My car was backed into while I was parked on a residential street. Progressive had this auto body shop listed as a repair place.I called on a Friday to see what their hours were and when I could drop off my car. I work long hours and wouldn’t be able to make it while they were open. I asked if I could just leave my car while they were closed. Jim said no and that he could meet me on a Saturday so my car stayed locked up and safe.When I arrived, he was friendly and listened to what happened with my car. I explained I didn’t have a rental covered under my insurance and he said they have a loaner car for free!I drove it for a week and was able to keep my obligations, take my daughter to and from school without breaking the bank. I have a $500 deductible.I am so appreciative of the service and help I received. Thank you!
