I had a neat surprise waiting for me when I arrived for my appointment! The windshield repair was very fast, no more than 45 mins for two spots. Paperwork was minimal, but I spent a good amount of time with the receptionist because they helped me with good advice and references for other businesses. The repairman was a good person as well. Highly recommend their services for anybody in the Eugene area.

These folks are the very best!!! Fixed my the rock-chipped windshield on my Mini Cooper to a point where the damage is completely invisible. A few months later my other car got a small chip and I took it straight over to them.They took a look, said it was really minor and not actually large enough to fix. However they did some treatment to the damage to prevent any risk of it worsening over time, and all at no charge.Amazing service - Im a forever customer here!

Hands down the best place to come if you need your windshield repaired! The time between noticing the crack and driving away with it completely fixed was less than two hours! Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. Dewey, who is absolutely amazing, came out to take a look at the crack and explained the process and let me know there was about a 50/50 chance they would be able to fix the crack, since it was a bit bigger than what they usually deal with. I was given a card to a shop that would do a complete replacement, and they let me decide what I wanted to do. Im so glad I decided to stay there because not only were they able to fix the crack but it looks amazing. I can hardly even see it. Its been over a week now, and there has been no movement at all. I will definitely go back if I ever have any other problems! Fantastic service and excellent results. Thank you!

After looking it over, the technician informed me that it had already been repaired previously. Great service! Took my truck them to have an area on my windshield evaluated. Luckily it turned out to be a small pit only. They went ahead and filled the pit and smoothed the area so my wiper would not catch all for no charge. I highly recommend them for any windshield issue you experience.

Eugene Windshield Repair folks are absolute pros - a nasty star in my Jeep windshield was expertly repaired and my insurance company paid the bill - and it didnt take more than an hour for the whole job. A couple of months ago a rock hit my windshield and it immediately cracked out several inches. I thought the windshield would have to be replaced but I took my car to Eugene Windshield Repair and they were able to repair it without removing the windshield. Helpful and honest. If you have a chip/crack smaller than a cellphone they can fix it. Also if you have full coverage your insurance may pay for the fix.

Ive had a couple chips fixed here in the last year and it was an easy, pleasant experience. They deal with calling your auto insurance, so pretty much all I had to do was answer a few questions to the insurance agent. They have a nice waiting room with wi-fi, so I was able to do some work while the chips were being fixed. The most recent one took a little longer to fix because it was kind of big, but they cleaned all my windows and the mats in the front of my car in the meantime.

The team was outstanding to work with. From the moment you arrive they are on ready to help you through the insurance process and get the repair done with a great outcome. Very good at explaining the repair so you know what the repair will accomplish.

My windshield sustained rockchip damage southbound on I-5, just north of Salem. Called Eugene Windshield Repair and was able to pre-arrange a mobile repair at the parking garage of my hotel for my arrival. Work was done in about a half-hour, and looked great. Went in to get a chip filled and found out it had been previously done. They checked it, refilled and polished the area and said no charge! I was ready to spend $65! Do to the amount of driving that is done our vehicles are well exposed to flying debris from the road, especially after the roads are sanded. Do to this, we have been unfortunate to get some rock chips in our windshield.We have taken our vehicles to Delta kits, and have always had a great result. Not only have they fixed the cracks that we saw, they took the time to look and see other surface chips, and have taken the time to repair those as well.I definitely recommend anyone needed their windshield repaired, to go here.
