Good service and price to make a top for my boat.

I have had several jobs completed by this all star crew. They helped with a custom low rider job as well as some repairs to a car I was getting ready to sell. Lots of knowledge and creativity at this old shop.

Outstanding service, the project was done on time and on budget. People who have seen my Tacoma think that it looks even better than a factory interior. Cindy was a great help in all facts of the project, from planning to finished product. I love my new leather interior!!

I brought in a bunch of premade covers for reupholstering my plane. I was worried no one would want to deal with stuff from some third party they had never dealt with. They had a great attitude and said it would be no problem. They got it done quick and it all looked great! Cant wait to bring in my next project.

All I did was call and inquire if they can repair a torn seat. This simple question was treated with extreme arrogance. I am not exaggerating. I was pleasant and had a perfectly valid question and they were incredibly rude simply because a called them? If they harbor so much disdain for people, maybe they should get out of the service business.

Honestly i was shocked at the customer service, like i truly would not recommend anyone here the prices and customer service are just way off, the elderly man came off rude, just a big no.

Hard to believe the low rating. Top Shop has been in Eugene longer than I have. They do the best work, bar none. Over the years for me, they have done the interiors of; a 1961 Willys pickup, a 1962 Buick Skylark, a 1965 Plymouth Barracuda, a 1968 Chevrolet pickup, a 1969 Datsun 2000, and a 1971 Chevrolet pickup. The earliest job, the 62 Skylark white interior, and all of them actually, still look brand new. Most recent jobs (this year) are the Willys and the Datsun. Fantastic work, and done in a timely manner. Oddly, they re listed under furniture repair, which they do, but where they really shine is in doing boat and auto upholstery, especially convertible tops and interior restoration of classics.
