very day it came in. They were great to work with and extremely friendly. Local or non local highly recommend.
I ride a 2005 Honda vt2 1100 that needed tires. Called all over Eugene and Springfield Oregon just to be told either the bike was too old ( Honda Dealership)Or, the shop couldnt get to it before late August or September. Another rider told me of Cycle Parts Eugene. Contacted the shop, ordered the tires I wanted. 5 days later get a call from Cycle Parts Eugene. I was told the tires were there and drop off the bike. I dropped off my bike and 3 hrs. Later I got my bike back. Need great bike service? Call Cycle Parts Eugene and get the stellar service youre looking for.Thank you Cycle Parts Eugene!!! You rock!!I will most definitely be back.
Great bike shop. Super friendly. The bike my daughter bought runs like a champ.
Rod runs the best shop in town. My Dad and I both have been taking our bikes to Rods for nearly a decade. Rod is a straight shooter: he’ll let you know if a certain repair or upgrade is necessary or can wait until the next time. But if he tells you something needs fixing, you better listen.I’ll be doing business with Cycle Parts for years to come.
Got a flat tire on 21 harley fat boy called every shop iwithin 50 miles no tires available. Brought bike to them and they got me back on road with a patch. They saved my trip. When nobody else wanted to help! Would definitely recommend!
Simply the best cycle shop I have ever been to. Was a traveler with a bad tire and they dropped everything to get me back on the road. If you are ever near them, just stop by and see what they can do for you. These people are the real professionals.
Really appreciate all the help I got from the awesome lady helping me get all my paperwork on my bike and then doing it again when I lost paperwork. She definitely is on the ball there. And then there mechanic is very good and efficient and I liked how he answered my probably not so smart questions. Both these individuals are very good at what they do. Thanks again.
Really pleasant experience purchasing a new Zero.
Knowledgeable and honest. Great stories while you wait or walk through the collection of used and new bikes.
This place, is worth riding a thousand miles to, Ron the Owner & Tyson his Lead Mechanic are a Class Act & very, very knowledgeable abut Motorcycles.Had the pleasure of dropping in there in the middle of a ride from the San Juan Islands to Los Angeles on a used bike I was unsure of.Rode out of there afterwards with a much improved Aprilia, we practically flew all the way to LA in record time.
I bought a bike that was on consignment, with this company. I took it for a test ride and told them it was running ruff in the low end. They explained to me, that the owner had let it set for awhile before he decided to sell it. Well I bought it, thinking a couple of tanks run through it would clean it up. I was wrong, it just got worse, I called Cycle Parts LLC and explained what was going on and they remembered me commenting on it, before I bought it.Even tho it wasnt their responsibility, they stepped up and told me to bring on up to them and they would take care of it. I brought it up to them and they said it would be a few days. Later that same day, they called me back and said it was ready. I was shocked, not only werent they getting paid for the repair, but they made it a priority to fix it ASAP. I wasnt able to take it for a ride for a few days, but it ran like a new bike, it was smooth threw the RPM range and ran excellent in town.If asked, would I recommend this shop? Hands down, a big Yes
My wife and I stopped by unannounced from NC with our bikes in the back of a rental pickup hoping for some help unloading them so we could ride down the pacific coast. Im happy to say that Rod and his staff were amazing! They loaned us ramps and helped us get the bikes off. They even let us store our luggage and gear in the store while we returned these rental.Once we returned we spent some time visiting and talking to Rod about bikes and bid him farewell. We cant say enough about the kindness he and his staff showed us. If youre in the area and need something for your bike, Cycle Parts Eugene is the place to go!
The nicest humans. I needed to have new front and rear tires put on the bike same day and the shop that usually does it said they couldnt. So I tried Cycle Parts for the first time and most definitely wont be the last. They worked hard to get my bike done as I live about an hour away and they did it the same day. Awesome customer service, friendly humans and knowledgable mechanics. Theyll be seeing more of me.
Super friendly and helpful.
Wonderful local motorcycle dealer with great value in all areas of expertise. Very friendly, a breath of fresh air in an industry where customers are held in a premium!
Super nice, non intimidating shop vibe unlike the other non cordial shops. Always nice. Cheap tire mounting for dirt bike wheels too if you bring it in. Thank you guys!
Dropped my kawasaki Ninja off with several issues needing fixed/repaired. After a week and half it was in safe, exceptional running order. Not only was I supprised by how fast the job was completed but also the price was extremely fair. I am more than happy with the customer service and work from this shop than I have received at numerous others from Roseburg to Eugene.
Contacted to order a Kymco part. They were able to find and order my part quickly and charged me a very fair price. And as a bonus they are shipping the part directly to me. This was my first contact with this company and I guarantee I will be going here for all for our Kymco needs. The Kymco dealer in my area was less than helpful and charged me 30% more for the same part.
Great shop, friendly owner and mechanic. The cycles and scooters are top quality. My goto cycle shop in Eugene.
Rod built a new throttle cable for my 10 year old son for a fair price even though most guys look down their nose because we only have a Chinese knock-off bike. Given my son was paying for this himself, it meant a lot that he was treated fairly. The cable worked perfectly. I highly recommend Cycle Parts and Rod.
Always super friendly and helpful staff.
So I really want to get a motorcycle the man working behind the counter was so nice to me he let me sit on a motorcycle that Im interested in he told me exactly the things that I needed to look for when buying. I know how to ride dirt bikes and he told me what to do to get my endorsement. He was just over all really nice to me and he told me I could even put my bike on layaway if I could come up with some and he could give me a couple months to come up with the rest of it and Im really working hard to get that down payment. I want to buy my first bike from him.
Very polite and professional services.
Bought new fmf muffler had them install it. When I got my bike back it was missing the handgaurd bolts and the plastic side air vent so they removed them and said nothing about it without my permission they also kept my fmf sticker that would have come with the new muffler. Then I came back again to give them one more try I bought new tires and tubes had them install them, front tire was not mounted right had a vibration and they put the wrong tubes in I asked for heavy duty tubes not whatever they had at the time that would work. In conclusion, I would find somewhere else to take my motorcycle come on cycle parts you can do better than that.
When I went to cycle parts I was looking for a motorcycle and the man that worked there was very very nice and we had a conversation and he even said that I might be able to pay part now and part later but he is very good customer service
Cycle Parts has serviced multiple bikes Ive had since the late 90s. Rods a good guy to work with, has plenty of personal experience via riding, working on bikes, famalarity with products and asas a business owner. His current mechanic as well as previous wrench heads that have moved on have always been equally experienced. All take/have had personal pride in their work and address mechanical issues that get the job done in a way that help me feel more confident as a rider. Thanks for what you all do!
We were on a road trip from Florida and needed a new front tire on our Honda Goldwing. Rod had a tire in stock and installed it while we waited and didn’t gouge us.
They went out of their way to accommodate me and my search for a motorcycle item. Very professional and very helpful, if I could give it a ten star I would.
Excellent customer service. Much in store choices.
They provide excellent service at reasonable rates. Nice people.
Google map said open saturday. Called, voicemail said winter hours. Its the middle of summer. They were closed on this saturday.
Wow, what a great team from Tyson who mounted my Goldwing tire to get me back on the road quickly and the owner Rod who kept me entertained riding electric motorcycles (which I’ll someday own) even Rods daughter running the register was professional and thoughtful.....go here when you really need help or to buy innovative electric motorcycles, I know I will...Thanks Rod and team 😎
