Made an appointment online Sunday night and dropped my car off Monday morning and picked it up that same afternoon. The staff was very helpful and Tyson did a great job replacing the back windshield.

I should have read the fine print better. In April I put through an insurance claim to get my windshield replaced. Last week I drive home from Portland and hit heavy rain on the way home. When I arrived I noticed a small crack on my windshield. I set up a warranty claim because surely a windshield should last longer than 2 months. Nope. Guy showed up, looked at the crack and said he sees a small chip and it will not be covered under warranty.

I got a flat tire on the way (1.5hr drive usually without problems) to my appointment, so I called to let them know I was going to be late, they said everything was good to go. I arrive about an hour late to have them tell me that they cant fit me in. They told me to call the direct office next time, as of that helps... Thanks for making a bad day even worse 😡

I brought my custom 21 Subaru Crosstrek Sport in for a windshield replacement and was quoted 2.5-3hrs (last time I had it done in my driveway and it took 30min), and I finally get my car back to see that they not only moved my wiring I had running down the outside of the A pillar, they also didnt even bother putting it back so it was just hanging floppy. The stuff inside my car had been moved around, and they told me it was almost done that they were just trying to calibrate the Eyesight system, which I told the guy I didnt care about since Im lifted quite a bit you cant calibrate them, and I sat there for another hour waiting. 3 people came in after me and left before me. Oh, and this was the 4th time I had to reschedule the appointment. This place is a joke.

I tried to contact safelite multiple times because they’re online services did not answer the questions I had and there was no option to talk to a real person instead of a robot. You’d think with a company that charges you an exorbitant amount of money for a simple repair could pay someone to answer the phone. Horrible customer service.

Setting up appointment was quick and easy. Customer service even called when we had a problem with initial claim set up to reconcile with insurance company and myself. That part was great.Service part hasnt happened yet. Scheduled for a 12 pm to 5 pm window on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Would have thought the crew would want to get here and get it done. Nope! As of 3 pm nothing and we need our vehicle for other things. With it being at least a 2 hour process, I rescheduled for a morning time, so we will see how that goes (if it goes).Second try for windshield replacement was a success. Jacob called in the morning with a time that he would be here by and he did arrive within the window he gave. He did a great job on getting the windshield replaced quickly. Very happy with that service.Other than the Friday hiccup, the overall experience was good. Still not sure what happened on that day though. Would still recommend however and most likely there were unforseen issues on another job. It happens.

Overall a great company. PRICING has gone through the roof though. I was overcharged on a job then WAY overcharged on a send job for our company. Called, left messages and no calls back. They wont answer the phone and dont want you at the main location. I get it, Covid, But come on folks. Give a guy a call back. Hopefully they will fix the pricing issue before they lose too many other customers. At one time, They were the best all around. Sad to go.

Initially, I was a bit upset that progressive insurance sent me from Roseburg to Eugene to get my windshield repaired. However, after having my windshield installed at Safelite, it was an excellent experience. It was well worth the drive. The calibration of the eyesight device was perfect and they got it done in less than 2 hours instead of the 2 and 1/2 hours that they predicted initially. So Im very pleased. I highly recommend this store for windshield replacement.

SafeLite AutoGlass in Eugene Oregon preformed better than expected. My wait time for windshield replacement was on schedule. While waiting inside being CoVid-19 sensitive and enjoy my Latté, I overheard many customer interactions with many of the staff. Everyone was treated with respect and courtesy.I was amazed two customers did not understand their insurance policies, and the SafeLite AutoGlass staff was very patient and helpful; explained there situation and completed all transactions satisfactorily. I recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Eugene. And, my insurance company Farmers Insurance.

Found my rare glass but had me go to remote location for body work then called early in morning to demand payment when I wanted to show in person and pay cash

Driving home a few weeks ago on Hwy 99 amongst quite a bit of traffic when suddenly a large rock hit my Windshield! Right near the steering wheel-so the large chip was very distracting. My Insurance Company set me up with Safelite Autoglass who got me an appointment right away. I was very pleased by how courteous and professional every staff member was ! They were timely, organized and well spoken. The Office was sparkling clean, with a nice waiting area for customers.My new Windshield was installed in a timely fashion and my vehicle returned to me polished up and clean ! The Gentleman even explained what they did and asked if I had any questions.I left feeling I just had very Outstanding Service done on my 2016 Chevrolet Equinox! Thank you Safelite !! 🙂

I have come to Safelite twice to fix rock chips in my windshield. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Both times they finished my repair in 20-30 minutes. Overall wasnt a good experience. At my first appointment my technician cracked the new windshield he was putting in and didnt hook up my windshield wipers correctly paid for the new windshield anyway and set up a new appointment, the second time the same technician came back to fix it he left my light on in my car and killed my battery. Pretty unhappy.

