Woke up to a busted window and just one laughably low expense item missing, typical Eugene stuff. Stephanie at the front desk was so fast to respond to my emails with nothing but empathy and good news. Speedy was the lowest quote I could find, got in done faster than anywhere else could (would have been same day if my glass didnt have to ship over the weekend), and the biggest relief in my opinion, was that they stored my car over the weekend locked up in their shop. As a student with friends who live in similar neighborhoods I was terrified of what Id do with my car until the part came in, but I didnt have to worry about it at all, they had everything covered! They did the repair first thing Monday morning and there were no hidden fees, which I was actually expecting and okay with since my original price was so low, but a card swipe for my original amount and I was out of there. I obviously hope it doesnt happen again, but if it does I know exactly where Im going. Thank you guys!

Wayy better than Safelite! These guys are cheaper, faster, friendlier, and they provide better service than the completion. Have already been recommending my friends to this place. A+

I would highly recommend this place, needed to replace my windshield on my 2020 hybrid honda accord, it was on backorder with no knowledge of when it would get here, but Stephanie called every 2 days to keep me updated, she also reassured me that even though the cracks was substantial, it would not break threw and it was safe to drive. I was concerned about all the safety features that are built into my windshield and the heads up display, but they did an excellent job recalibrate it. So if you need your windshield replaced or even repaired Id go check them out.

When I dropped my car off I was told it would be ready by 4. Around 3 I received a call that the glass didn’t fit. They said they could have a replacement peace the next day. When I picked my car up the next day the window was slow to go up and down. I asked them to look at it and was reassured everything was fine. There was still chunks of glass under my seat and my dash. They took the car back to vacuum again and it came back still with glass under the seat, I the dash, in the vents, and even on the headrest still. I had to take the car for an auto detail. Less than a week later my window now fell down into the door and won’t go back up. They are closed for the holiday.Paid in full cash. Very disappointed.

Speedy glass has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Stephanie helped me out a ton and saved me a lot of money. From the start to the finish of getting the glass installed they paid attention to the little things, like putting the change oil after so many miles back on the glass instead of throwing it away with the old wind shield. They have made a new lifetime customer out of me!

Speedy Glass is a very good place to take your car to have your windows changed. I waited for them to get it done in the lobby and it only took them approximately an hour. The people there are very good people I highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend this shop enough. I caught a large rock chip in the windshield of my brand new Jeep right before a hunting trip. They fixed the chip in less than 30 minutes and left almost no trace whatsoever. I hunted in subzero temperatures and blasted the defrost with no cracks expanding in the glass. I was only charged $55 and felt like they were on my side in lowering the cost as much as possible. I will definitely be returning to Speedy Glass if I get a window crack again.

My friend came to visit and had his car broken into. These folks replaced his window a couple of hours later, and had the best price by far. They also vacuumed up the glass that was all over the car from the break in - which is why Im taking the time to leave the review. He was super touched by that, and were grateful we got such great service. Thank you!

I had forgotten I was dropping off my truck svs they gave me a reminder call, they were fast, nice and professional. They were busy, but still made time for me and my family.

Last year I had them replace my windshield after a crack. They gave me a price and I called around and found somewhere else that was cheaper. To keep my business they said they would price match so I could keep my appointment! Awesome $320 for my window to be replaced, a few months later I was driving and again a rock flew up and hit my window. So I called to see if they had my information saved which they did and she said yes I see you paid $320 but the cheapest I can do it this time would be $355. I questioned, if you price matched last time why you couldn’t this time? She was very cranky and said “do you have a reputable source of the price match?” If you just told me I paid $320 last time and you still have it in your records what’s to question, she made me feel like a criminal asking to price match what I paid last time from the same company!! I felt like they didn’t want my business so I told her I would find someone else for cheaper. Trifer Auto Glass down the road gave me $320 installed. All in all they lost my business, the receptionist was rude!

Called my insurance company and had them connect me with this company. My appointment was scheduled for today at my house from 1-5pm. No tech came to my house. No one called to cancel. At 5pm I called the shop to ask where my tech was. The phone transferred me to corporate which had no record of my appointment. So I forwarded them my confirmation email of my appointment and asked again where is my tech. The Eugene location closes at 5pm. But they have no after hours person on call to assist If a tech no call/no shows on a 1-5pm appointment. I am 6 1/2 month pregnant. My husband is in Cali. I have two kids that I transport daily to private school daily. I got them out early today for this appointment. I have a stepdaughter as well. I had to cancel her visit today because her pick up time was at 3:45pm because my car was supposed to be worked on, TODAY! Now corporate has rescheduled my appointment for tomorrow morning 8am-12 noon. But I have to transport my kids to school by 8am. Cancel my last visit with my stepdaughter because I’m moving states in 8 days. I hate this company and I’ve not even seen a stupid tech yet! Update—now the owner of West 11th Ken has came out to my residence with the wrong windshield. I called my dealer to see how this could have been done since I have my vin and my dealership has said there is no way to get it wrong with my vin. The owner at west 11th decide to yell at me when angry and still hasn’t rectified my situation. I’m now going to Movers Glass where Juan has already gotten my new windshield and I ready to install it for me immediately because of this companies horrible service.

Very happy with the job Brian did on my truck! I have an old 66 C10 pickup with a gasket style windshield. I called around a few shops in town for quotes, many told me they didnt have anybody who could do that style and the few that could were nearly $150 more than Speedy Glass. Should add, the other shops wanted me to take the truck (which currently had no windshield in it) to their shop and would not do at home service. Speedy glass did it at my place. They used quality glass and gasket set. No leaks even with direct spray from a pressure washer. Very tight seal. These guys will be my first call next time

Do not use this guy.After he installed a power window, it now makes noise going up and down. I returned it and he said he could not make it work how it originally did and refused to work on it to fix the problem he caused. The sound is awful, like nails on a chalkboard.He got a call from our insurance people and told them he only had had the car in the shop for two days. They were asking why we had to rent a car for 13 days. He did not admit that it took him a week to get the window ordered...that he postponed our appointment twice...once because one of his workers got injured and once because he was out of the shop doing a repair.He did not clean the mastic from our car and when asked to do so he said it was not his job.

Scheduled for the net day, In and out in less than an hour with new front window. Super easy, smooth experience.

This vendor wanted $150.00 to install 1 windshield. Thats just the install, not including glass. Erased a previous review stating the same so I assume he is not wanting the public to see honest reviews.
