While fixing the dent from the accident, they offered to fix a rusting dent that was near but not part of the accident for a reasonable price. They did an awesome job.I received excellent customer service with all my repairs done on time and within the quoted price.

Sought repair of our rear bumper from a hit and run accident from Better Body and Paint in Eugene, OR. We initiated the bid from Chicago with photos of the damage, and Marisa was very easy to work with. We received a very thorough repair estimate, with a reminder that the visual inspection may disclose additional repair (which it did). Marisa explained the additional work needed, and the final bill was within the adjusted estimates. Very happy with the repairs and timeline. Would highly recommend!

I brought my car in for an estimate from an auto accident, they were very professional and friendly and gave me an estimate and even said could get me in following week. I was extremely happy to hear this. Their original time frame to complete was two weeks, however to my surprise they were done prior to this. I am extremely happy with their work and efficiency getting the job completed! I will definitely recommend them in the future!

I had no idea that when I picked the car up they would have it all cleaned up inside and out. I hit a deer in my brand new Toyota 4Runner and did a pretty good amount of damage to my drivers side. I went to Better Body and Paint to get it fixed. They worked with my insurance company (Allstate) and it went really smooth. They dealt with the insurance directly and I didnt have to worry about anything. They were quick and efficient at getting my car fixed, and they did a great job.

Our latest visit followed a small accident, to replace a bumper. Not only did the bumper look great but they fully detailed our vehicle inside and out. Its a 10 year old car that looks brand new now. Great job done by this shop on my 06 Hummer. Parts can be hard to find for that vehicle but this shop got the job done and made it look new again. Keegan is straightforward and held to his word. I really hope I am not in another accident, but if I need repairs again I will come back!

I simply cant say enough about the service at Better Body and Paint. I had a run in with a deer, and my daughter, a teenager, had a run in with a post while learning to drive. The folks at Better Body fixed both problems with not only excellent skill, but maybe even more importantly, with impeccable customer service. They communicated what was happening at all times, gave me a fair price, and treated me like a human. Rare in the industry from what I hear from my friends. I would definitely suggest you give them a chance to earn your trust as they have mine.

I took my car here because its close to where I work after a fender bender. After I dropped it off my coworkers told me horrible things they have heard about this place, horrible customer service and shotty work and overall poor quality work. But I couldnt DISAGREE more. I took it to kendall for a quote first and they barely looked at it, the gentleman at Better body was very thorough looking at my car and giving me a lot of different scenarios to expect. My car looked perfect when I picked it up, my only issue was they didnt communicate super thoroughly when it was done. Their text service thing isnt super accurate but overall it was a great experience.

I have used Better Body & Paint for my personal vehicle - sad to say a few times. One time I did not think it was my car they were driving up with because it was SO shinny clean and new looking. I have had the opportunity to use a few different body shops in my lifetime. But Better Body and Paint hands down was my best experience. I had another car hit me and I needed to get my new car fixed. The quote I got beat the other two I had also received. When I dropped off my car they made sure that a rental was there waiting for me. They handled the other persons insurance and I had to do nothing. I was told that it would take two days to repair and paint. I was surprised to get a call within a little over 24 hours to let me know that it was ready for me to come and get. When I showed up Steves repair staff had done such a great job. They even had repaired a few other minor nicks around the area they were repairing. I would highly recommend Better Body and Paint to anyone who needs to have their cars repaired.

The insurance company of which I am a client pays for, but does not insure, the work of Better Body & Paint, yet my insurance agent, who has had her car repaired there, recommended them. After several recommendations from her, I realized there might be some validity to what she was offering, so I gave them a try. I own a black Nissan 350Z, and it is my passion, so I wanted the best work possible. Well, at Better Body & Paint, I received more than the best work possible. Three times now, I have received results in both bodywork and paint that have been beyond what I have imagined. Each time I pick up my car it looks fresh and new, and it is always washed and cleaned both inside and out! Moreover, not only do I receive great results, but also the customer service with Truell Doyle and his coworkers is like having my car worked on by good friends. Truell has gone out of his way to find the best parts possible, while avoiding aftermarket deals—an effort that is not consistently made by other companies—and I always feel very comfortable while I am there. I am also very pleased to say that the final cost has remained fair and always much less than I anticipate. Derek did a great job fixing my sagging door and got the job done quickly and cheaper than anywhere else. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Worst experience ever! This guys fix my truck but after a few months everything began to fall over. The paint was not good. The material that covers my bed liner always look fake although they told that is was new but no it does not look like the original. My front glass gasket started to peel off after it was repaired and i noticed they glued it with something black instead of silicone.