These guys made the best of a bad weather situation. Paid for mobile service and because of weather, gave me a very good discount for bringing the truck by the shop instead. Great customer service, and very friendly. Will definitely keep referring them to everyone. Thanks guys!

The TV commercials arent wrong. This is a great company. My daughter had her back window broken out by some low life thief, and they were able to get us in the very next day. Window was replaced quickly and they cleaned up all the broken glass that was everywhere in the car. Thank you for the great service!

Not a Happy Camper!I had someone break into my car last night as in passenger side window was broken in with glass everywhere. I tried to call these guys for help, based on years of watching their ads on TV where they show up where you are right away. No such luck for me and this is the second time I have tried to make an appointment with Safelite only to find they are about 5 days out, not able to help in emergency situation like this one, as best as I can tell. I say that as I was unable to ever get a real person to talk to. They are super well set up to make an appointment (if five days out works for you) online and they do work seamlessly with your insurance = a good thing. But, given that I couldnt get anyone on the phone, I was unable to see if there was anything they could do to help mitigate the immediate issues as in glass everywhere and the lack of a window.As it turned out, A1 Glass was able to help me in all respects and Im so glad I found them. I was able to get a next day appointment (only because the window had to be ordered) and for free, they were able to remove all of the glass and put in a temporary window so I could go about my business until tomorrow when they will fix the window. They too, worked seamlessly with my insurance co: Farmers and because I was able to talk to an actual person, I became aware of the option of having the glass removed (and if this has never happened to you, you might not know how much it gets all over everything and is difficult to work with), and I would never know that they have a way of temporarily securing the window against weather and potential additional theft.Theres a good chance that Safelite offers those services as well but I would never know that because I was not able to talk to anyone to find out about it and I didnt see anything on the online appointment check in that would let me know that either.

Someone broke the window on our vehicle. I called our insurance agent who recommended safelite. I went online to find an appt. They didnt have any where they come to you for over a week, so I scheduled the appt for the next day. Fast and affordable. Great job!

We had Jeff Nickelson, he was very professional and friendly. Service was within the time window given and complete in the expected amount of time. I only gave 4 stars because there was a problem with the molding and will take one more appointment, but in all fairness it was not the Technicians fault. I would definitely use Safelite again, and would recommend Jeff for future customers.

Absolutely worth EVERY dime. It was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. They had my, kinda obscure window in stock at the shops. I dropped my truck off, within 20 minutes in had it back. With, all the widows washed. Very positive experience, it was super easy to setup an appointment. The quote was what I paid. They didnt try to upsell me anything. Just in and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need a widow replacement .

Tooling along & a chunk of plywood launched off the back of a pickup truck and hammered my windshield. I needed to have the install calibrated since its a new car. 2 days old! Booked an appointment online for the next morning. Included new set of Safelite wiper blades free!

I had nothing good to say, I had two appointments that I showed up for and they didn’t have the window.! I would call they never called me back! Went to A1 auto glass on 6th, repair was immediate. And at half the price! Don’t waste your time and money on Safelite.

I found the man That showed up with the window “Isah” to be very polite and professional, he thought he had the wrong window. The lady “Desiree” and her boss “Johnathon” at the office where horribly rude. They possessed no knowledge of automobiles and could not mange to provide me with a window in the end. For a Jeep. Just a Jeep... very, very disappointed in how they treated me and the fact they couldn’t do there job. Total waist of time!!!

I broke 2/3 rear windows on my Tacoma, they came out the day after I called. When I got back from work (Im a delivery driver so they worked on my truck while I was on route) my truck was spotless. The glass was installed, looked better than original, my truck had been vacuumed and all the windows had been cleaned. They cleaned all the garbage out of the bed of my truck. Very impressed, its really refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work.

I had a chip filled through Geico. Completely covered, took maybe an hour. The team that helped me were very kind and efficient! Great service!

Wow I just have to say the best customer service Ive ever had. The technician was super friendly and the service was prompt. After my car was finished in little iver an hour I discovered he cleaned all of my windows which were disturbingly filthy and he vacuumed my car. Five stars I recommended them to anyone.

A rock hit my windshield and left a crack that I thought might be too large to fix...which would have been very unfortunate because Id had my windshield replaced already once this year and wasnt looking forward to a $500 bill for the fancy heated stuff Subaru has convinced me I need. Safelite came out the same day I called them, fixed it, and although he was skeptical that he could repair it well enough (it was quite large), he did and I can barely see the crack anymore! It didnt interrupt my work day at all! I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.

He showed me first hand the nature of my vehicles condition and detailed precisely what could happen in worst case scenarios as well as describing the most common scenario.When it happened that the condition of my vehicle was in a critical state that needed repair Safelite couldnt provide, a competent body shop was recommended and the off-location windshield replacement was facilitated by Safelite with a minimal travel expense. Everything was processed in a timely manner, all details discussed beforehand and followed precisely.Beyond the above mentioned professionalism, I compared the cost of the windshield replacement with 6 other shops before settling on Safelite. They beat out the competition both with the user experience and in their price, which was ~30% less than most other shops, the nearest price being ~18% more expensive.Last, but not without honorable mention, they provide a comfortable, if minimalist, in-house waiting experience. They have a number of magazines available, a television with cable channels, and refreshment in the form of coffee (Keurig), water, and candy. I do not know if they offered Wi-Fi.

My boyfriend got in his car to go to work just before 3pm today, and as he rolled down his window, it suddenly dropped down inside the door and would not go back up. So instead, I dropped him off at work and began to try and figure out how we were going to resolve this issue so late in the day on a Friday. The first place I went to, I couldnt even find someone to talk to, despite the OPEN sign in their window. Next I tried Safelite. I was prepared to have to leave the car somewhere overnight (or maybe the whole weekend?), so I was pleasantly surprised when the employee (possibly the manager?) who greeted me quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me on my way again by 4:15. Luckily the glass itself wasnt broken, just part of the assembly holding the glass in place in the door. Unbelievably, he didnt charge me, not even for labor! Long story short, if I ever need a window fixed again, I will definitely be back.

My windshield had a small crack in it and it took an hour and a half for the technicians to fill it in. They claimed to have filled it in the best they could, but the crack itself is still very visible. They have a Keurig coffee maker, chips, tv, magazines and a sandbag toss game while you wait.

PERFECT! :^) The people at Eugenes Safelite location were nice, polite, pleasant, well informed, and careful -- Im really positively impressed! Few things of this sort seem to come out right anymore, so this was a most pleasant surprise. While shopping for a replacement windshield, I went first to Safelite and then to two local competitors. After meeting the competition, I was glad to return to Safelite for the work. All questions were welcomed and answered in advance and with a depth of knowledge and experience I found lacking elsewhere. They were accommodating and well informed and completed the work on time and to a very high standard with OEM-grade materials. There was not one scratch, dent, ding, or other damage done to the car and not a single pebble of glass or adhesive in the interior. The leather seats were untouched and they washed all windows inside and out and did a nice vacuuming job (having noted it was already so clean from my own vacuuming the couldnt do much to make it better). I got an *exact* replacement factory Ford (Carlite/Carlex) windshield that is identical to my original so no aftermarket worries. They were careful when driving the car round the back and when parking it out front for our pickup. They were unfailingly polite and respectful and very accommodating. The workers here obviously like their boss (who sets the tone) and enjoy working with each other. They LIKE visiting with customers! While waiting for my car to be finished, I saw other customers were treated respectfully and equally well. Amazing. Tried to get a new windshield for my Porsche. After 7 weeks of nothing happening,lame excuses, repeated phone calls I decided to pull the plug on Safelite. They are ALL TALK and NO SHOW!!!!!!

Terrible. I setup an at home appt to have my windshield replaced thinking it would be really convenient. Technicians showed up to the appointment without the replacement windshield and instead gave me a consultation (recommending replacing the windshield!) and set me up with another appointment. We were prepping the car to be sold before an across country move so time was of the essence. We showed up to their shop for our appointment to finally have the windshield replaced to find that they had ordered the windshield and failed to pick it up. The solution - reschedule us for a 3rd appt to do the thing we had requested in the first appt! Sorry if you cant figure it out in 2 tries, you dont need a 3rd. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

First let me start off by saying that this company is the worst customer service Ive ever received. I work in customer service, so I know what good, or at least decent service is supposed to be. This is anything but that. A few days ago my window got broken in and glass got everywhere. I took it to safelite because thats what my insurance covered. But not only has the techs been nothing but disrespectful to me and my girlfriend, theyre trying to point fingers at other businesss which is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. After that, I even called their executive services which is also a joke because they cant do anything about it either. So what I get to do now, is take my own door panel off, finish vacuuming the rest of the glass out of my door panel, and fix the weather stripping. I wouldnt recommend going to them, not only are they disrespectful, but they talk down to you, blame other companys, and then do a half ass job fixing what was broken. I WILL not go to this place ever again, and I CANNOT reccomend this company to anyone.
